Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Independence, Competence and Sensitivity Professional Ethics of the auditor's work productivity. This research is a quantitative survey approach. The sampling technique using a sample population that took the entire population as a sample. The independent variables consist of Independence (X1), Competence (X2) Sensitivity Ethics (X3), while the dependent variable adala auditor labor productivity (Y), Methods Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The results showed that the variable Independence (X1), Competence (X2) and Sensitivity Ethics (X3) simultaneously significant effect on the productivity of auditor BPK RI Representative of East Kalimantan Province.Keywords: Independence, competence, sensitivity Ethics and Work Productivity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode deskriptif, metode statistik deskriptif, metode analisis jalur dengan bantuan sistem komputerisasi (Program Komputer SPSS versi 20) dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi (R2) dan koefisien jalur.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang negatif antara stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat Pengaruh yang negatif antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian hipotesis terbukti.Kata Kunci : stress kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan The purpose of this study was to know the effect of job stress on job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on job performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on job performance.For that purpose it is used to apply the descriptive method, descriptive statistical methods, path analysis method with the aid of a computerized system (Computer program SPSS version 20) by using test of determination (R2) and path coefficients.The Result from this study are the negative effect of job stress on job satisfaction, there are negative effect of job stress on job performance, and there are positive effect of job satisfaction on job performance. Thus the hypothesis is proven.Keyword : Job stress, Job Satisfaction and employee performance

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine analysis of the influence Compensation, Quality Of Work life and Support Social to Turnover Intention employees on PT. Mandau Berlian Sejati a branch of Balikpapan. This Study secondary data from primary data in the questionnaire. Data were analyzed with regression models and use computer program SPSS.The result showed that Independent Variabel affect the Dependent variable with proven strong enough regression coefficient reached 72,8. Variable Compensation, Quality Of Work life and Support Social, Simultaneously significant affect the Turnover Intention. This is evidenced by the result of the F Test, Independent variables simultaneously affect the ependent variable with a significance level below 0,05. Partialy (their own) variable Compensation Significantly influence the Turnover Intention, Quality Of Work life variable significant affect the Turnover Intention, and Support Social variable significant affect the Turnover Intention employees on PT. Mandau Berlian Sejati a branch of Balikpapan. Keyword: Compensation ,Quality Of Work Life, Support Social and Turnover Intention
