Abstract

Socialization of Child Friendly Regency/City Development (KLA) is one form of government program activities in fulfilling children's rights. The socialization was carried out in the West Pasaman Region, initiated by the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) of West Sumatra Province. This activity aims to socialize Child Friendly Schools as one of the prerequisites for achieving Child Friendly Districts. This socialization method uses interactive lectures and discussions with DPRD members as well as all high school and vocational school principals in West Pasaman Regency and related local government organizations. The presentation shows that the socialization participants are very enthusiastic in asking questions and actively conducting discussions. Participants were given explanations regarding 24 indicators, namely; KLA local regulations, institutionalized KLA, community involvement (business and media), birth certificates, child-friendly information, child participation, consultation institutions for parents or families, alternative supervision institutions, child-friendly infrastructure, health facilities, prevalence of nutrition, PMBA, child-friendly health facilities, drinking water and sanitation, non-smoking areas, PAUD-HI, normal 12 years old, SRA, PKA, victims of violence and exploitation, victims of pornography and emergency situations, persons with disabilities and children with disabilities, stigma. The conclusion of this paper is that to achieve KLA, commitment from various related parties is needed.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the network patterns of creative economy actors in the culinary sector in Padang City. Data collection methods in this study began with documentation studies, in-depth interviews and non-participant observation. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical type and the withdrawal of informants through purposive sampling and snowball to see the relationship between creative economic actors in the culinary sector. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual. The results of this study indicate that creative economic actors in the culinary sector in Padang City have been able to build social networks. This can be seen in the distribution of culinary products that have been carried out by creative economic actors in the culinary sector outside the Padang City area. The social network pattern formed in the creative economic actors in the culinary sector is in a mixed social network pattern. In addition, creative economic actors build social network patterns in 4 forms, namely family-based social network patterns, friendships, joint activities and social media and customers. The social network pattern is spread in the distribution of culinary products that have been created and provides information on the acquisition of raw materials, strategies in product marketing and the results of product profits obtained by creative economic actors in the culinary sector. The novelty of this research is a mixed-based social network pattern.
