Abstract

Kemampuan siswa secara akademik akan meningkat jika diadakan pelatihan kompetensi dari bidang ilmu yang dianggap perlu ditingkatkan terutama untuk persiapan ujian akhir nasional (UAN), sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan sekaligus melihat pengaruh pelatihan sendiri terhadap efektifitas pelatihan dengan tujuan peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Pengaruh pelatihan ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas pelatihan (Y) yaitu, peserta pelatihan (X1), pelatih (X2), sarana dan prasarana pelatihan (X3), serta materi pelatihan (X4). Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner dengan subjek penelitian siswa SMK Sore Pangkalpinang yang berjumlah 26 orang sebagai sampel dari populasi kelas XII sebanyak 86 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Februari 2021 sampai April 2021. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan pengolahan data memanfaatkan software Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Langkah analisa yaitu outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis dalam PLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa indikator independen (X1, X2, X4) yang diduga memiliki pengaruh dan korelasi terhadap efektifitas pelatihan ternyata setelah dianalisa tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap efektifitas pelatihan atau dikatakan pengaruhnya sangat kecil. Untuk sarana dan prasarana pelatihan (X3) mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap efektifitas pelatihan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress honorary English teachers on English learning achievement of students at Junior High School in Lubuklinggau.The sample used in this study was 30 honorary teachers of English subject at Junior High School. Based on the research results, it is known that a = 11.785, b1 = 0.165, b2 = 0.231. Based on the equation Y=a+b1X1+b2X2, it can be seen that = 11.785 + 0.165X1 + 0.231X2. With the analysis that a was 11.785, it mean that if the Honorary English Teacher did not take Job Satisfaction and Job Stress, the Student's English Learning Achievement will be 11.785, it means that if the teacher make an increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction, there will be an increase in the Student's English Learning Achievement by b1 = 0.165, b2 of 0.231 it mean that if the agency make an increase of 1 unit on Work Stress, it will reduce Student Learning Achievement by 0.243, it can be said that the variables of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Students' English Learning Achievement have a simultaneous influence. Abstract

This study was conducted to know the effectiveness of gallery Walk in improving students writing competence. The object of this study was the students at AI class Computer major Bina Insan University, amounted 32 students. This study was used Classroom Action Research Method (CAR). There were three treatment when doing this research, pre cycle, cycle I and cycle II.  From the results of observations that have been made in learning activities, it shows that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. From the results of initial or pre-cycle observations, there were only 19 students or 60.8% who completed, then it increased in the first cycle activities, namely to 27 students or 86.4%. %, so in cycle II it increased again to 30 people or 96%. From this result it can be concluded that the success of the gallery walk method in improving student learning outcomes in learning to write English texts, in this research strengthens the reason that the gallery walk method can be an Effective alternative to be applied practically in improving student learning outcomes in learning English.
