Abstract

Backgraund: This research is to reveal the evaluation of the application of identification patient at Siti Aisyah Madiun Islamic Hospital. The diversities and the routines of the services in hospital will make adverse event (KTD) if we don’t manage it properly. Errors due to misidentification patient happen almost in every aspect or diagnosis stages and treatment, so it needs the accuracy of patient’s identifications.Method: This research using qualitatif methods that produce descriptive data such as written words and verbal from people and observed attitude and study planning cases that exploits a problem with detail data retrictions, accompanied with detail data retrieval from many sources so can reflects patient identifications done by Siti Aisyah Islamic Hospital. Instruments used in this research is the search guidelines, in-depth interviews, FGD and RCA.Result and Discussion: This research result shows incident type of patient safety happens at Siti Aisyah Islamis Hospital. One of the causes is misidentifications patients. The nurses knowledge about the identification of patients had 100 % but the implementation of identification in hospital not optimal.Conclussion: The implementation of the identification of patients that should be done  by nurses not yet become a culture in Siti Aisyah Madiun Islamic Hospital and the implementation still far from the expectation. The suggestion from the researchers is management should do some evaluation and routine monitoring on the patient’s identifications in hospital to cultivate all nurses to identify patients become common culture nurse. Keyword : identification patient, patient safety incidents

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Dermatitis kontak merupakan suatu peradangan pada kulit karena suatu bahan yang menempel pada kulit. Salah satu pekerjaan yang beresiko untuk mengalami dermatitis kontak ialah pekerja pembuat tahu. Pada proses produksi, pekerja industri tahu dapat kontak langsung dengan zat kimia pembuatan tahu. Kontak langsung dengan asam cuka inilah yang dapat memicu iritasi pada kulit serta munculnya gejala-gejala dermatitis kontak. Metode : Desain penelitian ini berupa literature review dengan dilakukan Pencarian melalui Google Scholars, PubMed, Cochrane Library, ResearchGate dan Science Direct. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian kami memilih 30 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Diskusi: Dampak dermatitis akibat kerja sangat besar khususnya pada pekerja industri. Pekerja dengan penyakit ini mungkin menderita baik dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun profesional mereka. Adapun faktor risiko dermatitis kontak iritan pada pekerja produksi tahu yaitu jenis kelamin perempuan, kontak dengan whey/cuka, personal Hygiene, penggunaan APD yang kurang tepat, kelembaban, lama Kontak. Kesimpulan: Faktor risiko dermatitis kontak iritan pada pekerja produksi tahu yaitu jenis kelamin perempuan, kontak dengan whey/cuka, personal hygiene, penggunaan APD yang kurang tepat, kelembaban,dan lama kontak dengan paparan.

Abstract

Background: Low back pain is pain that is felt in the affected anatomical area with various variations in the duration of pain. This pain is felt in the lumbar or lumbo-sacral region. Occupational diseases caused by non-ergonomic conditions include musculoskeletal disorders. Food industry workers are at risk of low back pain due to their activities such as bending, lifting and carrying heavy loads for a long time and repetitively. The purpose of this systematic review is to determine the relationship of position and length of work of ketring business workers to the incidence of LBP. Methods: searches are conducted through Google Scholars, PubMed, Cochrane Library, ResearchGate and Science Direct. Obtained 30 journals that contain the topic of low back pain in catering industry workers. Results: from 30 journals, 12 cross-sectional studies, 7 systematic Reviews, 4 literature reviews, 5 cohort studies, 1 meta-analysis, and 1 case-control study were obtained. Discussion: LBP occurs due to the biomechanics of the lumbar vertebrae due to changes in body weight points with compensation for changes in body position and will cause pain. Muscle strain and spinal ligament sprain are among the main causes of LBP. lifting positions that are less ergonomic and repetitive in the long term are causing complaints of low back pain in ketring workers. Conclusion: the risk factors for low back Pain (LBP) in workers in the mining industry are caused by several factors such as position and posture when working which tend to be static and repetitive, old age workers, workers with excess weight.
