Abstract

The research aims to; analyze whether the variable partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on Islamic Banking in Malang, determine and analyze whether the variable service quality simultaneously influence on customer satisfaction on Islamic Banking in Malang, knowing which variables among the service variable most dominant influence on on customer satisfaction on Islamic Banking in Malang. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression test subsequently used the F test, T and dominant to see the effect of each.The research result indicate that the value of F-test (3.722) F table (2.437) this indicates that variable tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously (together) effect on customer satisfaction. While the partial test for tangibles variable (X1) where t test (1232) t table (2,571) this indicates that tangibles no effect on customer sataisfaction. For reliability (X2), t test (3428) t table (2571), that effect the reliability of customer satisfaction. For variable responsiveness (X3), t test (-.390) t table (2,571) responsiveness no effect on customer satisfaction. To guarantee (X4), t test (0.549) t table (2,571), variable warranty does not effect the customer satisfaction. For variable empathy (X5) regression coefficient of -0103, the t test (-0667) t table (2,571) and a variable empathy has no effect on customer satisfaction. While the dominant variable in yhe quality of services that effect customer satisfaction in the city of Malang Islamic Banking is variable Assurance (X$) with a contribution of 51%.

Abstract

Someone’s personality has a strong influence on other person’s OCB. This study aims to determinethe effect neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness the employee’s OCB ofKemenag (Religious Ministry) of Malang. This study used quantitative methods, the data obtained withquestioner given to 48 respondentsinthe Kemenag (Religious Ministry) of Malang. Methods of data analysisusing multiple linear regression that includes test Validity and Reliability, Testing assumptions Classical, Ftestand t-test were assisted by SPSS16:00 For Windows. The results of the simultaneous analysis of thesignificant level of 5% neuroticsm variables, extraversion, and openness to experience, agreeableness andconscientiousness effect on employee’s OCB of Kemenag (Religious Ministry) Malang. The results of partialanalysis by a significant level of 5% neuroticism no effect on employee’s OCB of Kemenag (Religious Ministry)Malang because probability value greater than 0.05 is 0.791, whereas extraversion, openness, agreeablenessand conscientiousness have a significant effect on employee’s OCB Kemenag (Religious Ministry) of Malangwith a probability value respectively .000, .000, 0.001, and 0.013.VARIABEL the dominant influence on employee’sOCB Kemenag (Religious Ministry) of Malang is agreeableness to count 3,744 with a t significant value is0.001.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze cluster patterns and market orientation (Case study in center of keripik tempe industries in sanan Malang 2014). Biographical characteristics are consists of age, gender, religion, owners education level of the owners, labor education, and wealth. Total sample in the research are 38 respondents. For the purpose, this study uses Cluster Analysis to analyze cluster pattern refers to the variable in the Markussen model (1996) and Logistic Regression Model is used in this study to analyze the important factors that distinguish export-oriented industries and domestic-oriented industries. The results of the identification of the proposed cluster patterns Markusen, it can be concluded that the pattern of industrial district of keripik tempe industries in sanan Malang Regency follows the pattern of clusters Marshallian and the Hub and Spoke. The results of binary logistic regression model analysis in this study showed that of seven independent variables, there are two variables that significantly influence the export market orientation of the age of business and the active promotion. While the training, the labor, the buyer network, technology and network suppliers of raw materials has no effect on export market orientationKeywords: Cluster Patterns, Market Orientation, Marshallian, Hub and Spoke

Abstract

Human resources are the driving force of an organization in achieving its objectives. So that employees who have good performance are needed to achieve the goals set by the company. To achieve good performance, support from the company's leadership is needed for employees. Support given by the leader can be in the form of appropriate compensation as rewards for employee performance. In addition, good performance can also be formed by creating good work discipline. This study aims to determine how the direct or indirect effect of compensation on employee performance through work discipline as an interverning variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. The sample used in this study amounted to 45 people. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y), the independent variable is compensation (X), and the interverning variable used is work discipline (Z). The data analysis test tool in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that direct compensation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the study also showed that compensation indirectly had a significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05

ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT GURU DAN KARYAWAN MADRASAH ALIYAH SWASTA DI KOTA MALANG   Oleh: Siswanto Zaim Mukaffi Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang   Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment of employee’s private Islamic higher education school based on biographical characteristics. Biographical characteristics are consists of age, gender, marital status, number of children, education level, education, and salary. Total sample in the research are 70 respondents. Data analysis is executed by independent samples t-test and Analysis of Varians (Anova). Based on the research indicate that employee organization commitment is quitely different between men and women.  The implementation of Islamic work ethic based on marital status is quietly different in higher level of significant. Managerial implications of human resource management requires to enhance an organizational commitment of private Islamic higher education school women employees. Abstract

The results of this study are 1) The value chain in the Banyuwangi batik craft industry is creation, production, distribution and commercialization. The four value chains are business processes that exist in the Banyuwangi batik craft industry. 2) The SWOT analysis technique shows the position index on internal factor analysis of + 0.796 and on the external position index of +0.8859. So that in the SWOT diagram that is seen in the position located on Quadrant I namely quadrant which means that the potential of the banyuwangi batik craft industry has a very large opportunity to grow and even compete with other batik industries. In addition, from the internal aspect shows that the ideas / ideas and creations that are built through the characteristics of Banyuwangi batik are very good. 3) To get optimal results in the development of creative industries in the Banyuwangi batik craft industry, collaboration between the main actors is needed with the starting points of these three main actors; (1) Commitment of intellectuals, business and government, continuous coordination between the three actors, and seek synergy to develop the creative industry. Where the role of the Banyuwangi district government has been to socialize about Banyuwangi batik to the outside public, both directly and through official media of the local government, besides training members, holding festivals both in Banyuwangi and outside. Whereas in terms of the role of academics, so far they have not contributed to the development of batik in Banyuwangi in the form of training, research results and community service. And from the aspect of the business actor, has carried out various methods with creative batik products according to their identity. The real form that is done is by using social media, opening cooperation with agents and opening their own outlets to introduce and sell their products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effort of improving the quality of employee’s performance at CV Cucurutuku Ceria Sosgul Malang. The research approach used a qualitative method where the informants in this study were the employees of the sales counter, Coordinators and HR of CV Cucurutuku Ceria Sosgul Malang who are the planner of the improvement program and targets. The Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and field data collection. The data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, such as: data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by CV Cucurutuku Ceria Sosgul Malang to improve the quality of employee’s performance show: 1) through training or programmatic training related to technical matters such as: how to produce, service sales transactions and financial reporting. 2) Conducting employee discipline development such as: discipline for work attendance, services, and working hours. These are contained in standard operational procedures (SOPs) written in company’s regulations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Hayaku melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data primer kuesioner dan sekunder berupa dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah model analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai 0,489. Motivasi (Z) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) dengan nilai 0,637. Serta secara tidak langsung Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) melalui Motivasi (Z) dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 dibawah 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan akan baik dengan mediasi Motivasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective conditions of tourism and government policies and their contribution to PAD in Banyuwangi Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. As for the data analysis, using a qualitative analysis descriptive approach. The results of the study show that 1. The tourism sector is a strategic sector developed by the Banyuwangi district government and at the same time becomes the starting point for economic development and development while still prioritizing local wisdom and involving the local community without losing local values . 2. Local government policies are divided into 2 approaches, namely: Ecotourism Concept where the concept of tourism development through 3 concepts namely Community based Tourism (CBT), event tourism and a sustainable and structured marketing strategy. Integrated development is integrating between sectors that can be connected with the business sector, namely improving infrastructure, maintaining local culture, and involving the Tourism Community. 3. The development of tourism in Banyuwangi Regency has an impact on PAD, which is 22 billion (5.6%) in 2017, to 29 billion (6.4%) in 2018. Meanwhile in 2019 the development is very significant, which is 37 billion ( 7.4%).

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this systematic review is to identify the factors that influence regional and national economic growth in terms of tourism demand. Method: In the three rounds of analysis used in this review, descriptive approaches rather than statistical ones are restricted in terms of methodology. For the data, 40 journals were used. Result: The findings of this systematic review indicate that the number of tourist visits, income, networks, and attractions, as well as the amount of government spending on the tourism industry, capital investments, the number of workers, the number of restaurants/restaurants, and the availability of hotel rooms, are all factors that have an impact on economic growth and the caliber of the infrastructure. Contribution: This article offers a thorough analysis of the variables affecting the key economic growth from the tourist sector.
