Abstract

Based on the Government Regulation 19 of 2005, formal and non-formal education units required to perform quality assurance. These provisions can be implemented in the mechanism of action. Operational Procedures Standard is a system that shows how policy makers based on applied standards to this school carry out the plot. Operational Procedures Standard becomes a measure of the objective achievement. International Standard School (SBI) is a high school level, which must be able to produce qualified and competitive graduates both in domestic and overseas. International Standard School, which is studied, has established 'quality' under the provisions of the National Education Standards Board. However, the mechanism of quality achievement has not based on the clear model. This research was conducted with field studies and documentation, which then can be determined Operational Procedures Standards 'model' for International Standard School. The specification of mechanism includes Content Standards/ Curriculum, Standards of Learning Process, Graduates Competence Standards, Standards of Teachers and Education Personnel, Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Financing Standards, Educational Assessment Standards. Based on this standard, then, conceptual procedure is defined, which is a step of logical instructions towards the desired process. As a follow-up, a trial is conducted to achieve the objectives efficiently and effectively. Operational Procedures Standard is equipped with description, a manual procedures and work instructions, then, evaluated so it becomes continuous quality improvementKeywords: quality assurance, Standard Operating ProcedureAbstrak:Penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk dapat memberikan kepastian dalam melaksanakan sistem pendidikan disekolah menengah atas berstandar internasional. Berdasarkan PP 19 tahun 2005, satuan pendidikan jalur formal dan non formal wajib melakukan penjaminan mutu. Ketentuan itu dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk mekanisme kerja. SOP merupakan suatu sistem yang menunjukkan bagaimana alur yang dilakukan oleh pembuat kebijakan berdasarkan standar yang diterapkan pada sekolah tersebut. SOP ini menjadi ukuran pencapaian tujuan. Sekolah Berstandar Internasional (SBI), merupakan jenjang sekolah menengah atas yang harus mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu, dan berdaya saing baik dalam negeri, maupun antar negara. SBI yang diteliti telah menetapkan ‘mutu’ berdasarkan ketentuan dari BSNP. Tetapi mekanisme pencapaian mutu masih belum didasarkan pada model yang jelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi lapangan dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dapat ditentukan ‘model’ SOP bagi SBI. Mekanisme yang ditentukan, meliputi: Standar Isi/Kurikulum, Standar Proses Pembelajaran, Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Standar Sarana dan Prasarana, Standar Pengelolaan, Standar Pembiayaan, Standar Penilaian Pendidikan. Berdasarkan standar ini kemudian ditetapkan konseptual prosedur yang merupakan langkah sejumlah instruksi logis untuk menuju proses yang dikehendaki. Sebagai tindak lanjut dilakukan uji coba untuk mencapai tujuan secara efesien dan efektif. SOP dilengkapi dengan deskripsi berupa manual prosedur dan instruksi kerja, kemudian dievaluasi sehingga menjadi peningkatan mutu berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: penjaminan mutu, Standar Operasional Prosedur.

Abstract

The problem that underpins the program to develop e-learning content development using Google Classroom for teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Kebomas is the fact that the gap between Muhammadiyah schools in Gresik is quite sharp. The purpose of this community service is to improve the competency of teachers in the development of teaching materials using Google Classroom as one of the learning innovations for teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Kebomas Gresik. The implementation of the program as a realization of problem-solving materialized in periodic and scheduled activities through strengthening the concept of e-learning learning using Google Classroom, followed by the needs Analysis Workshop, e-learning system design Workshop using Google Classroom, e-learning content development Workshop using Google Classroom, Upload the development results to the system LMS In the implementation stage using the Lesson Study steps as many as two cycles. The methods used in the implementation of this activity are by process of discussion, workshop, and practice directly in the classroom. The results of this activity are the growing understanding of teachers about e-learning, Generated e-learning design consisting of the material design of each meeting, discussion activities for students, evaluation tools; Teachers can implement e-learning independently.
