Abstract

In developing the economy of the people in the era of globalization with high competitive power requires the right approach. The partnership model is one way to improve community competitiveness, especially in the small business sector. However, in realizing and developing a partnership model, it will be very difficult to apply if it is only carried out by the community independently, especially the lower classes of society. The presence of the Government and third parties is needed in helping to establish partnerships. It is essential to initiate the realization of business partnerships among the community. The role of Religious and Social Organizations as third parties has proven to have a significant contribution in advancing the nation, especially in the fields of education, health, and social assistance. So it is necessary to maximize the role of religious and social organizations in encouraging economic development of the community through coaching and partnerships. Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, which is engaged in the socio-religious field, has shown its contribution to enlightenment, empowerment, and advancement that provides benefits for the people as a manifestation of the da'wah of Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Mungkar. Syirkah Amanah gas station is one manifestation of Muhammadiyah's involvement in the empowerment and economic development of the community. The purpose of this study was to reveal the partnership model applied by the Muhammadiyah Regional Leader of Lumajang at the Syirkah Amanah Gas Station to be able to find the right and appropriate business partnership model to be implemented in the community. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research approach that seeks to explore and find the main objectives of the research. Abstract

This article aims to examine the importance of preserving marine ecosystems from the perspective of maqāsid al-sharÄ«’ah as an effort to realize a good food product supply chain, and to maintain and realize halal and tayyib (clean and pure) food products. The research method approach used in this article is a literature study or literature review. Sources are collected from books and various research articles on pollution of the marine environment and its consequences for human health that have been carried out by previous researchers, then studied from the perspective of maqāsid al-sharÄ«’ah. The findings in this study show that the problem of damage to marine ecosystems due to pollution is a big problem that must be resolved, because of the impact caused not only on the environment but also on human health problems as a result of consuming marine biota exposed to waste, especially heavy metals. While preserving the ecosystem is part of maqāsid al-sharÄ«’ah. Therefore, in realizing halal products that are tayyib, serious attention is needed on supply chain sources. The results of this research can contribute to thinking and decision-making regarding the importance of preserving the environment in realizing a good source of food supply.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the interest of millennial Muslims to invest in sharia gold savings in Malang City. The population in this study were those who were included in the millennial generation with a birth range of 1980 to 2000 in Malang City. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The data source in this study was primary data. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis technique, namely SEM or Structural Equation Model modeling, was used as a research data processing technique with the help of the SmartPLS 4.0 test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the knowledge factor has a significant effect on the interest in investing in sharia gold savings, (2) the security factor does not have a significant effect on the interest in investing in sharia gold savings (3) the investment risk perception factor has a significant effect on the interest in investing in sharia gold savings.

Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the dynamics of food additive use (BTP) in producing of halal food products and proposes ways to address them from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a narrative review method, which summarizes and analyzes the literature descriptively. This study found that producers frequently commit violations, namely producing food unfit for public consumption by using hazardous food additives as production materials. Therefore, this article offers two main approaches in addition to the regulatory and supervisory approaches carried out by the government: the Halal Supply Chain Management (HSCM) approach in order to maintain the security of the supply chain from upstream to downstream, and a religious approach, where spirituality is the most important element in guiding the determination of business goals. Meanwhile, individual belief in God as the sole supervisor who knows all human activities is an effective means of reducing violations. Keywords: Food Additives; Halal; Food Industry; Islam. Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika pengguanaan bahan tambahan pangan (BTP) dalam mewujudkan produk-produk makanan halal dan cara mengatasinya dalam perspektif Islam. Kajian ini menggunakan metode narrative review, yang merangkum dan menganalisis literatur secara deskriptif. Dalam kajian ini mendapati pelanggaran yang sering dilakukan produsen, yaitu memproduksi makanan yang tidak layak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat melalui penggunaan zat tambahan makanan yang berbahaya digunakan sebagai bahan produksi. Sehingga dalam artikel ini menawarkan dua pendekatan utama selain pendekatan regulasi dan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, yaitu: pendekatan Halal Supply Chain Management (HSCM) dalam rangka menjaga keamanan rantai pasok dari hulu hingga hilir dan pendekatan keagamaan, dimana spiritualiatas menjadi unsur yang paling penting dalam memberikan panduan untuk menentukan tujuan dalam berbisnis. Sementara itu, keyakinan individu terhadap Tuhan sebagai pengawas tunggal yang mengetahui segala aktifitas manusia adalah sistem pengawasan yang efektif dalam mengurangi pelanggaran. Abstract

Kader Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan organisasi dan peningkatan kualitas SDM anggotanya. Namun, terdapat kendala yang dihadapi mereka dalam mendesain pelatihan yang sistematis dan efektif dikarenakan keterbatasan pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam mendesain pelatihan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan kader IPM se kecamatan Paciran Lamongan dalam merancang pelatihan yang efektif. Kegiatan ini menggunakan jenis pengabdian pengembangan komunitas dengan pendekatan berbasis pendidikan. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah pendidikan orang dewasa (andragogi) dengan metode ceramah, dialog, simulasi, praktik, unjuk kerja dan evaluasi mandiri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari yang diawali dengan need asessment, dilanjutkan dengan menguatan konsep pelatihan dan hari terakhir memfokuskan pada keterampilan menyusun pelatihan dari proses merancang need asessment, metode, media, materi dan evaluasi pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan untuk kerja dan angket. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep pelatihan dan keterampilan menyusun pelatihan efektif. Hasil rata-rata pemahaman konsep pada pre test menunjukkan angkat 2,5 dan mengalami peningkatan saat post test mencapai angka 4,1. Adapun keterampilan mengelola pelatihan dari hasil pretest sebesar 2,7 menjadi 4,0 pada saat post test dilakukan. Dampak positif juga terlihat pada keterlibatan dan respon peserta saat pendampingan dilaksanakan

Abstract

Kesulitan guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran digital yang efektif dan adaptif di era pendidikan modern menjadi dasar program pengabdian ini. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Malang dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang inovatif, fleksibel, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dengan bantuan model ADDIE. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam lima tahap, yaitu pertama diidentifikasi kemampuan guru, kedua, sosialisasi rancangan kegiatan, ketiga, penyajian materi yang terdiri dari motivasi pengembangan diri guru, konsep desain pembelajaran dan model ADDIE, keempat, pendampingan praktik penyusunan desain pembelajaran, dan kelima, evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dan posttest. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan rata-rata skor pretest dari 63,56 menjadi 94,44 pada posttest, dan pergeseran perspektif profesional guru yang lebih kreatif dan bekerja sama dalam pembelajaran.  Pendampingan berbasis model ADDIE telah ditunjukkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Model ADDIE telah terbukti mampu mendorong pengembangan dan evaluasi berbasis data untuk memastikan kualitas produk pengabdian, namun perlu dilakukan penataan waktu yang tepat pada setiap tahapannya untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal serta perlu adanya adaptasi model ini pada setiap kondisi agar sesuai dengan konteks.
