Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Desain penelitian asosiatif kausal berupaya memastikan bagaimana beberapa variabel terhubung. Disiplin kerja (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) merupakan tiga variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan kinerja karyawan (Y) merupakan variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang yang berjumlah 117 orang. Teknik perhitungan Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian ini, sehingga menghasilkan seleksi akhir sebanyak 95 orang. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, budaya perusahaan mempunyai dampak besar terhadap seberapa baik kinerja karyawan. Namun, kinerja pegawai tidak banyak dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Selain itu, pada Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang (KPA UM Palembang), motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work facilities, work discipline and competence on the employee performance of CV. Success Intermoda Perkasa (PALI) Regency, both jointly and individually. This type of research uses associative research. The population is 140 employees and the sample is 60 employees. Sampling used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing F and t, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that there is a positive influence between work facilities, work discipline and competence on the employee performance of CV. Success Intermoda Perkasa (PALI) Regency. The results of the F test show that there is a significant influence of work facilities, work discipline, and competence on employee performance, and the results of the t test show that there is a significant influence of work facilities on employee performance, there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, and there is a significant influence of competence on employee performance. The results of the Coefficient of Determination show that work facilities, work discipline and competence contribute 79.5% to changes in the employee performance of CV. Abstract

Inovasi berpengaruh dalam menciptakan daya saing suatu perusahaan, dalam hal ini khususnya Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. UMKM yang mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi akan mampu bertahan dan menguasai pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah UMKM telah melakukan inovasi terhadap usahanya dan kemampuan inovasi teknologi untuk menciptakan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi yang mendalam kepada beberapa UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa banyak UMKM yang masih belum memaksimalkan proses inovasi dalam usahanya dan masih bertahan dengan cara lama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dibuat rekomendasi kebijakan di antaranya membuat produk dengan peralatan modern, melakukan diversifikasi dan variasi produk, menciptakan nilai tambah dan melakukan promosi secara berkala dengan memaksimalkan peran media sosial

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana kinerja kepegawaian dari sisi keuangan dan non keuangan yang ada di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang dengan menggunakan metode key performance indicators untuk menghasilkan standar penilaian kinerja kepegawaian yang tinggi, berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian yang telah dibuat dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penentuan KPI dengan menggunakan Balance Score Card yang sudah dirancang ini sangat efektif untuk mengukur kinerja kepegawaian, tenaga pengajar, kepuasan mahasiswa dan alumni untuk kemajuan Instansi karena penggunaan metode ini sangat terperinci sehingga metode ini dengan cepat dapat mengetahui seberapa maju instansi melalui aspek kinerja kepegawaian, tenaga pengajar, kepuasan mahasiswa, dan alumni. Abstract

This community service is aimed at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Kemplang Marmus Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This technical guidance (Bimtek) activity aims to introduce marketing elements, especially the product itself, namely Kemplang tunu. Continued by increasing knowledge regarding the calculation of production costs (HPP) and simulation of production cost calculations. This activity involves students who carry out Real Work Lectures (KKN) together with field supervisors. After identifying the problem, it was agreed that the problem was that Kemplang Marmus was still constrained by packaging so that its marketing was unable to be present in certain segments and had not calculated the production cost, this made it difficult for MSMEs to determine the right competitive price. Based on the problems above, a product marketing and financial knowledge training was carried out. The training was carried out in 2 stages, namely technical guidance starting from increasing knowledge of product packaging, designing logos on primary and secondary packaging. The activity was continued with a simulation of calculating the production cost for 1 3/4 kg package.

Abstract

A balance bike is a pedal-less bicycle designed to help children develop balance before transitioning to a regular two-wheeled bicycle. As public interest in this sport continues to grow in Palembang, there is an increasing need for a community platform that can facilitate communication, activity information, and structured member management. This study aims to design a website-based application for the Private Balance Bike Palembang community to support its digital activities. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The result of this research is a website-based application prototype that offers main features such as member registration, discussion forums, training and event schedules, and community data management. This application is expected to be an effective solution for enhancing interaction and coordination among community members in an efficient and organized manner
