Abstract

Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi yang baik selain diperlukan sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan dalam manajemen perguruan tinggi yang baik, juga tidak kalah penting adalah tata kelola manajemen akademik (muatan kurikulum) dalam menciptakan lulusan yang berkualitas dan sesuai kebutuhan IPTEKS dewasa ini. Sehingga diperlukan evaluasi terus menerus dan pemuta-khiran segera terhadap kurikulum yang berbasis teknologi dan kompetensi, serta mengikuti permintaan pasar kerja. Dalam perguruan tinggi terdapat rangkaian atau himpunan dari manajemen, faktor, kebijakan dan kelembagaan. Kesemua itu merupakan fondasi kuatnya suatu perguruan tinggi. Faktor yang dimaksud adalah faktor manusia yaitu mahasiswa-mahasiswa yang berada dalam lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Kebijakan yang dimaksud adalah kebijakan yang dibuat atau ditetapkan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mewujudkan sistem yang terprogram dan berstruktur. Analisis keberadaan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Kebangsaan Bireuen menggunakan pendekatan SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat), yang berarti menggunakan pendekatan dan tinjauan berdasarkan pada kekuatan dan kelemahan internal STIE. Peluang, dan ancaman yang berkemungkinan di hadapi dari ensternal lembaga. Pendekatan ini diambil, karena dinilai lebih adaptif dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan yang bakal dihadapi sepuluh tahun ke depan. Melalui analisa SWOT akan dapat bermanfaat untuk menetapkan pilihan–pilihan strategi dalam memahami potensi-potensi yang dimiliki STIE Kebangsaan untuk tetap survive dalam zaman globalisasi ke depan.Keywords: SWOT, STIE Kebangsaan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari karakteristik individu dan motivasi kerja secara terpisah maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Kepala Desa atau Geuchiek di Kecamatan Jeunieb Kabupaten Bireuen. Variabel yang diuji antara lain Karakteristik Individu (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) sebagai variabel bebas, dan Kinerja Kepala Desa atau Geuchiek (Y) variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 43 orang Geuchiek, dan penentuan sampel mengambil keseluruhan anggota populasi. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan pengujian koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menun-jukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dari Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Kepala Desa atau Geuchiek, dengan persamaan Y = 28,156 + 0,603 X1 + 0,363 X2. Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu terhadap Kinerja Kepala Desa, sebesar 34,91%, dan pengaruh Motivasi Kerja sebesar 22,31%. Kata Kunci : Karakteristik Individu, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Kepala Desa (Geuchiek).

