Abstract

ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran Alquran bagi orang tua atau wali siswa yang berasal dari keluarga bermasalah, analisis Teori Bloom dalam proses pembelajaran Alquran, serta analisis perubahan pola asuh orang tua. Penelitian ini memakai mixed-method dimana masing-masing metode mempunyai kekurangan dan kelebihan. Proses pembelajaran dilakukan beberapa tahapan: seleksi peserta berdasarkan kasus keluarga, analisis kemampuan membaca Alquran, dan terapi konseling tentang agama dan keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada empat orang  yang mengalami perubahan pola asuh setelah menjalankan proses pembelajaran Alquran. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran Alquran, pola asuh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) metode Borg & Gall yang disederhanakan. Pertama, tahap studi pendahuluan, yaitu melakukan studi literatur dan studi lapangan guna menganalisis kebutuhan. Kedua, tahap studi pengembangan produk yang melalui proses validasi oleh para pakar. Ketiga, tahap evaluasi, yaitu proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan metode eksperimen (one group pretest-posttest).Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar integratif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan al-Qur`ān dengan skor rata-rata komulatif sebesar 4,5 dengan kategori “sangat baik”.Dari hasil uji-t sampel berpasangan didapatkan nilai sig-2 tailedsebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari pada nilai kritik 0,05, atau 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak.Dengan demikian bahan ajarintegratif bahasa Arab dan al-Qur’ān untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan berpengaruh sangat signifikan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang diintegrasikan dengan al-Qur’ān. Kata Kunci:Bahan Ajar Integratif, Bahasa Arab, al-Qur`ān.

Abstract

Learning Arabic in SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah aims to develop language competence in the aspects of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This research is literature research with the object of research is an Arabic textbook for class X SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah by Helmy Fauzi Awaliyah and Fauzi. This study focuses on the speaking competence in the book. Analysis of the data using content analysis techniques with the method of observing data sources, both primary data and secondary data, who wants to explore the question of whether the contents of the book and the material presented are relevant to the correct book standards? What level of Arabic speaking competence is in the book based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) reference? The results showed that in general, Arabic textbooks had fulfilled the material aspects, linguistic aspects, material presentation aspects, and graphic aspects. Then based on the CEFR standard reference, the textbooks are included at levels A1, A2, and B1.

Abstract

Metode Ummi adalah salah satu metode yang mengajarkan membaca Alquran dengan baik dan benar. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan metode Ummi dan mengetahui kendala yang muncul dalam pembelajaran Alquran di SD Muhammadiyah Asean. Hasil simpulan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran Alquran metode Ummi di sekolah tersebut dilakukan melalui tujuh tahapan pembelajaran dan keunggulan metode Ummi terletak pada 10 pilar sistem mutu. Kendala yang ditemukan ada 2 dari 3 guru belum tersertifikasi metode Ummi. Hal ini berdampak kepada proses pembelajaran yang masih terdapat kesalahan-kesalahan dalam membaca dan menghafal Alquran karena tahapan penanaman dan pemahaman konsep belum dikuasai oleh guru. Selain itu, koordinator Alquran juga sebagai kepala sekolah dirasa sangat sibuk dengan urusan administrasi persekolahan, sehingga kontroling internal masih sangat kurang.

Abstract

This research is to reveal the meaning of repetition linguistically and idiomatically. Likewise, to teach the types of repetition, its purposes, its ruling, and its application in the thirtieth part of the Holy Qur’an, and its impact on linguistic study. This research is a library research with the aim of researching the thirtieth part of the Holy Quran. This research focuses on patterns of recurrence. Data analysis utilized content analysis techniques with the method of observation for data sources who wish to explore the question of recurrence pattern. The results of the research show (1) that the repetition in the thirtieth part of the Holy Qur’an is to warn the unbelievers and the believers, about removal and the resurrection, about the reward in the Hereafter as people did in this world. (2) The meaning of the word is human beings, those who believed, taught good deeds, advised each other to truth, and advised each other to patience, meaning: the first is Abu Jahl, the second is Abu Bakr, the third is Umar, the fourth is Uthman, and the fourth is Ali. May God be pleased with the four caliphs, and curse Abu Jahl.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan proses pembelajaran bahasa Al-Qur’an yang selama ini terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang menjelaskan tentang permasalahan pembelajaran bahasa Al-Quran. Kajian penelitian ini berfokus kepada fonetik yaitu pengucapan huruf hijaiyyah dalam Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terkadang guru mengajarkan pengucapan huruf-huruf Al-Qur’an hanya berdasarkan insting tanpa berdasarkan ilmu linguistik, yaitu fonetik. Selain mempelajari pengucapan huruf Arab, kajian fonetik juga untuk mengetahui apakah dari bunyi tersebut dapat membedakan makna atau tidak. Karena dalam membaca Al-Qur’an perbedaan fonem vocal dan konsonan dapat mengubah arti dari ayat yang dibaca. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah metode pengajaran bahasa Al-Qur’an seperti metode alphabetic (abjadiyah) dan metode bunyi (sautiyah).

Abstract

Negligence in making a sale and purchase deed carried out by the sub-district head as a temporary PPAT will give rise to legal consequences. Thesis research aims to analyze the legal consequences of the Land Sale and Purchase Deed due to the negligence of the Temporary Land Deed Official (PPATS) regarding the transfer of land rights. As well as the responsibility of the Temporary Land Deed Making Officer (PPATS) for negligence in making a land sale and purchase deed for the transfer of land rights. The theory used in this writing uses the theory of legal consequences and the theory of responsibility. The method used is a normative juridical research method by examining library materials or secondary data. How to approach legislation (Statute Approach), Case Approach (Case Approach), and Analytical Approach (Analytical Approach). Sources of legal materials consist of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. As well as legal interpretation techniques known in legal science, including Grammatical Interpretation, interpretation based on grammar or linguistics (de gramatikale of taalkundige interpretatie) and Systematic Interpretation, namely research on legal systematics that can be carried out in legislation. From the research results, it was concluded that the legal consequences of the Land Sale and Purchase Deed due to the negligence of the Temporary Land Deed Official (PPATS) regarding the transfer of land rights resulted in the deed being null and void. Such cancellation may cause material and/or immaterial losses to the parties concerned. The responsibility of the Official Making the Temporary Land Deed (PPATS) for negligence in making the Land Sale and Purchase Deed for the transfer of land rights requires individual responsibility and legal responsibility. Legal responsibility takes the form of civil and administrative responsibility. The suggestions from this thesis are that it is hoped that the National Land Agency should further improve its formal and informal guidance to Temporary PPATs. It is best for the Land Deed Making Officer or Temporary Land Deed Making Official to make a land sale and purchase deed to be thorough, careful and careful.
