Abstract

Pendahuluan : Bayi yang lahir dengan Berat Badan Rendah memerlukan perawatan dengan biaya yang mahal dan perawatannyapun komplek serta memerlukan keahlian tinggi bagi tenaga kesehatan. Hal ini dapat menjadi pengalaman yang sangat tidak nyaman dan mengganggu bagi keluarga. Perawatan bayi BBLR dengan kontak kulit langsung antara ibu dan bayi sehingga dapat menyesuaikan suhu tubuh ibu secara otomatis untuk melindungi bayi di sebut dengan metode Kangaroo Mother Care ( KMC).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh durasi dua jam Kangaroo Mother Care terhadap Peningkatan Berat Badan pada bayi BBLR di rumah sakit.Metode: Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dengan Pr test - Posttest One Group Design dimana penelitian pre eksperimen yang di laksanakan pada satu kelompok saja yang di namakan kelompok intervensi tanpa ada kelompok pembanding atau kelompok control, di lakukan di ruang bayi RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta dari bulan juni dan Juli 2022 dengan pengambilan sampel total populasi sebanyak 24 bayi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan di analisis menggunakn paired t –tes. Hasil : Ada pengaruh durasi dua jam Kangaroo Mother Care ( KMC ) terhadap peningkatan Berat Badan pada Bayi BBLR di Rumah Sakit,dengan hasil p value sebesar 0,000. Diskusi : KMC merupakan suatu metode yang terbukti bisa meningkatkan berat badan pada BBLR. sehingga peneliti lain perlu meneliti variabel lain antara lain pengaruh KMC terhadap suhu tubuh, peningkatan Lingkar Kepala, aktivitas tidur bayi dan lain lainnya,sehingga akan di ketahui lebih banyak manfaat KMC pada bayi BBLR. Abstract

Floating system tablets combination of HPMC K4M and Na matrix. CMC and the active substance of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya L.), by floating in the stomach for a long time and can release the active substance from papaya leaf extract to treat ulcers in the stomach for a certain time to improve its working mechanism. This study used an experimental method with bivariate analysis. Tablet Floating system was made by direct compression method and evaluation includes evaluation of powder, evaluation of physical properties of tablets and evaluation of floating system made in five formulations with different concentrations of HPMC K4M and Na matrix. CMC. The evaluation results of powder, LOD, flow properties, and quiet angle in all formulations met the requirements, while the compressibility test at F4 did not meet the requirements. The resulting tablet has a brown color, is bitter, has a characteristic smell of extract, and is elongated in shape. Tablets in all formulations have uniformity of weight according to the requirements. The results of the hardness test showed that none of the formulations met the requirements, while the friability test of all formulations met the requirements. In the lag time test, all formulations meet the requirements of 1 second, while the floating time results show that all formulations do not meet the requirements. The evaluation results show that the optimal formulation is F5. Combination of HPMC K4M and Na matrix. CMC affects the evaluation of LOD, quiet angle, compressibility, friability, hardness, and floating time. Abstract

Field Work Practice (Innovation Development (PKL/PI)) is a course that must be taken as one of the graduation requirements in completing an undergraduate education degree by students of the Undergraduate Study Program (S1) at STIE Madani Balikpapan. Innovation Development (PI) is a form of service activities of STIE Madani students both undergraduate Accounting and undergraduate Management programs to the community. This activity is carried out for 3 months, from August to October 2024. One of the villages where the Innovation Development (PI) activity was carried out was the Klandasan Ulu village which was carried out by group 4. Innovation Development was carried out in the form of assistance to MSMEs Pawon Bulek Chips in RT 44 Klandasan Ulu Village and conducting seminars on marketing strategies. The seminar activities carried out were digital marketing with the title Building Brand Awarness Through Social Media: Latest Techniques and Trends. Aims to provide an understanding to MSME players and their surroundings about the importance of digital marketing in the current era. With this development, it is hoped that MSME players can reach wider marketing and further utilize digital applications to make products more developed among the community.
