Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance through affective commitment and psychological wellbeing as a mediation at a convection company in Indonesia, precisely located in Bandung, namely Permata Farish Group. This study uses primary data sources derived from the distribution of questionnaires and short interviews with several research respondents and secondary data through journals, books, websites and relevant data obtained from companies. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 application program to determine the path coefficient and specific indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The results of statistical testing using a p-value of 0.05 indicate that the perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, psychological well-being and employee performance. Affective commitment and psychological well-being also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Another finding is that affective commitment and psychological well-being can mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance with psychological well-being values greater than affective commitment.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2019, brought major changes and had an impact on all elements of the world community. Over time, cases of COVID-19 transmission continue to increase. In order to reduce the number of transmissions, the Government issued a policy in the form of (Lockdown), limiting direct contact, and changing traditional work methods into Work From Home. But in its running, WFH raises pros and cons among employees. There are those who feel that during WFH productivity increases, on the contrary, there are also those who feel that WFH causes more stress than before. This study aims to find out in depth and understand further how working conditions are during the Pandemic, then this research will prove the impact felt by employees as a result of implementing Work From Home and find out more about the evaluation of its implementation. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach to understand an event or case in more depth, as well as the use of the interview method as a data collection technique to fulfill the information needed in research.resource persons in this study were employees with differences in gender and employment status, with the object being the Personnel Section of Diponegoro University Semarang, which was expected to be able to provide clear and detailed answers. The results showed that, male employees felt more work productivity compared to female employees when carrying out Work From Home (WFH).

Abstract

This study employs quantitative research to establish which social media platform is appropriate for ConnectingPM in the Asia Pacific market and social media marketing strategy according to ConnectingPM’s current situations. This strategy intends to maximize company sales by increasing brand awareness and attracting new job seekers. During the internship, information was gathered through desk research and questionnaires. The research indicates that the familiarity of project management recruitment services in Asia Pacific is still low and ConnectingPM should focus more on LinkedIn to increase customer brand awareness. Social media marketing strategies are also described in this study, focusing more on LinkedIn social media, but remaining active on other social media so that social media channels can complement each other. In addition, social media content that is relevant to the ConnectingPM case is also explained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the award variable on employee retention where organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable, studies on employees of the Gelawa Food Family, Demak Regency. The population used is the employees of the Gelawa Food Family, Demak Regency. The number of samples used in this study were 38 people, using a sample collection technique, namely the Census technique. The research data was obtained through data collection with a questionnaire technique using a 1-4 scale like Likert. The scales used in this study include the Employee Retention Scale, Reward Scale and OCB Scale. The hypotheses proposed by the research are three hypotheses, where the research hypotheses will be proven by testing with quantitative methods using the quantitative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run with the SmartPLS software application and descriptive testing of the index value of each variable using Microsoft Excel 2013.Based on the SEM test, the model form of employee retention research can be explained well by the reward (R-Square = 0.887) and OCB (RSquare = 0.740). Based on the Q-Square calculation, it can be seen that reward and OCB variable have a good predictive level on the employee retention (Q¬Square = 0.904). The results of the path analysis test show that rewards have a very significant positive effect on employee retention (Tcount = 4.259; p = 0.000) and OCB (Tcount t = 14,275; p = 0.000), and OCB has a significant positive effect on employee retention (Tcount = 2,000; p = 0.046). The effect of rewards on employee retention mediated by OCB is 0.277. Based on the results above, it is known that the three research hypotheses are accepted

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze how the effect of digitizing the company's system on job satisfaction, in addition, to whether the digitalization of the company's system influences employee performance, to find out whether job satisfaction has an influence on employee performance, and to find out whether job satisfaction mediates positively and significantly the effect digitalization of company systems on employee performance. The measuring instruments used in this study were closed questioner. This study uses a purposive sampling approach technique where this technique is a sampling technique. The result of this study is the digitization of the company's system has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The digitization of the company's system has no direct effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the Sobel test, job satisfaction mediating the digitization of the company's system on employee performance has a positive and significant effect. Digitalization of the company's system has a strong influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. Digitizing the company's system can be said to be good if it can help and facilitate the work of employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyse the effect of spirituality in the workplace, with a mediating role by organisational citizenship behaviour, and a moderating role by emotional intelligence in improving employee (nurse) performance. In addition, the inconsistency of previous research is the reason this research was conducted. The population used in this study were all active nurses at RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Klaten. The number of samples used in this study were 74 respondents. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with SMART PLS 3 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that by including spirituality in the workplace positively and significantly affects employee performance, and emotional intelligence strengthens the influence of spirituality in the workplace on employee performance. Meanwhile, the role of organisational citizenship behaviour has no effect on employee performance. It can be concluded that hypotheses one and two have a positive and significant effect, and hypothesis four strengthens the influence between spirituality in the workplace on employee performance. While hypothesis three has no effect on improving employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine a feasible strategy to increase brand and target market awareness as well as produce an appropriate and effective marketing strategy through social media to help launch their first service in the Netherlands. This strategy is expected to increase brand awareness and increase CatSwoppr's social media traffic. To produce an appropriate and effective strategy, complete and comprehensive information is required. This strategy is expected to increase brand awareness and increase CatSwoppr's social media traffic. To produce an appropriate and effective strategy, complete and comprehensive information is required. The author also collects research results and journals from various previously available sources, which include cats in Europe and social media in the Netherlands. Based on the results of the analysis, most of CatSwoppr's audience or target market is currently in the Netherlands, especially those in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Haarlem, Rotterdam, and The Hague with an average age between 25-34 years, followed by various other European countries and countries in Asia. In addition, this research also produces marketing strategies that are expected to be effective by trying to communicate with the target market through social media andwebsites. In the recommendations section, the author also describes the strategies and stepsthat must be taken by CatSwoppr to maximize the use of social media and websites as platforms for marketing
