Abstract

Assignment Marine security operation is an operation where the presence at sea has strategic value for theexistence of national sovereignty and maritime security in Indonesia's national jurisdiction. The threat of securitydisturbances and violations at sea in the form of fishing theft, theft of timber and other natural resources as wellas encroachment on territorial boundaries by foreign ships requires the presence of the Indonesian navy PatrolElements (Ships and Aircraft) for security. The limited number of Indonesian navy Patrol Elements and the budgetprovided by the state as well as the need for securing the maritime territory of the Republic of Indonesia haveresulted in the need for thinking about optimizing the assignment of Patrol Ships and Aircraft in the Kamlaoperation sector and placement to their supporting bases, so that the right type and amount and operational costsin security. Ships and aircraft carry out patrols in randomly determined sectors. This optimization model identifiesthe related decision variables through open interview discussions, then sets the objective and constraint functionsas an optimization model to be developed. The application of the Goal Programming method which can beformulated by determining the decision variables related to the assignment of aircraft where the objective functionis to calculate the maximum radar coverage area in the operating sector and minimize operating costs. Meanwhile,Mamdani's Fuzzy Logic method is used to determine the output of certain radar coverage areas. In this case, itrequires the help of Matlab software on the Fuzzy Inference System (FIZ) toolbox to solve this problem.Keywords: “Maritime Patrol Aircraft, Coverage, Operating Costs, Goal Programming, Fuzzy Inference System,and Mamdani Fuzzy Logic”.

Abstract

The Cummins KTA 38D brand diesel generator is a ship's power generation equipment owned by a supplier to warship electrical needs both at base or in operation. Based on damage report data from 2016 - 2022, the percentage of diesel generator damage reached 38.5% of the total damage to all ship equipment. The results of the analysis using the FTA method cause the failure of the diesel generator to be caused by one of the failure factors in the supporting sub-systems,both from the electrical sub-system, fuel sub-system, air sub-system, fresh water sub-system, seawater sub-system, the lubricant sub-system and the control sub-system were damaged. Calculation using FMECA, there are five critical components based on the RPN value with a "high" risk rating, namely the Body Cover Pump component with the risk of corrosion (205), the Impeller component with the risk of corrosion/cracking (260.5), the Cooler tube component with the risk of leakage (264,7), Mechanical Seal component with risk of damage/leak (192.8), Rectanguler Seal component with risk of leak (196). With a reliability approach and analysis of total cost replacement age preventive maintenance with a minimum reliability limit of 55.84%. It can be proposed maintenance intervals for Body Cover Pump components at 980 running hours with an increase in reliability of 30.87% and maintenance cost savings reaching 14.57%, Impeller components at 1581 running hours with an increase in reliability of 35.79% and maintenance cost savings reaching 29.28%, Cooler tube components at 979 running hours with an increase in reliability of 26.06% and maintenance cost savings reaching 16.40%, mechanical seal components at 1290 running hours with an increase in reliability of 33,20% and savings in maintenance costs reaching 22,57%, the rechtangular seal component on 979 running hours with an increase in reliability of 31.67% and savings in maintenance costs reaching 38.88%. Abstract

