Abstract

The need for good facilities and infrastructure is great for providing comfort to road users, as well as for reducing road accidents. Discarded old glass surfaces are waste products that will not disintegrate naturally from organic matter, thus employing alternative treatments to make the glass waste in the use of mixed materials a filler of the original bitumen.The method is the Marshall Test. The study of the planning of ashpalt concrete-wearing course using the method used by the Marshall method in referring to the 2018 and existing clan building rules. Stained-glass filler is carefully processed. At 5%, 6% and 7% to find optimum asphalt. From Marshall's test results came an optimum asphalt level of 6%. Filler count is 0%, 5%, 6% and 7%. From Marshall's test results with increased glass fillers obtained optimum filler levels at 5.17%. With a stable value of 2494.59 kg, flow of 5.83 mm, Marshall Quotient of 442.75 kg/mm, VIM by 3 %, VMA by 15,15% and VFA by 80%.The purpose of this study was to reduce the waste of glass and it is expected to be able to identify the effect of using the powdered waste products as a filling material on the mixture of asphalt, the value of the Marshall requirement (stabilizer, flow, VMA, VIM, VFB, Marshall Quotient) to a mixture of concrete asphalt containing glass waste products. Based on the 2018 specification of the building specifications of the concrete asphalt mix with the addition of glass filler fillers is relatively good.

Abstract

Mensesneg menggagas kawasan Cepu Raya menjadi pusat ekonomi perbatasan Jatim – Jateng. Semakin meningkatnya perekonomian, kualitas sarana transportasi juga harus diperhatikan. Kereta Api Blorasura adalah kereta api yang menghubungkan Jawa Timur dengan Jawa Tengah dengan rute stasiun Cepu – stasiun Ps. Turi. Kereta Api Blorasura masih mendapat keluhan mengenai fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanannya, yang dinilai belum memenuhi standar pelayanan minimum. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 penumpang Kereta Api Blorasura. Dari penelitian ini didapat nilai tingkat kesesuaian antara kenyataan dan harapan yang terbesar adalah 98,01% yaitu aspek ketersediaan petugas keamanan dan yang terkecil adalah 52,16 % yaitu aspek ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung (CCTV). Kualitas pelayanan Kereta Api Blorasura secara umum memiliki skor sebesar 3,459 (Cukup Memuaskan).

Abstract

The filler in asphalt concrete layers usually uses Portland cement, whose raw materials are limestone and clay, these resources are limited and cannot be renewed. Therefore, teak wood charcoal can be an alternative filler. Charcoal contains non-polar carbon compounds, such as asphalt, which have adhesive properties to hold different particles together. So, in this research, it is hoped that teak wood charcoal can be used as a filler in accordance with the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2018 Revision 2. This research uses variations in filler levels of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4%. Based on the Marshall test results, the optimum asphalt content value was 6.40% and the optimum filler content value was 0.58%. The addition of teak charcoal as a filler increases the stability, Marshall Quotient, VIM and VMA values, but reduces the flow and VFA values. In conclusion, the addition of teak charcoal as a filler to the AC-WC mixture can increase the strength of the road pavement, but excessive use can make the road pavement porous and damaged.
