Abstract

This study aims to identify the maintenance Repair, and Operations (MRO) strategies at PO Tirto Agung. This research employs a qualitative approach with an interactive analysis technique, where the data analysis process is conducted simultaneously with the data collection process when the researcher is in the field. During data collection, the researcher obtains data from interviews, observations, and documentation descriptively, which includes natural notes observed, heard, directly seen, and reflective, containing impressions about the data obtained. Based on data analysis, the study found that maintenance at PO. Tirto Agung is conducted using a structured and continuous preventive approach. PO. Tirto Agung ensures that each fleet receives regular maintenance according to schedule to prevent breakdowns that could disrupt operations. Repairs at PO. Tirto Agung are carried out with high standards and a quick response to any technical issues that arise. Adequate availability of spare parts is also a priority to ensure that Repairs can be performed without delay. Operations at PO. Tirto Agung are executed with efficient resource management and appropriate operational strategies. The implemented MRO strategy helps the company provide high-quality services to customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain its reputation as a reliable transportation service provider. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) di PO Tirto Agung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis interaktif di mana proses analisis data dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses pengumpulan data ketika peneliti berada di lapangan. Pada proses pengumpulan data, peneliti mendapatkan dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi secara deskriptif yang merupakan catatan alami dengan disaksikan, didengar, dilihat langsung dan reflektif yang berisikan pesan kesan tentang data yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penelitian menemukan bahwa maintenance di PO. Tirto Agung dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan preventif yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. PO. Tirto Agung memastikan setiap armada mendapatkan pemeliharaan rutin sesuai jadwal untuk mencegah kerusakan yang dapat mengganggu operasional. Repair di PO. Tirto Agung dilaksanakan dengan standar tinggi dan respons yang cepat terhadap setiap masalah teknis yang muncul. Ketersediaan suku cadang yang memadai juga menjadi prioritas untuk memastikan proses perbaikan dapat dilakukan tanpa penundaan. Operations di PO. Tirto Agung dilaksanakan dengan pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien dan strategi operasional yang tepat. Strategi MRO yang diterapkan membantu perusahaan dalam memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi kepada pelanggan, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan menjaga reputasi sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi yang andal.

Abstract

The fashion business is an industry that continues to grow due to the high demand for these products, but has weaknesses in terms of environmental sustainability so it is necessary to apply the concept of Sustainable Business Model Innovation (SBMI). The purpose of this study is to identify SBMI strategies in the digital fashion industry in increasing consumer behavior and awareness of domestic products and environmentally friendly products. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with triangulation data collection methods obtained from a case study at the Pijar Benderang company as an actor of illustration digital fashion business. The findings obtained are that it is necessary to create business storylines and concepts offered to increase sales, conduct a pre-order system to reduce waste, use eco-friendly materials, carry out social and environmental activities, and maximize online sales activities.

Abstract

This study examines the role of a community-based coffee shop as an entrepreneurial ecosystems that serve as the hub for economic activities among local citizens. Utilizing an action research approach, the community service team engaged directly in the field, facilitating the coffee shop’s collaboration with various stakeholders to foster value creation. The action research methodology involves an iterative process of planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection, rather than being a one-time intervention. The team worked closely with stakeholders to establish an entrepreneurial ecosystem within the coffee shop venue, aiming to actualize co-value creation. In this context, value creation is collaborative among ecosystem participants and is not merely linear; the coffee shop cannot simply offer products and expect customers to visit. Key stakeholders in this entrepreneurial ecosystem include farmers, government agencies, educational institutions, hobby clubs, training providers, and others. The coffee shop must orchestrate these stakeholders to ensure value creation that benefits the wider community. The enhancement of community economic well-being is evidenced by increased economic activity around the coffee shop area.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation ability on the performance of MSMEs, as well as to test and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance in moderation of social network ties, test and analyse the effect of innovation capability on MSME performance in moderation of social network ties. This type of survey will be used in this research. With the technique used in sampling using cluster sampling, this study involved 98 MSMEs in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY). Using analytical tools in the form of PLS-SEM, the results of this study indicate that 1) there is an effect of entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance, 2) there is no effect of innovation capability on MSME performance, 3) there is no effect of entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance moderated by social network ties, 4) there is no effect of innovation capability on MSME performance moderated by social network ties. The implications of the results of this study can be a reference, recommendation, benefit, and insight for MSME actors to analyze the results of this study and identify the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation capabilities, as well as the moderating role of social network ties so that it is expected to have an impact on MSME performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the elements of dynamic innovation capabilities for glamping, with the goal of overcoming challenges in producing service designs aligned with customer preferences. The parties involved in glamping service design are also difficult to identify, hindering the optimal product development process. This study employs a qualitative case study approach to explore how glamping operators respond to changes in consumer preferences. Data collection was conducted using various techniques – i.e., interviews, observations, and focus group discussions – to maintain validity, and a series of case study protocols were prepared to ensure reliability. The findings indicate that the case study firm must continuously acquire tangible and intangible resources to pursue innovation. Notably, innovation is a moving target that requires constant changes. Resources will determine organizational capabilities, which subsequently govern the feasible strategic options. Firms may have various strategic choices for pursuing innovation, but success is determined by their capabilities. In other words, capabilities constraint for strategy execution. As this research is exploratory and conducted within a single company, it has limited generalizability. Future research could follow up by testing the findings through surveys.

Abstract

Tujuan mendasar dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menguji secara empiris faktor utama yang memprediksi kepuasan elektronik dan niat pelanggan untuk menggunakan kembali aplikasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model terintegrasi berdasarkan unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2). Hasil utama didasarkan pada pemodelan persamaan struktural dan mendukung peran tinjauan online, peringkat online, pelacakan online, pengaruh sosial, kondisi memfasilitasi, harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, kebiasaan, motivasi hedonis, nilai harga, kepuasan elektronik dan niat berkelanjutan menggunakan kembali. Pengujian model dan hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel 200 responden dengan populasi yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi MFOA. Adapula teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling non-probability. Structural equation modelling (SEM) dan dilakukan analisis menggunakan partial least squares (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS.

Abstract

The rapid progress of information technology systems influences disaster management, for example Twitter is used in Indonesia for disaster management. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of technology with the variables subjective norm, image, output quality, result demostrability, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, use of Twitter, information accessibility, adaptability, resilience, and proactiveness to provide an overview of the disaster management situation. The research was conducted using a questionnaire method and convenience sampling technique on Twitter social media users, obtaining 150 respondents. The research applies the PLS-SEM version 4.0.9.9 SmartPLS method. The research results show that all research variables have a positive effect on disaster management. The research carried out can provide an overview of the disaster management situation by utilizing technological information.
