Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of teaching method variables, use of learning media, teaching materials, time utilization, student behavior, and learning facilities on online learning media variables during the Covid-19 pandemic, the study population was 5,975 teachers spread across 144 schools. Based on the State of Batam City, the sampling method according to Hair et al., (2014) in this study there are 45 question items, so the sample required is a minimum of 45 x 5 = 225 respondents. took 30 days to distribute the questionnaires that were distributed via the Google Form link, after the data was collected and then processed and analyzed further researchers. Based on data analysis, it shows the results of hypothesis testing as has been shown in the t test results that the variables of teaching methods, teaching materials, student behavior and learning facilities have a significant effect, while the variables of learning media use and time utilization has no significant effect on online learning media in this case. The results of the F test have a significant effect simultaneously on the independent variable on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibu-ibu PKK di wilayah kampung Bagan. Fokus utama pelatihan yang diadakan adalah mengenai pembuatan sosis sehat sebagai alternatif sumber protein masyarakat yang memiliki peluang peningkatan penghasilan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pemaparan materi dan praktik langsung. Pemaparan materi meliputi kandungan sosis yang beredar di pasaran, berbagai metode pembuatan sosis, jenis selongsong yang dapat digunakan serta pengetahuan mengenai berbagai sumber protein lain yang dapat diolah menjadi sosis. Praktik dilakukan menggunakan daging ayam giling, dan selongsong bahan kolagen, yang pada aplikasi dapat dikembangkan untuk berbagai jenis sumber protein lainnya. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan wawasan ibu-ibu PKK mengenai pembuatan sosis dan dapat membuka peluang usaha bagi warga.

Abstract

The development of the creative economy cannot be separated from the younger generation as a treasure of creativity. A creative idea that can spread entrepreneurship and support the government's efforts in reducing unemployment in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze Increasing Children's Creativity and Entrepreneurship Early at the Palace of Al-Jufri Orphanage Batam. Today's young generation is less able to utilize their productivity and creativity well. There are still many young people who commit crimes from an early age. Therefore, students need to equip them by exploring creative ideas in themselves that can be directed to the business world. Where this young entrepreneur can make the development potential both in number and quality in his own entrepreneur.  With the Community Service Program aimed at the Children of the Orphanage "Al-Jufri Orphan Palace" where this seminar can train independent mentality and creative spirit in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship.  The results of the study show that with the community service activity program in the form of counseling on Improving Creativity and Entrepreneurship from an Early Age to the children of the orphanage "Al-Jufri Orphan Palace" in Patam Lestari Old Village, Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam City, is expected to be able to increase entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education and provide mental development and creativity of students in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and The benefits of entrepreneurship from an early age and can grow an entrepreneurial mentality from an early age

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine and analyze the direct influence of spiritual motivation, integrity, competence, organizational culture, locus of control, and organizational commitment on the performance of accountants at the Riau Islands Province Public Accounting Firm, and then indirectly test and analyze the influence of spiritual motivation, integrity, competency, organizational culture, and locus of control on accountant performance through organizational commitment. Research Methodology: The population in this study was 102 accountants using the census method, and the entire population was used as a sample. Quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire, and qualitative data were obtained by direct interviews with accountants. Results: From the research results it was found that of the six variables, the one that had the highest influence on performance was organizational commitment (t-value 6.321) and the lowest was spiritual motivation (t-value 2.507). Furthermore, spiritual motivation has the highest influence (t-value 21.893), and integrity has the lowest (t-value 3.467) on organizational commitment. Next, the position of organizational commitment plays the largest role in improving accountant performance and the smallest role is the spiritual motivation variable; the rest is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study. Conclusions: The influence of dependent variables on independent variables is strong, as is the influence of dependent variables on intervening variables. In this research, all variables have a strong influence on the dependent and intervening variables. Limitations: The dependent variables of this study have not fully provided a definite role for organizational commitment on accountant performance; therefore, it is necessary to add other variables to clarify it.    Contribution: This study serves as a reference for developing an individual behavior model regarding individual characteristics, individual mechanisms, and what individuals produce in public accounting organizations that continue to experience changes in information technology from time to time in the context of reform for progress based on performance as an outcome.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the strategy between services, systems and facilities with employee performance through service user satisfaction at KSOP Special Batam. The population in the study involved 2169 employees from all SIUPAL ship agency companies and SIUPKM agencies. The sampling method is based on the Krejcie and Morgan tables as many as 327 people, questionnaires are distributed via the Google Form link with an estimated data collection period of one month, after the data is collected to be processed and analyzed further. Based on the results of hypothesis testing on all independent variables showed a significant effect on the dependent, the results of testing the value of adjusted R 2 are 0.817 which means that the independent variable of service, systems, and facilities and employee performance in general, it is able to have an effect of 81.7% of service user satisfaction, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