Indonesian Naval Academy (AAL) is tasked with organizing the first education for Indonesian Navy volunteer officers at the academy level which produces Indonesian Navy officers who are tanggap, tanggon and trengginas. The purpose of education at AAL is to educate and train cadets to become future Indonesia Navy officers who are professional, able to adapt to science and technology, have a Sapta Marga spirit, and have the skills in accordance with the demands of the initial assignment on the Republic of Indonesia Warships (KRI) and Platoon Commander in the Marine Corps in order to support the duties of the Indonesian Navy. To realize Superior Human Resources, the Indonesian Naval Academy builds an Education system that is oriented towards the Tri Basic Patterns of Indonesia Armed Force Education, namely through Teaching, Training, and Nurturing Methods (Jarlatsuh) which cannot be separated from one another. Based on existing problems evaluation, assessment and development of the AAL education system need to be carried out. Evaluation is carried out using a system dynamic approach and Game Theory, namely by identifying the variables that affect Jarlatsuh and building a causal loop diagram followed by building the main model and its supporting submodels, to develop the AAL Graduate Quality model which consists of 4 (four) sub-models which include: AAL Graduate Quality Submodel. Teaching Submodels. Training Submodels. Nurturing Submodel. then implementing scenarios for intervening variables that need attention and determining policies using the Game Theory method with an approach to cooperative games by adopting the existing system in Japan's NDA. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji risiko keselamatan yang umum dihadapi dalam operasi konstruksi, termasuk bekerja di ketinggian, bawah tanah, ruang terbatas, serta dekat dengan material berbahaya dan situasi yang melibatkan kebisingan, debu, penggunaan peralatan, dan kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem upah pada perusahaan konstruksi di lokasi dengan risiko keselamatan yang bervariasi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan dokumen, untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana CV Adicitra Karya menerapkan sistem upah. Ditemukan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan dua metode utama: pembayaran berbasis waktu, dimana pekerja dibayar tarif tetap per satuan waktu tanpa mempertimbangkan output, dan pembayaran berdasarkan satuan, yang menggantungkan kompensasi pada jumlah pekerjaan yang selesai. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pilihan metode pembayaran tidak terpengaruh secara signifikan oleh tingkat risiko di lokasi konstruksi, memberikan wawasan tentang praktik pengupahan di industri konstruksi dan bagaimana risiko keselamatan diintegrasikan ke dalam struktur upah

Abstract

Industri konstruksi dikenal dengan sifat kompetitifnya, yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh kemudahan akses bagi individu atau perusahaan dengan modal investasi kecil dibandingkan dengan industri lain. Dalam lingkungan ini, perusahaan konstruksi sering kali tidak dapat menghasilkan permintaan untuk layanan mereka secara mandiri, sehingga mereka harus terlibat dalam proses penawaran yang sangat kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang berorientasi pada pelanggan sebagai cara menghadapi persaingan di sektor jasa konstruksi. Metodologi penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pelanggan dapat dianggap sebagai proses pencarian rutin yang memadukan harapan dan preferensi pelanggan dalam pengembangan dan modifikasi produk. Pendekatan ini mendorong interaksi yang lebih erat dengan pelanggan dan menyokong peningkatan bertahap dalam kualitas, fitur, dan efisiensi biaya layanan konstruksi. Sebelum mengembangkan layanan lebih lanjut, perusahaan konstruksi harus mengevaluasi ide-ide dari berbagai perspektif untuk menemukan solusi terbaik. Ini termasuk menilai apakah ide tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kapabilitas perusahaan, seperti CV Adicitra Karya. Evaluasi terhadap ide-ide pengembangan ini penting untuk menentukan potensi keuntungan mereka bagi jasa konstruksi, mengingat tidak semua ide produk dapat direalisasikan secara simultan

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Industri Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional, dan semakin berperan dalam perdagangan internasional. MARS Genuine Leather berhasil menciptakan produk yang unik dengan memadukan kulit sapi berkualitas dengan kain tradisional Indonesia, yang membedakan produknya dengan kompetitor. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh MARS Genuine Leather, perusahaan kerajinan kulit sapi, dalam menembus pasar ekspor, khususnya di Arab Saudi Metode : Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MARS Genuine Leather berhasil mempertahankan keunggulannya melalui strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada kualitas, diferensiasi produk, dan pemahaman pasar. Namun, tantangan regulasi dan persaingan tetap menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam mempertahankan posisi di pasar internasional. Kesimpulan : Keputusan pemasaran yang dibuat oleh perusahaan termasuk memilih produk unggulan yang menggabungkan kulit sapi dengan kain tradisional Indonesia, harga yang konsisten di berbagai platform, dan menggunakan saluran distribusi Less than Container Load (LCL) untuk ekspor.
