Abstract

Pada masa kehamilan Ny.A dilakukan 6 kali kunjungan dan ketika trimester I Ny.A mengalami emesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type 2 appears in adulthood and has a proportion of 80% of diabetes mellitus overall. The purpose of this study was to determine blood sugar levels when against MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure). The method uses observational analytic with cross sectional approach. Questionnaire instruments and observation sheets, for assessing blood sugar levels when using a glucotest and for measuring Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) using a digital tensimeter. The results showed that 63 respondents had temporary blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes sufferers in Tegalsari Village, Candisari District, Semarang City, 31 respondents (49.3%) had normal blood sugar levels. Meanwhile, the majority of the Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients had MAP values >100 mmHg as many as 33 people (52.4%). The results of the Sperman Rank test showed a value of p = 0.012, then a value of p = 0.012 <0.05, there was a significant correlation between blood sugar levels at the time of day and MAP in type 2 diabetics with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.398.Keywords: diabetes mellitus; temporary blood sugar levels; mean arterial pressureKadar Gula Darah Sewaktu Terhadap Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) Pada Penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe IIABSTRAK Diabetes Melitus (DM) tipe 2 muncul pada usia dewasa dan memiliki proporsi 80% pada diabetes mellitus secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Background: Diaper rash is dermatitis due to irritation in the form of skin manifestations caused by various things. In Indonesia, as many as 22 million toddlers in Indonesia, around 1/3 of the number of these babies experience diaper rash. Treatment of diaper rash can be done with non-pharmacological therapy, namely by using Aloe vera because it has a therapeutic effect as an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial and has safety in dealing with diaper rash because it contains alpha-bisabolol. Another alternative that can be used to prevent or treat diaper rash is coconut oil (coconut oil) for skin health and anti-microbial. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of VCO and Aloe vera in accelerating the healing of diaper rash in infants 0-2 years. Research Methods: Type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach and a pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were infants aged 0-2 years who had diaper rash. Research Results: Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test, the p-value of the Mann-Whitney test was obtained, respectively above 0.05 (p>0.05), namely 0.658; 0.593; and 0.483. This insignificant difference can also be interpreted that Aloe vera and VCO have relatively similar effectiveness in healing diaper rash inflammation. Conclusion Aloe vera and VCO have the same effectiveness in healing inflammatory diaper rash.
