Abstract

Kadar aspal Latasir Kelas B oleh Penyedia lebih rendah dibandingkan kadar aspal optimum (8,40 persen).Kata-kata kunci: latasir; jalan nasional, aspal, malukuAbstract: street J. Syaranamual and Leo Wattimena in Ambon, which are 2 of 81 national roads in the Maluku Province, are programmed by BPJN Maluku to use Latasir pavement to maintain road stability. Evaluation of the performance of Latasir Class B pavement for the 2020 fiscal year is intended to evaluate/consider the use of similar pavements in the Maluku BPJN area for the 2021 fiscal year. The objectives of the study are to evaluate: 1). The use of Latasir mixture to meet specifications; 2). Mixed production method based on the provision of mixing equipment, type of transport vehicle, spreading and compacting equipment; 3). Latasir quality is based on the nature of the mixture, thickness tolerance, minimum density and quality control methods. Method of evaluation of the performance of raw materials, processed materials, finished materials, equipment, and labor against the provisions of the quality of procurement. Conclusion: 1). The type of asphalt (Pertamina 60/70), Aggregate 5-10, Sand and Stone Ash from the Wai Sikula quarry in Laha-Ambon, meets the material specification requirements as a Latasir Class B mixture, 2). The mixed production method using AMP in Laha Village meets the requirements for production equipment based on the results of the mixture temperature measurement, the combined gradation test of the extraction results, 3). The method of carrying out the Latasir work using Asphalt Finisher, Tandem Roller and Pneumatic Tire Roller complies with the General Specifications 2018. 4). The asphalt content of 7.10 percent meets the requirements of Latasir class B based on the thickness tolerance, minimum density and marshal properties of the mixture. The Latasir Class B asphalt content by the Supplier is lower than the optimum asphalt content (8.40 percent). Keywords: background; national road, asphalt, maluku

Abstract

Sheep breeders generally raise their sheep by releasing and allowing their livestock to graze wildly. This causes the sheep to receive feed intake with unbalanced nutrition. One of the student programs in the KKN-T IPB University in Pantai Mekar Village, Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency, were checking physical conditions, socializing management of sheep maintenance and distribution of vitamin B complex which to improve the health of the sheep. It was reported that four sheep were found dead after B complex vitamin administration to in four days. The sheep cadavers were brought to the School of Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences, IPB to undergo carcass surgery or necropsy to reveal the cause of death. The results of necropsy found Haemonchus contortus worm infestation in the abomasum of sheep, accompanied by accumulation of fluid under the skin, chest cavity, stomach, and lungs. The cause of death of the four sheep based on necropsy was caused by severe infestation of the Haemonchus contortus type of worm and malnutrition, which lead to hypoalbuminemia and progressed to edema in the lungs, which resulted in shortness of breath (dyspnea). In this case the necropsy results showed that the administration of vitamin B complex was not the cause of the death of the sheep.
