Abstract

One of the 19th-century Malay-language Arab-Jawi manuscripts that contains the fiqh knowledge is the Marba’ Fi Hukm An-Nikah manuscript. The aim behind this study and its goal are to learn more about the edited text and the manuscript's key concepts. Because comparing the texts is an objective process, the research methodology involves philological analysis. There were just two manuscript texts discovered after searching the document. The first manuscript, which serves as the basis for comparison, is in the Pedir Museum's collection and has the inventory number MS-PM-0489/2020. The second manuscript, which serves as the basis for comparison, is in the Aceh State Museum's collection and has the inventory number 07 809. The text MS-PM-0489/2020 was chosen since the quality is higher with intact pages. The four major schools of thought's perspectives (mazhab) on the rules governing marriage are the text's main focus. The results of this study reveal that two things are necessary: first, a text that has been edited and given a critical edition; and second, it is essential to fully comprehend the manuscript Marba' Fi Hukm An-Nikah, which contains Islamic teachings on the science of fiqh. The book contains writings on a wide range of subjects, including talaq, fasakh law, taqlid law, and marriage and all themes related to marriage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of Debt To Equity Ratio(DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on share prices at Pt. Astra Graphia Tbk. Theinstrument for this research is to use financial reports between the balance sheet and profitand loss reports at Pt. Astra Graphia Tbk, the data used in the research instrument is data ontotal debt, equity, sales, total assets and share prices from 2013 - 2022. Meanwhile, thesampling technique used is purposive sampling, the criteria are based on the availability ofup-to-date data and data research variables that will be used. The data in this research wasprocessed using SPSS. The hypothesis testing method uses a significance level of 5%. Theresearch results show that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock prices,Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has no effect on stock prices, and the Debt To Equity Ratio(DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Inovasi berpengaruh dalam menciptakan daya saing suatu perusahaan, dalam hal ini khususnya Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. UMKM yang mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi akan mampu bertahan dan menguasai pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah UMKM telah melakukan inovasi terhadap usahanya dan kemampuan inovasi teknologi untuk menciptakan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi yang mendalam kepada beberapa UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa banyak UMKM yang masih belum memaksimalkan proses inovasi dalam usahanya dan masih bertahan dengan cara lama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dibuat rekomendasi kebijakan di antaranya membuat produk dengan peralatan modern, melakukan diversifikasi dan variasi produk, menciptakan nilai tambah dan melakukan promosi secara berkala dengan memaksimalkan peran media sosial
