Abstract

Pengaruh Disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap prestasi siswa/siswi di SDN Desa tegal sari kec. Megang sakti. Metode penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi, uji koefisien korelasi, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji F Hasil persamaan regresi adalah : Y = 23,384+0,108 X1 +0,313 X2 +0,548X3 Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh adalah 0,922 dapat diartikan bahwa perubahan nilai variabel terikat Prestasi Siswa/siswi dijelaskan oleh seluruh variabel bebas yaitu Disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru Hasil penelitian yaitu pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kesejahteran guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai disiplin kerja thitung = 8,128 > nilai ttabel = 1,697 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung = 8,090 > nilai ttabel = 1,697 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung = 48,802 > nilai Ftabel = 2,743 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulannya disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi siswa/siswi di SDN Desa tegal sari kec. Megang sakt

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the effectiveness of gallery Walk in improving students writing competence. The object of this study was the students at AI class Computer major Bina Insan University, amounted 32 students. This study was used Classroom Action Research Method (CAR). There were three treatment when doing this research, pre cycle, cycle I and cycle II.  From the results of observations that have been made in learning activities, it shows that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. From the results of initial or pre-cycle observations, there were only 19 students or 60.8% who completed, then it increased in the first cycle activities, namely to 27 students or 86.4%. %, so in cycle II it increased again to 30 people or 96%. From this result it can be concluded that the success of the gallery walk method in improving student learning outcomes in learning to write English texts, in this research strengthens the reason that the gallery walk method can be an Effective alternative to be applied practically in improving student learning outcomes in learning English.