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang: ?Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Implikasinya pada Loyalitas Pasien Rawat Jalan (Studi Kasus pada RSU Bireuen Medical Center Bireuen)?. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tentang (1) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Lokasi, terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan pada RSU BMC Bireuen. Dan (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Lokasi terhadap Loyalitas Pasien Rawat Jalan pada RSU BMC Bireuen. Studi mengambil sampel 100 pasien rawat jalan dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menujukkan hal-hal berikut, Analisis secara deskriptif diperoleh; a. kualitas pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Bireuen Medical Center menurut persepsi pasien rawat jalan adalah 70,51 persen, b. Faktor lokasi diyakini pasien baik dan menguntungkan pasien sebesar 73,22 persen, c. Tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Bireuen Medical Center adalah 76,81 persen, dan d. Tingkat Loyalitas pasien menurut responden (pasien rawat jalan) di Rumah Sakit Umum BMC sebesar 72,08 persen. Hasil analisi inferensia, diperoleh; a.Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada RSU Bireuen Medical Center, sebesar 34,23 persen. b. Lokasi rumah sakit yang strategis berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien sebesar 21,24 persen. c. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien, sebesar 30,05 persen. Dan d. Faktor lokasi rumah sakit yang mudah dijangkau oleh pasien dan keluarganya akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien, sebesar 15,86 persen. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and measure 1) The influence of organizational culture on Lecturer Performance at Almuslim University. 2) The influence of motivation on Lecturer Performance at Almuslim University. And 3) The effect of lecturer certification on the Performance of Lecturers at Almuslim University. This research was conducted at the University of Almuslim Peusangan Bireuen. As for the variables of this study are organizational culture, lecturer work motivation, lecturer certification, and lecturer performance. The study was conducted on 76 lecturers who are qualified Serdos, in 7 (seven) faculties at the University of Almuslim in August - September 2019 .. The results showed that the level of organizational culture according to the lecturer had reached 80.82 percent in supporting lecturer performance, while the level of motivation lecturer work has reached 81.51 percent. The average level of lecturer performance reaches good qualifications. The results of the path analysis, with a 95 percent confidence level, found that, 1). There is a causal relationship between organizational culture and lecturer work motivation which is very significant, as well as work motivation with lecturer certification, so as to ensure that between independent variables (exogenous) a causal relationship occurs, 2). There is an influence of organizational culture both directly and indirectly on the performance of lecturers by 30.99 percent. 3). There is a direct and indirect influence on the aspects of lecturer work motivation on the lecturer performance level of 29.87 percent. 4). While the effect of the aspect of granting lecturer Certification to lecturer performance is quite significant at 11.40 percent. 5). The magnitude of the contribution of organizational culture factors, work motivation of lecturers and lecturer certification on the performance of lecturers amounted to 74.4 percent. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui a) pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, b) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru, c) pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan d) pengaruh faktor-faktor budaya organisasi, kompetensi guru, dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Objek penelitian adalah 50 guru PNS (ASN) yang bekerja sebagai guru di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2020. Dengan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik analisi menggunakan model analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; 1) Budaya organisasi yang telah dijalankan di sekolah SMA Negeri Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaen Bireuen, menurut persepsi guru sudah berjalan baik dalam mendukung kinerja guru. Penilaian guru atas budaya sekolah mencapai 87,87% telah disesuai dengan harapan guru. Sementara itu tingkat Kompetensi guru yang profesional, sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No.74 tahun 2008, sudah baik mencapai 85,83% dari kondisi yang ideal. Dan motif guru untuk berprestasi, afiliasi dan kekuasaan dalam mendukung program sekolah yakni peningkatan mutu menunjukkan hal yang baik, mencapai 85,13% dari yang diharapkan. Dan tingkat kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan perencanaan pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan KBM maupun melakukan evaluasi hasil belajar sudah mencapai kategori sangat baik, yakni 85,83 % dari target tugas yang ideal. 2) Hasil penelitian verifikatif didasarkan analisis kausalitas antar variabel membuktikan; a) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikans budaya sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru, mencapai 25,06 %. b) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap Kinerja guru, sebesar 50,52 %. c) pengaruh motivasi guru untuk berprestsi dan berafiliasi terhadap Kinerja guru, sebesar 18,09 %, dan d) secara bersama-sama pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi guru, terhadap Kinerja guru diperoleh dari nilai determinasi antar variabel ini, yakni sebesar 62,6 %.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the village funds and village-owned enterprises in reducing poverty in Indonesia. The village fund has been rolled out since 2015 by the government of the Republic of Indonesia. The data used is panel data by combining time series data and panel data from 2015 to 2021. The population of this study consists of all villages in 23 districts/cities in Aceh propince, with the total of 6.497 villages, using panel regression as an analytical tool. The result of this study showed that although village funds and village-owned enterprises do have effect in reducing the number of poor people in rural areas, however, the impact of village fund is more significant compared to village-owned enterprises. In this case relevant stakeholders should be able to increase the capacity of village fund managers through internship programs, mentoring and capacity building for managers. Multi-stakeholder cooperation is highly recommended in empowering village-owned enterprises as a source of village original income. The limitation of this study is it does not distinguish the type of business from each existing business owned by the village. Therefore, the future research needs to evaluate the type of business in a village-owned enterprise.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan calon mahasiswa dalam menghasilkan guru pendidikan ekonomi syariah yang dapat menjelaskan fiqih muamalah dengan lebih baik. Tujuan lainnya adalah menumbuhkembangkan sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah menengah keatas dan dayah-dayah sehingga perlu pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membentuk dan menyusun akad muamalah yang baik dan sesuai dengan syariah islam. Materi yang disampaikan adalah konsep fiqih untuk akad-akad yang disediakan oleh bank syariah, kajian produk dan akad serta bedah kasus dalam menyelesaikan sengketa. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat di jadikan sebagai bahan masukan untuk dosen dan tenaga kependidikan untuk meningkatkan professionalisme dan juga sebagai bahan masukan dalam menyusun opportunity dalam mendirikan program studi ekonoomi syariah.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a very important role in improving the quality of learning and the quality of graduatesdetermined by interpersonal communication and situational leadership of the principal. This study aims toanalyze the influence of interpersonal communication and situational leadership of the principal on teacherperformance at SD IT Bunayya Lhokseumawe. The research method uses correlational, with a quantitativeapproach. Data collection used a questionnaire distributed to 38 respondents as a total sample. The measurementscale uses a Likert scale of four answer choices. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Previously,prerequisite analysis tests were carried out using tests of data normality, autocorrelation, heteroskedasticity andmulticollinearity. The results of the study stated that teacher performance was significantly and simultaneouslyinfluenced by interpersonal communication and situational leadership of the principal by 70.7 percent and theremaining 29.3 percent was influenced by other variables that were not studied. Research contribution to theprincipal to open communication in providing positive responses and attitudes to teachers. The principal placeshimself according to the teacher’s situation so that he can foster good cooperation. Teacher performance improvesas seen from the learning process by compiling and mastering the material and skillfully using learning media.

Abstract

This research was conducted on teachers at the Integrated Islamic School in Bireuen District using a quantitative method with an associative type and using path analysis. Based on the results of the study (1) with a structural model between locus of control, self-efficiency and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. Partially, locus of control has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, as well as the aspect of self-efficacy has an effect on teacher job satisfaction, and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. (2) From the structural model between Locus of control, self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. So partially Locus of control has a significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, self-efficacy has a significant effect on teacher performance, and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance. (3) Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of locus of control on teacher performance. Likewise, job satisfaction can mediate the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance and job satisfaction can mediate the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. (4) Locus of control, self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence jointly affect teacher job satisfaction and locus of control, self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence jointly influence teacher performance in Integrated Islamic Schools in Bireuen District.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Ambalawi Subdistrict Office, Bima Regency. This type of research is associative research, where the population is 40 people with a sample of 39 employees who work at the Ambalawi Subdistrict Office, Bima Regency. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis methods used are reliability and validity tests, classical assumption tests, T tests and F tests, correlation coefficients, determination tests and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership (X1) on job satisfaction (Y) at the Ambalawi sub-district office, Bima district. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction at the Ambalawi sub-district office, Bima district. Based on the F test calculation, leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously influence job satisfaction (Y) at the Ambalawi sub-district office, Bima district.
