Abstract

This community service program is carried out to help startup business actors. Beginner business actors are expected to be able to develop businesses that have been initiated with their groups. The purpose of this community service program is to offer business support to start-up business groups that produce "Scrub Etta" from goat's milk from Etawa goats. How to handle this program requires assistance in the production process, assistance in product marketing, assistance in the preparation of business financial reports, and assistance in developing business networks. As a result, the pilot group was able to develop sound business plans, successfully implement business strategies with profitable results, develop various advertising and promotion tools, and enforce acting relationships with suppliers and customers. In addition, the program also supports business startup groups to gain knowledge on everything from corporate practices to business plan preparation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work-life balance and job stress on turnover intention of Generation Z employees, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative methodology with a survey method.” Generation Z employees in the service sector in Purworejo Regency were surveyed using a questionnaire, and the data were evaluated using statistical methods. In contrast to work stress, which has a positive effect on turnover intention but a negative effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance has a positive effect on both turnover intention and job satisfaction, according to the study's results. The association between work-life balance and job stress on turnover intention is mediated by job satisfaction, which has been found to have a negative effect on turnover intention. The study's conclusions indicate that improving work-life balance and managing stress are crucial for increasing job satisfaction and reducing Generation Z employees' desire to change jobs.

Abstract

This study aims is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior, using job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediators, focusing on the non-medical staff of the Permata Medika General Hospital in Kebumen. This study employs a quantitative method where information was gathered through a survey given to staff members, and the data was examined with SmartPLS 4 software using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The findings show that work-life balance has a positive affect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, it was found that work-life balance improves organizational commitment and job satisfaction. On the other hand, organizational citizenship behavior is positively influenced by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Another discovery demonstrates that job satisfaction and organizational commitment serve as mediators in the connection between work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior. The results suggest that establishing an ideal work-life balance enhances job satisfaction, bolsters organizational engagement, and fosters organizational citizenship among employees.
