Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Infeksi HIV pada tubuh bertindak sebagai stresor yang akan menimbulkan permasalahan bagi individu yang terinfeksi di ataranya masalah fisik, psikologis dan psikososialnya. Permasalahan fisik terkait dengan perjalanan penyakit dan komplikasi sistem saraf pusat, mulai dari munculnya gejala penyakit, turunnya sistem kekebalan tubuh.  Masalah psikosial dan psikologis yang dialami oleh penderita HIV diantaranya adalah munculnya stigma dan diskriminasi baik didalam keluarga maupun di masyarakatMetode : Penelitian  ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, teknik  pengambilan sample menggunakan cara consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 420 orang. Analisis  bivariat  menggunakan chi-Square                      Hasil : Sebagian responden memiliki kualitas hidup yang tinggi yaitu sebanyak 264 orang (62,9%). Rata-rata skor kualitas hidup ODHA adalah 84,9. Nilai skor minimal-maksimal adalah 55-105 dan nilai 95% CI for mean adalah 84,33-85,64. sebagian responden patuh dalam meninum ARV yaitu sebanyak 343 orang (81,7%). kepatuhan minum ARV memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kualitas hidup dimana nilai p 0,000 yaitu <0,05 dengan OR 4,140 yang artinya ODHA yang patuh dalam meminum ARV akan memiliki kualitas hidup yang tinggi sebesar 4 kali dibandingkan dengan ODHA yang tidak patuh dalam meminum ARV.Simpulan : Orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) yang mempunyai kualitas hidup tinggi sebanyak 62,9% dan ODHA yang mempunyai kualitas hidup rendah sebanyak 37,1%. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepatuhan minum Arv dengan Kualitas hidup ODHA.Kata Kunci :  Kepatuhan, ARV, ODHA ABSTRACTBackground : HIV infection in the body act as stressors that will cause problems for individuals infected among physical, psychological and psychosocial. Bivariate analysis used chi-squareResults :  Some respondents have a high quality of life, namely as many as 264 people (62.9%). The average quality of life score for PLWHA is 84.9. The minimum-maximum score is 55-105 and the 95% CI for the mean is 84.33-85.64. some respondents were obedient in taking ARV, namely as many as 343 people (81.7%). adherence to taking ARV has a significant relationship with quality of life where the p-value is 0.000, which is <0.05 with OR 4.140, which means that PLWHA who are compliant in taking ARVs will have a high quality of life by 4 times compared to PLWHA who are not compliant in taking ARV.Conclusion : People with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) who have a high quality of life are 62.9% and PLWHA who have a low quality of life are 37.1%. There is a significant relationship between adherence to drinking ARV and the quality of life.Keywords: Compliance, ARV, PLWHA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discover the factors that contribute to a mother's anxiety. The study employed a cross-sectional design, with the outcome being a mother's anxiety. There were 398 respondents who were mothers, had lived in Bengkulu City for at least three years, and were willing to be a respondent. The total was computed using simple random sampling. The result showed that the variables had conclusive significant with outcome included income (AOR: 6.7, 95%CI: 3.07-14.69, p-value: <0.001), perception (AOR: 3.04, 95%CI: 1.1 – 8.4, p-value: 0.032), health literacy ((AOR: 2.97, 95%CI: 2.1 – 4.3, p-value: <0.001), stress ((AOR: 2.3, 95%CI: 1.1 – 4.9, p-value: 0.031), and education (AOR: 1.8, 95%CI: 1.1 – 2.8, p-value: 0.018). The good one program should be released as soon as possible to assist them in selecting the appropriate contraception that will help them avoid side effects.
