Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan adalah lapisan perkerasan yang terletak di antara tanah dasar dan roda kendaraan. Volume lalu lintas yang tinggi secara berulang yang melintasi jalan raya Kesamben-Solorejo menjadi penyebab menurunnya kualitas jalan sehingga terjadi kerusakan. Oleh karena itu, analisa kerusakan perkerasan lentur pada ruas jalan raya Kesamben-Solorejo Kabupaten Blitar ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis kerusakan yang terjadi untuk dilakukan perbaikan kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kondisi perkerasan jalan raya Kesamben-Solorejo serta menentukan penanganan kerusakan dan mengetahui rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) perbaikan jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  Surface Distress Index (SDI). Hasil dari penilitian ini diketahui nilai SDI terendah terdapat pada segmen 13 (STA. 7+100–7+600) nilai SDI 3,5 kondisi jalan baik, nilai SDI tertinggi terdapat pada segmen 19 (STA. 10+100–10+600) Nilai SDI 75 kondisi jalan sedang, Nilai rata-rata SDI adalah 27,35 kondisi jalan baik dan termasuk ke dalam program pemeliharaan rutin. Pengisian Retak (P4), Penambalan Lubang (P5) dan Perataan (P6). Rencana anggaran biaya yang diperlukan adalah sebesar Rp. 362.200.000.Kata Kunci: Perkerasan Lentur, Surface Distress Index (SDI), RAB ABSTRACT The road is a layer of pavement located between the subgrade and the wheels of the vehicle. The high volume of traffic that repeatedly crosses the Kesamben-Solorejo highway is the cause of the decline in road quality resulting in damage. Therefore, the analysis of flexible pavement damage on the Kesamben-Solorejo highway, Blitar Regency is very important to do to find out the type of damage that occurs to be repaired again. This study aims to determine the value of the pavement condition for the Kesamben-Solorejo highway and determine the handling of damage and determine the budget plan (RAB) for road repairs. This study uses the Surface Distress Index (SDI) method. The results of this study show that the lowest SDI value is in segment 13 (STA. 7+100–7+600), SDI value is 3.5, road conditions are good, the highest SDI value is in segment 19 (STA. 10+100–10+600) SDI score is 75 moderate road conditions, the average SDI value is 27.35 road conditions are good and are included in the routine maintenance program. Crack Filling (P4), Hole Filling (P5) and Alignment (P6). The required budget plan is Rp. 362.200.000.Keywords: Flexible Pavement, Surface Distress Index (SDI), RAB

Abstract

Effective education management requires a comprehensive and data-driven evaluation system to ensure continuous quality improvement. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic evaluation model that allows educational institutions to measure performance from four main perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal processes, and growth and learning. By implementing BSC, educational management can identify strengths and weaknesses in resource management, learning effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and teacher development. This study examines the implementation of BSC in educational management evaluation, showing that this approach can improve transparency, operational efficiency, and the relevance of the education system to the needs of the times. Despite challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources, the implementation of BSC has been proven to provide strategic benefits in improving the quality of education. With BSC-based evaluation, educational institutions can develop policies that are more adaptive, innovative, and oriented towards improving quality as a whole.
