Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of quality education that is not evenly distributed in urban and rural areas. School is an institution that can realize quality education. Yayasan Pendidikan is one of the legal entities that can help realize quality education that is evenly distributed in each region. In its operations, the Foundation obtains resources from givers who do not expect a return on the funds that have been donated. Therefore, the Foundation needs to make reliable and relevant financial statements to account for the funds that have been received in accordance with applicable Financial Accounting Standards. The location of this research is located at the Ulil Albab Ar-rohman Islamic Education Foundation located on Jl. Patimura No. 37, Sambi Village, Ringinrejo District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province.  This study aims to determine the application of ISAK 35 in the Financial Statements of YPI Ulil Albab Ar-rohman Kediri. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study where in this case the researcher goes directly into the field to find out directly how the application of ISAK 35 in the Foundation's financial statements. The data collection technique used is a technique according to Miles and Huberman. Test the validity of findings using observation extension and data triangulation. The results of the study stated that YPI Ulil Albab Ar-rohman Kediri has not applied ISAK 35 at all in the presentation of the Foundation's financial statements because the constraints of incoming information are still very minimal.

Abstract

Covid-19 or corona virus disease is a new strain of coronaviruses. This disease firstly reported in the city of Wuhan, China, In December 2019. The spread of the virus swiftly became a global health threat. It is believed that patient with chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, auto-immune disease, kidney failure, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and cancer, are susceptible to respiratory failure and may have poorer outcome. Covid-19 patient who present with a comorbid condition may experiencing physically and psychological changes. In addition, negative information and stigma in society can cause psychosocial problems, such as anxiety. Aim: This study aims to overcome anxiety by using TANADASHIP. TANADASHIP is a collection of actions include deep breathing, spiritual and five finger hypnosis. Method: In experimental study, using pre-post design, a total of 28 Covid-19 patients with comorbid were included. Before and after intervention, anxiety scale was used to measure and record patient anxiety. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 Software. Results: The average anxiety score before intervention was not statistically significant (p = 0.052). Discussion:based on the calculation of the data, it was found that there was a decrease in the level of anxiety in the respondents, which previously obtained 14 respondents experiencing anxiety after the intervention using video, it was found that only 6 respondents still experienced anxiety with a mild level of anxiety. Conclusion:Based on the results of the study, the use of the TANADASHIP method is very suitable for reducing anxiety levels. Researchers assess very effective in any situation and condition

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Flexibility and Trust, and Transparency on Organizational Commitment; to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Engagement; and to determine Flexibility and Trust, Transparency on Employee Engagement through the mediating role of Organizational Commitment. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used is employees of agency companies in Jakarta. Researchers used data testing methods in this study including three main steps, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test and Model Feasibility Test. And the analysis method used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with software such as AMOS. The results of the study state that Flexibility and Trust have a positive influence on Employee Engagement, Flexibility and Trust have a positive influence on Organizational Commitment, Transparency has no positive effect on Employee engagement, Transparency has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Employee engagement, Flexibility and Trust has a positive effect on Employee engagement through the mediating role of Organizational Commitment, Transparency has no positive effect on Employee engagement through the mediating role of Organizational Commitment.
