Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality and promotional strategies have an influence on purchasing decisions for wardah products at Beauty House. This study uses data collection methods, namely field research using statement data (questionnaires). The sample method used is the slovin method, totaling 66 respondents to consumers of Wardah Beauty House products. Data analysis using multiple linear analysis method, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, f test using SPSS version 20. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for wardah products at Beauty House. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the regression equation Y = 0.748 + 0.455X1 + 0.544X2 it shows the regression coefficient of the product quality variable (X1) is 0.748. This means that if the quality of the product increases by one unit, it will have an influence on purchasing decisions of 0.455. For the promotional strategy variable (X2) of 0.544. This means that if the promotional strategy has increased by one unit, it will have an influence on purchasing decisions of 0.544. From the results of the two coefficients, the independent variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable is the promotional strategy variable (X2) with a value of 0.544. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R^2) = 53.2%. The results show that purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality and promotion strategies by 53.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the results of the value of product quality (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) show t counted 3.766 > t table 1.998 then product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions. The results of testing the promotional strategy variable (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) show t count 3.746 > t table 1.998, then the promotion strategy has no effect and is significant on purchasing decisions. The overall test results (f test), calculated f (35,744 > 3.14), then the product quality and promotion strategy together have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

BMT Syariah Riyal is a sharia-based microfinance institution. BMT Syariah Riyal has a legal entity as a sharia financing savings and loan cooperative. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence promotion and service quality have on the intention to save at BMT Syariah Riyal at KCP Karang Satria, Bekasi Regency. The author uses data collection methods in the form of library research and questionnaires. Instrument trials include validity tests and profitability tests. This test also uses classic assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis test uses the goodness of fit test which includes the coefficient of determination test (R2), t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, the value of Y = 3.095 + 0.845X1 + 0.217X2 is obtained. From these results it can be concluded that the promotion variable (X1) has a greater interest in saving by 0.845. Then followed by the service quality variable (X2) which is equal to 0.217. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a result of 64.7% while 35.3% was influenced by other variables. The results of the promotion t-test hypothesis test have a calculated t value > from t table, namely 5.306 > 2.011. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the promotion variables on the intention to save. And service quality has a t count > from t table, which is 2.020 > 2.011. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality variables on the intention to save. Based on the calculation results of the F Test (simultaneous) the value of F count > F table is 45.887 > 3.20. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the promotion variable and service quality on the intention to save.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence price and promotion costs have on the sales level of batik from the Bekasi Batik Community Cooperative (KOMBAS). Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation analysis, t test analysis and f test analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is an effect of price and promotion costs on the sales level of the Bekasi batik community cooperative (KOMBAS), where the value of the regression analysis is Y = 2,071 + 8,054(X1) + 16,260(X2). That is, if there is no increase in price and promotion costs (X1 = 0 and X2 = 0) then sales will decrease by 2,071. Based on the results of calculations using the multiple linear correlation formula between the effect of price (X1) on sales (y), a result of 68% is obtained, the results show that there is an influence between price (X1) and the level of sales (y). Then based on the results of calculations using the multiple correlation coefficient formula between promotional costs (X2) and sales levels (y), the results obtained are 85%, these results show that there is a significant relationship between promotional costs (X2) and sales levels (y). Based on the results of calculations using the multiple linear correlation coefficient formula, it shows that there is a relationship between the effect of price and promotion costs on the level of batik sales at the Bekasi batik community cooperative (KOMBAS) of 85%. Then on the results of the coefficient of determination there is a result of 73%. And from the results of the hypothesis testing, it is calculated that TcountX1y = 5.3589 while TcountX2y = 13.5916 and Ttable = 2.10092 according to the above provisions, if tcount > ttable, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence means between price and promotion costs to the level of sales. From the results of the calculation of the Fcount test 24.5333 ? Ftable 3.59 means that there is a simultaneous or simultaneous influence between the effect of price and promotion costs on the sales level of the Bekasi batik community cooperative (KOMBAS).

Abstract

The author aims to explain whether the variables of service quality and digital savings have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. BCA This type of research uses primary data collection methods, namely field research which is carried out by direct observation (observation), interviews and using a list of questions (questionnaires). The sample method used is a saturated sampling technique, namely: a total of 60 respondents The analysis data was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, dermination coefficient analysis, t test, f test in the SPPS program version 26. Based on the calculation of the coefficient analysis of determination (R2) of the SPSS program is 0.482, the correlation analysis of determination R2 obtained the value of Kd = ( 0.577 x 0.577 = 0.333 ) 33.3% and the remaining 100% - 33.3% = 66.7% influenced by other variables Based on the partial test results of service quality t calculate 3.690 >2.001 t table with a significant value of 0.01 because the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05 then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that it partially states that the quality of service . Based on the hypothesis test f obtained a value of 14.228 with df numerator 2 and df denominator 58 then obtained f table of 3.16 because f count 14.228 > table 3.16, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and digital savings (X2) together on the variable digital savings (Y) at PT BCA. There is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and work digital savings (X2) together on the customer statisfactions variabel (Y) at Bank BCA Prima Sunter Branch
