Abstract

ABSTRAKKampung kerupuk memiliki keunggulan daya saing lokasi yang dekat dengan tulang punggung logistik di Indonesia yaitu Surabaya. Berada ditengah dua kota besar menyebabkan pengiriman dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan efisien. Namun produsen masih belum mampu memaksimalkan keunggulan ini untuk meningkatkan produksi dan penjualan mereka. Salah satu faktor penghambat adalah karena manajemen stock opname yang masih sederhana, sehingga pencatatan dan pengelolaan persediaan menjadi terbatas. Intesep kebijakan yang dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memperkenalkan produsen dengan digitalisasi pencatatan dan sistem penyimpanan yang terkoneksi. Dengan menggunakan estock inventory management, produsen dapat secara efisien melakukan pencatatan dengan lebih presisi dan real time. Dari program yang telah dilaksanakan ditemukan fakta bahwa, meskipun hampir keseluruhan produsen berkeberatan untuk mengadopsi digitalisasi ini, namun setelah diberikan sosialiasi, hampir semua produsen akan menggunakan estock inventory ini secara kontinyu. Beberapa produsen yang enggan mengadopsi sistem terkendala karena masalah teknis dan tidak serta merta menghilangkan niat untuk menggunakan sistem tersebut dimasa yang akan datang Kata kunci: estock inventory management; kampung kerupuk sidoarjo; aplikasi berbasis internet. ABSTRACTKampung Kerupuk has the advantage of being close to Surabaya, the logistics backbone in Indonesia. with logistical advantage in the middle of two big cities, shipping and forwarding can be done quickly and efficiently. Although they have logistical advantage, producers are still not able to maximize this advantage to increase their production and sales. One of the inhibiting factors is that the management of stock taking is still traditional and conservative, so that the record and management of inventory is limited. The policy concept designed to address this problem is to introduce manufacturers to the digitization of records and connected storage systems. By using stock inventory management, manufacturers can efficiently record with more precision and real time. From the programs that have been implemented, it is found that, although almost all producers object to adopting this digitalization, after being given socialization, almost all producers will use this stock inventory continuously. Some producers who are reluctant to adopt the system are constrained by technical problems and do not necessarily eliminate the intention to use the system in the future Keywords: estock inventory management; kampung kerupuk sidoarjo; internet-based application.

Abstract

Online Transportation Services are growing significantly in Indonesia from 2015 to 2020. With their proposed value propositions, this service has become one of the most popular services in Indonesia. Due to the high customer satisfaction of this service, many customers give tips to the driver or riders as a reward for the service. However, since the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia, the user traffic of this service has been decreasing significantly. As a result, many partners of this service cannot earn adequate income for their families. In response to this, to help alleviate the life of these service partners during the COVID-19 outbreak, a campaign has been started through social media to encourage customers to give more tips to these service partners. Based on this phenomenon background, this study was conducted to analyse the customer tipping behaviour change on this service before and during the COVID-19 outbreak in South Sulawesi and South East Sulawesi province. Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test Analysis Method was used to analyse 74 respondent data. There are eight customer categories in this study. The results show significant changes in the tip size for Customers with No Income and Customers from South East Sulawesi category. Another interesting finding is that although most respondent customers as a mean to reward the service, the number of customers who give a tip for almsgiving is increasing significantly during the COVID-19 outbreak.
