The package delivery service business experiences intense competition between transportation companies. This form of competition is marked by the proliferation of shipping service companies in Indonesia. Many of these companies are managed by the private sector and only one is managed by the state, namely PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) has one package delivery service company, namely PT. Indonesian Postal Delivery Services (Persero). This company is a state company that provides public services, but competes strictly with private companies. Currently, many people do not use the services provided by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), so that it is forgotten by the public. Factors that greatly influence are the many delivery service industries that offer added value. The most widely offered offer is speed and accuracy to the destination, wider coverage and low cost. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the satisfaction of consumers who are loyal to using the services of PT. Indonesian Postal Delivery Services (Persero). The method used is descriptive quantitative research on consumer decision factors at the Air Bangis post office in West Pasaman, West Sumatra. The results obtained are that customer trust has no positive and insignificant effect on consumer decisions with a significant level of 0.451. Brand Recall has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Decisions with a significance level of 0.001. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a significance level of 0.000. So that this research can be used as a recommendation by package service providers in identifying factors in retaining customers.

Covid-19 is a pandemic event that has drastically affected the world economy, including activities that occur in the capital market. The existence of this pandemic period became the impetus to test the Monday Effect and Weekend Effect phenomena on Company Stock Returns in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the Period Before and After Covid-19. This study aims to determine the significant differences in stock returns that occurred between the Monday before Covid-19 and after Covid-19 on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). To find out the significant differences in stock returns that occurred between Fridays before Covid-19. This type of research is a quantitative approach; data collection method is a documentation technique; and the sampling method is purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Kolmogorov - Smirnov Normality Test, the Independent Sample t - Test, and the Kruskal Wallis Test. This study proves that there is a significant difference between stock returns on Monday before Covid 19 and stock returns on Friday after Covid 19. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. There is a significant difference between stock returns on Monday before Covid-19 and stock returns on Friday after Covid-19. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So that this research can help in taking stock return policies.

This study aims to determine the analysis of road infrastructure development (X) on the economic growth of MSMEs (Y) in Gado-Gado hill. Infrastructure is the answer to the needs of countries that want to boost economic growth, by helping reduce poverty, improve the quality of life, support the growth of economic centers and increase the mobility of goods and services. Research is a field (Field Research), namely research that takes data directly to the field, this research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study was 51 SMEs. This study uses the Simple Linear Regression model as an analytical tool using the SPSS 21 tool. The results of this study indicate that road Infrastructure Development (X) has a positive and significant effect on MSME economic growth with a tcount value of 6.963> from ttable 1.676 and a significant value resulting in a value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility on tourist satisfaction in Batu Kapal Caves, South Solok Regency. The type of research used in this research is field research or with a quantitative approach. The processed data is primary data. The subjects of this study were tourists in the southern ship of Batu Kapal Solok. The research instruments used in this study were a questionnaire and a Likert scale. Secondary data was obtained from the Solok Selatan district tourism office. Primary data were obtained from tourist respondents who visited the Batu Caves area of the southern ship of Solok. The results showed that: tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 6.137>ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Amenities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the ship rock cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 11.123>ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Accessibility has no positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount -1.3340.05. Tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility together have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the fcount value of 104.384>ftable 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant and catastrophic impact on businesses and the global economy. During the Covid 19 pandemic, we have identified internal and external empowerment from business creation. This study aims to provide entrepreneurial insight, implementation and dynamics to demonstrate the role of entrepreneurship in times of adversity in the Indonesian Context. The researcher provides an exploratory narrative that emerges from leading Indonesian scholars, identifying entrepreneurial initiatives for the creation and growth of new ventures. This research is in the form of insights related to the entrepreneurial mindset, the multi-dimensional effects of resilience and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial empowerment and ecosystem entrepreneurship. The results of this study regarding the context and empirical results. We postulate that entrepreneurship will be the unsung heroes during the current Covid-19 economic crisis.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the company's financial performance PT. Light Metal Industry Alumindo Tbk. The problem in this research is the net profit of PT. Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk has suffered losses in a row, namely in 2019-2021. The purpose of this research is to analyze PT. Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk as seen from the activity ratio and profitability ratio. This type of research is field research, with the research method used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at PT. Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk accessed through the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The data collection technique in this study is a documentation technique in the form of financial reports. Research conducted at PT. Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk, which the author accesses through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The data collection technique in this study is a collection technique in the form of financial statements of PT. Light Metal Industry Alumindo Tbk. PT. Light Metal Industry Alumindo Tbk. The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk for the last five years starting in 2018-2022 when viewed from the activity ratio it shows financial performance that has not been effective. Meanwhile, when viewed from the profitability ratios, the company's performance is in a bad condition.

The research theme is "Islamic Bank Management". The research objective was to see the effect of people, process, and physical evidence on the customer's decision to save in Islamic banks. The object of research is Islamic banks in West Sumatra. The study sample was 250 customers. Research is causality. The research method is quantitative. The results of the study are: 1) People significantly influence saving decisions, 2) Process significantly influences saving decisions, 3) Physical evidence significantly influences saving decisions.

Indonesia is rich in old buildings that are rich in historical value, one of which is the history of the arrival of Islam to Indonesia, and has enormous potential to continue to be developed in the tourism sector, especially religious tourism. Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism is one of the tourist destinations with a religious theme. which contains the grave of Sheikh Ibrahim Mufti, the founder of the first surau in Taram. Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism is much sought after by tourists within and outside the province. Surau Tuo Taram Tourism is located in Taram, Harau District, Limapuluh Kota Regency. Most tourists who visit know about Surau Tuo Taram from Word of Mouth or word of mouth. However, there are still many tourists who go to Surau Tuo Taram just to take photos or just enjoy the calm atmosphere around Surau Tuo. This research aims to determine the influence of religiosity on tourists' decision to visit the Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism site and to determine the influence of word of mouth on tourists' decision to visit the Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism site. This research uses a quantitative approach method using questionnaires and direct observation at Surau Tuo Taram. The results of this research show that the religiosity variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on tourists' visiting decisions (Y) to the Surau Tuo Taram Payakumbuh religious tourism site. This shows that the level of religiosity has an impact on the decision to visit. The results of research on the Word of Mouth variable (X2) show that Word of Mouth has a positive and significant influence on tourists' visiting decisions (Y) to the Surau Tuo Taram Payakumbuh religious tourism site. This shows that Word of Mouth is the cause of tourists being interested in visiting the Surau Tuo Taram Payakumbuh religious tourism which will then have an impact on the decision to visit.
