Abstract

Hypnoterapi action research on pain management and anxiety based colon cancer patients in the problems of pain and anxiety often expressed by colon cancer patients who have undergone surgery and is in the process of chemotherapy, anxiety will increase when individuals face the threat of a life change as a result of disease and duration of the treatment process. The root of the problem in this research is how hypnotherapy reduce pain and anxiety in patients with colon cancer in a surgical disease inpatient unit RSU Banyumas. Design a qualitative research approach action research/action research using Elliot›s Action Research Model, which consists of the process of identifying the initial idea, searching and analyzing facts about pain and anxiety, making planning hypnoterapi, action hypnoterapi, evaluate the success or failure of interventions hypnotherapy, revise ideas, the steps are performed in three cycles. Formulation of the problem in this research is «How to decrease pain and anxiety in patients with colon cancermafter hypnotherapy in the inpatient surgical disease RSU Banyumas». Data processing and data interpretation using NVivo software 9.0.204.0. Based on the data obtained during the application of the three cycles of action showed that hypnotherapy is eff ective in reducing pain and anxiety in patients with colon cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy inpatient unit RSU Banyumas. Decrease in pain every cycle between 4 to 6.3, while the average decrease anxiety between 7 to 15.8. Conclusions in hypnotherapy research helpful in reducing pain and anxiety of patients who suff er from colon cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy in RSU Banyumas. Researchers hope hypnoterapi intervention can be arranged with a standard operating procedure nursing care in the health facilities and can be learned by nurses through nursing education curriculum.Keywords: hypnotherapy, colon cancer, pain, anxiety.

Abstract

The death rate due to the Covid-19 virus based on the World Health Organization (WHO) dated April 19, 2020 was 152,551 people (WHO, 2020). According to data from the Ministry of Health, the percentage of confirmed positive Covid-19 on 27 May 2020 was 23,851 cases, and 1,473 cases died. Elderly people often experience psychological disorders such as stress, depression and anxiety, especially in the face of the Covid-19 outbreak because a lot of information about the Indonesian population has been confirmed positive and causes death to increase the level of anxiety. Efforts in overcoming anxiety that occurs in the elderly can be done with SEFT spiritual relaxation. Objective: To analyze the effect of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy on reducing anxiety levels in the elderly in Grantung Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. Methods: This type of research used a pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 79 elderly in Grantung Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The research instrument used HARS questionnaire sheet and SEFT therapy SOP. Results: The results showed that most of the anxiety levels of the elderly before being given SEFT therapy were in the moderate category of anxiety and after being given SEFT therapy, most of the anxiety levels in the elderly decreased to the mild category. Conclusion: There is an effect of SEFT therapy on the level of anxiety in the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic in Grantung Village with a value of p = 0.000 (p value <0.05). Recommendations:for the elderly should apply SEFT therapy independently to deal with anxiety problems during the pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Based Permenkes RI. No. 1109 of 2007 legalized complementary therapies carried out in health facilities, Permenkes RI No. HK.02.02 / Menkes / 148/1/2010 on the Implementation of License and Nurse Practice, hypnotherapy has become a complementary therapy used by nurses. Qualitative research design was used with action research approach to implement the method hypnotherapy. The study population was patients who had undergone colon cancer surgery and is undergoing chemotherapy who experience pain and anxiety. The study was conducted for 6 weeks in the Banyumas General Hospital, with purposive sampling technique gained 6 participants. The research instrument used in-depth interviews and participant observation after getting the hypnotherapy intervention. Data processing and data interpretation using NVivo software 9.0.204.0. research shows the level of pain and anxiety hypnotherapy respondents declined after 1-3 cycles, the average decrease in pain every cycle between 4 to 6.3, while the average decrease anxiety decrease between 7 to 15.8. Conclusions in hypnotherapy research helpful in reducing pain and anxiety of patients who suffer from colon cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy in Banyumas General Hospital. Abstract

Background: Surgery is the act of opening or showing body parts by cutting and closing them again by suturing the wound as an invasive treatment carried out by the medical team. Surgery is divided into two, namely Major Surgery and Minor Surgery. Surgery can cause discomfort or pain, one of the non-pharmacological techniques is murottal al-quran therapy. Objective: Knowing the application of listening therapy to the al-quran reading to reduce pain intensity in postoperative clients. Methods: This type of research is a literature review, namely a description of the theory, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as the basis for research activities to formulate a clear frame of mind from the formulation of the problem to be studied. Results: The researchers concluded based on these 5 journals that the murottal al-quran technique was effective in reducing pain levels in the postoperative period. Conclusion: Based on the five journals that have been presented, it is found that the murottal al-quran technique can reduce the level of pain intensity in postoperative clients.

Abstract

Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti ilmiah mengenai efektivitas terapi komplementer berbasis kearifan lokal, khususnya terapi herbal tradisional, dalam pencegahan dan penanganan stunting pada anak. Studi ini berfokus pada efek terapi herbal terhadap status gizi, fungsi sistem kekebalan tubuh, kesehatan saluran cerna, dan pertumbuhan linier anak. Studi ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis yang mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada basis data nasional dan internasional untuk publikasi dari tahun 2017–2026. Artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi mencakup uji acak terkendali (RCT), studi kohort, studi kuasi-eksperimental, dan tinjauan sistematis. Data dianalisis menggunakan sintesis naratif. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa tanaman herbal tradisional seperti temulawak, kunyit, jahe, kelor, dan meniran memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan, memperbaiki fungsi saluran cerna dan penyerapan zat gizi, meningkatkan respons imun, serta mengurangi peradangan yang terkait dengan gangguan pertumbuhan. Beberapa studi juga melaporkan adanya perbaikan status gizi, peningkatan berat badan, dan kecenderungan peningkatan pertumbuhan linier. Selain penggunaannya dalam bentuk tradisional, beberapa studi melaporkan pengembangan tanaman herbal menjadi formulasi pangan yang lebih mudah diterima oleh anak-anak, seperti produk suplemen pangan dan sediaan fungsional, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan kepatuhan konsumsi. Terapi herbal tradisional berbasis kearifan lokal berpotensi menjadi terapi komplementer dalam pencegahan dan penanganan stunting dengan memperbaiki status gizi, fungsi imun, kesehatan saluran cerna, dan pertumbuhan linier pada anak.
