Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of a teacher, which is so crucial that it becomes a milestone in learning success in schools to achieve educational goals. A teacher is also a role model to foster students' motivation to learn so that learning goes well. This study aimed to determine the relationship between professional competence and student learning motivation in PAI at SMK Syahida, where the sample in this study amounted to 40 people using random techniques. The results of this study showed that The interpretation of teacher competence (variable X) is indicated by an average number of 4.45. The number 4.45 is included in the good category because it is in the interval 3.50 – 4.50. The interpretation of learning motivation (variable Y) is indicated by the average number of 3.69. The number 3.69 is included in the good category because it is in the interval 3.50 – 4.50. Then the reality of the relationship between professional competence and student learning motivation in PAI at SMK Syahida at a value of 0.18 in an interval of 0.00 – 0.19. The level of influence of variable X on variable Y is 2%, while other factors influence 98%.

Abstract

Ilmu tasawuf memberi pemahaman kepada kita agar memahami sepenuhnya kedudukan seorang hamba di hadapan Allah untuk hidup bahagia di dunia dan akhirat atau menuju kebahagiaan abadi. Tasawuf memiliki kedudukan, peran dan manfaat yang besar dalam mengatasi permasalahan rohani yang dialami setiap orang. Sebab tasawuf ibarat pancaran cahaya yang bersinar, yang dapat membersihkan jiwa dari kotoran, mengangkat martabat manusia ke puncak kemenangan. Terutama dizaman revolusi industry sekarang ini disaat krisis social mulai terjadi dimana interaksi social mulai menipis dan banyak remaja yang menghabiskan waktunya hanya dengan smartphone. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan yang sangat besar dan membutuhkan sebuah solusi yang tepat sehingga kita tidak mengalami kemelut dalam kerohanian. Tasawuf merupakan dimensi esoterik dan sebagai inti ajaran Islam dikatakan mampu menawarkan solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai peranan tasawuf al gazali dalam menghadapi zaman milenial. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam metode ini, penulis merujuk pada literatur yang berbeda dan mengkaji berbagai isu kontemporer dengan pendekatan multidisiplin atau interdisipliner, menekankan pendekatan normatif-teologis, psikologis dan sosiokultural. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa masalah yang mendasar manusia di era milenial ini adanya kekosongan spiritual yang berujung pada krisis moral. Sehingga Tasawuf berperan penting dalam membimbing manusia untuk menemukan Tuhannya, menghilangkan rasa hampa yang dialami manusia dizaman milenial ini, mengembalikan nilai-nilai spiritual yang hilang.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to identify effective strategies for implementing inclusive education based on socio-community participation in Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged (3T) regions of Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach - Using a qualitative descriptive design with a case study approach, data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, school principals, and parents at SDN 05 Saribakti, SMP IT Darul Hikam, and MA Al-Bayyinah, Peundeuy District, Garut Regency. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s triangulation model. Findings - The findings reveal that inclusive education in 3T areas can be effectively implemented through collaboration between schools, communities, and local governments by emphasizing local wisdom, collective solidarity, and contextual learning. Social strategies such as gotong royong (mutual cooperation), community mentoring, and faith-based engagement strengthen educational inclusivity and student participation. The study also identifies key challenges, including limited infrastructure, conservative community attitudes, and disparities in teacher quality. Originality/Value - The originality of this study lies in integrating Durkheim’s theory of social solidarity with the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to develop a culturally adaptive model of inclusive education. This integration not only enhances educational access but also promotes social empowerment and sustainable community development in marginalized regions.

Abstract

Research is inseparable from research instruments. A good instrument is one that is valid and reliable. Validity means the instrument can be used to measure what it is supposed to measure. Validity refers to how well a test or tool measures what it is supposed to measure. Reliability refers to the extent to which the results of a measurement can be trusted. Validity and reliability are two crucial concepts that determine the quality of a measurement instrument. The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of validity and reliability in research for decision-making. This research method used library research from various materials such as reference books, previous similar research results, articles, and notes related to validity and reliability. The results showed that validity and reliability play a crucial role in research: improving the integrity of research results, ensuring proper data interpretation, being essential for decision-making based on research results, increasing confidence in research results, and without reliability, validity becomes questionable.
