Abstract

Indonesian Warships are a representation of the strength and ability of the Navy in maintaining state sovereigntyin the area of national jurisdiction. Second Fleet Command is one of the main cities of the Indonesian navy whichoversees the central part of the Republic of Indonesia. This maritime area security activity is realized through theimplementation of Marine Defense Operations and Marine Security Operations using the warship. In assessingaspects, criteria and alternatives that affect the sustainability of the warship operation degree in Second FleetCommand, the author uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method (AHP) in assessing the weight of eachintensity, in this processing the author uses super decision software 2.10 in processing the data. In theimplementation of warship operations, there are many aspects that affect its implementation. The three mainaspects are the Geopolhankam aspect, the naval warships technical/physical aspect and the Navy'sfinancial/budgetary aspect. Of the three aspects, the technical aspect is the main aspect that affects thesustainability of the warships operation title with a weight value of 0.44343. Furthermore, the Financial aspect /Indonesian navy budget with a weight of 0.38737 and the Geopolhankam aspect is the aspect with the lowestpriority with a weight of 0.1692. In the threat level criteria, regional conflicts have the highest value with a weightvalue of 0.16398, in the Indonesian Navy budget criteria the budget for carrying out the tasks of the Navy is thehighest criterion with a weight value of 0.19437,Keywords: warship operation, Operation Pattern, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Super Decision 2.10

Abstract

The South China Sea conflict is a regional security issue that has not yet reached the point of completion, and isprone to disrupting regional stability in the future. There are 3 (three) basic things that are the main reasons whycountries are involved in the South China Sea conflict. First, it contains enormous natural resources, including oiland gas, biodiversity and fisheries and other marine resources. To operate patrol boats and logistics vessels sothat the distribution of liquid logistics support is appropriate, timely, and in the right place, in solving the problemof liquid logistics distribution, the "Linear Programming" approach will be used to optimization the distribution ofliquid logistics for patrol boats in the Security Operations sector sea. From the description of the formulation of theproblem above, this research was carried out by aiming at the objectives to be achieved, including: formulating alogistic distribution optimization model and optimizing the ability of Naval Warship B9 in supporting the elementsof the title at sea. Data processing in this research activity is data that has been obtained from data collectionactivities and processed using the help of an excel solver. the results of the running of the spreadsheet solverprogram, the running results stated that in order to carry out operations in the Natuna sea for one year it required7 Naval Warship (1 K3; 5 K4; and 1 K5), then the central point of operation is sector A, the optimal refuel point isin R17 because it is closest to operation in sector A.Keywords: Distribution logistics, spreadsheet solver, Linear Programming.

Abstract

The distribution of ammunition is not optimal because there is only one Arsenal and must serve Navy Bases spread throughout Indonesia and have been specially transported ammunition so the process of distributing ammunition depends on the element of the title. Selection of the right type of KRI in an assignment as an ammunition auxiliary ship using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method approach gave rise to two main criteria, namely the criteria of operational requirements with five sub-criteria: safety, geographical conditions, mobility, ship feasibility, sailing resilience, and technical requirements criteria with five sub-criteria: machinery, navigation, platform safety. equipment and also sensors. For ammunition, and distribution errors use the Vehicle Routing Problem method. Route optimization is approached with the Saving Matrix method. The results of this study are an alternative priority for selecting ships in assignments as ammunition auxiliary ships to carry out the distribution of ammunition throughout the Navy Base. The best alternative based on the main criteria and sub-criteria is the type of personnel transport auxiliary ship (BAP) with a score of 0.341260. Sequentially, the alternative priorities in the selection of ammunition auxiliary ships are BAP Type Ships, BRS Type Ships, LST / M Type Ships, AT Type Ships, and the last priority is MA Type Ships. Meanwhile, the Saving Matrix method is able to improve the ammunition distribution route into two routes so as to reduce distribution operational costs. The use of the Nearest Insert and Nearest Neighbor methods was able to shorten the distance traveled by the ship from 13004 Nm to 9667 Nm. Abstract

Indonesian Naval Academy (AAL) is tasked with organizing the first education for Indonesian Navy volunteer officers at the academy level which produces Indonesian Navy officers who are tanggap, tanggon and trengginas. The purpose of education at AAL is to educate and train cadets to become future Indonesia Navy officers who are professional, able to adapt to science and technology, have a Sapta Marga spirit, and have the skills in accordance with the demands of the initial assignment on the Republic of Indonesia Warships (KRI) and Platoon Commander in the Marine Corps in order to support the duties of the Indonesian Navy. To realize Superior Human Resources, the Indonesian Naval Academy builds an Education system that is oriented towards the Tri Basic Patterns of Indonesia Armed Force Education, namely through Teaching, Training, and Nurturing Methods (Jarlatsuh) which cannot be separated from one another. Based on existing problems evaluation, assessment and development of the AAL education system need to be carried out. Evaluation is carried out using a system dynamic approach and Game Theory, namely by identifying the variables that affect Jarlatsuh and building a causal loop diagram followed by building the main model and its supporting submodels, to develop the AAL Graduate Quality model which consists of 4 (four) sub-models which include: AAL Graduate Quality Submodel. Teaching Submodels. Training Submodels. Nurturing Submodel. then implementing scenarios for intervening variables that need attention and determining policies using the Game Theory method with an approach to cooperative games by adopting the existing system in Japan's NDA.
