Abstract

Competition in the business world is very tight, tight business competition can also be seen on the demand side for pharmacy goods. Company leaders will direct all efforts to win the competition in purchasing decisions through effective promotion strategies and good product quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect or how much influence the variable promotion strategy and product quality had on purchasing decisions at PT Nulab Pharmaceutical Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires and library data. The sample of this research is the consumers at PT Nulab Pharmaceutical Indonesia totaling 50 people with random sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of data processing using SPSS version 23 found that the adjusted R square was 57.6%. That is, the variables of promotion strategy and product quality can explain the purchasing decision variables by 57.6%. The difference is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study. The results of this study conclude that partially the promotion strategy variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. In contrast to the product quality variables that have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Nulab Pharmaceutical Indonesia simultaneously, promotional strategies and product quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Metindo Era Sakti (MES) is a company engaged in the automotive sector that requires an increase in good human resources. However, in the last 2 years PT. MES did not show exponential increase in production volume, even in several semesters it experienced a decrease in production. In the initial observation, HRD PT. MES conveys information about work culture and career development as the cause of the decrease in the number of production. The problems faced by PT.MES related to employees include but are not limited to aspects of the inability of employees to complete work, ineffective work culture, unclear job descriptions and low work ethic, these problems cause decreased employee productivity which ultimately affect the production side of PT. MES. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence work culture and career development have on employee work productivity at PT. Metindo Era Sakti. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Work Culture (X1) and Career Development (X2) have an influence on Productivity (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and the environment on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population sample in this study were all employees who worked at the BCA Grand Wisata City Branch, totaling 45 people. Based on the test results, it can be seen that the tcount for the motivation variable is 6.079 which is greater than the ttable value, namely 2.020 (6.079 ? 2.020) while the sig value for the motivation variable is less than 0.05 (0.000 ? 0.05). While the tcount for the discipline variable is 2.848 which is greater than the ttable value of 2.020 (2.848 ? 2.020) and the sig value is less than 0.05 (0.041 <0.05). The effect of the work environment on employee performance, based on the test results it can be seen that the tcount value for the work environment variable is 2.359 which is greater than the ttable value of 2.020 (2.359 > 2.020) with a sig value less than 0.05 (0.022 <0.05). The influence of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance based on the results of SPSS 23 calculations shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an Fcount value of 61.827 > 2.83. The conclusion from this study is that it means that motivation influences employee performance. The discipline variable also influences employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the level of employee discipline, the better/increased employee performance, vice versa, the lower the level of employee discipline, the lower employee performance. Work environment variables affect employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the employee's work environment, the better the employee's performance. Then the variables of motivation, discipline and work environment have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, the higher the motivation, discipline and work environment the more conducive, the higher the employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 0.806 or 80.6% which means that employee performance variables can be explained by motivation, discipline and work environment variables of 80.6%, while the remaining 10.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research mode.

Abstract

The company PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik (PILOG) is facing a decline in organizational performance, there are several factors that can be the cause. One of them is the lack of procurement and development of quality human resources (HR). High quality human resources are very important in achieving company goals and improving organizational performance. In this study it is doubted, how much influence pawnshops, competence and organizational support have on improving organizational performance at PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik Jakarta. The results of the study show that partially or simultaneously there is a significant influence between HR procurement, HR competence and organizational support on organizational performance improvement variables.

Abstract

K Employees are the company's main asset and have a strategic role in the organization, namely as thinkers, planners, implementers and controllers of organizational activities. The purpose of this study is to obtain a clearer picture of the influence of work discipline, work culture, work environment on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Suport.The method used in this research is observation, namely conducting direct research on PT Angkasa Pura Suport and conducting interviews with the company, as well as using a questionnaire (questionnaire) to respondents who are customers of PT Angkasa Pura Suport. Analysis of the research data was carried out using quantitative analysis methods. In analyzing the relationship between the influence of work discipline, work culture, work environment on employee performance by knowing the strength or weakness of the relationship between the independent factor X (Work Discipline, Work Culture, Work Environment) to the dependent factor Y (Employee Performance), then linear regression analysis is used double. This study also uses analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²), t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = -1.624+ 0.295 X? + 0.373 X? + 0.343 X3. From the results of calculating the coefficient of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that it has a positive relationship, meaning that work discipline, work culture, work environment applied to PT Angkasa Pura Suport can affect employee performance. From the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination analysis shows that work discipline, work culture, work environment have an influence on employee performance of 87.70% and the rest is influenced by other factors. The results of the t-test hypothesis test both work discipline, work culture, work environment, on employee performance both have values: t count > t table, namely the value of work discipline with a result of 4.876 > 1.987, work culture value with a result of 5.513 > 1.987, the value of the work environment with a result of 6.722 > 1.987 and an employee performance value with a result of 4.430 > 1.987. Based on the calculation results of the F test (simultaneous) it is found that the calculated F value is greater than F table (203.781 > 24.77), so it is concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline, work culture, work environment on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Suport.

Abstract

Education has a role in creating quality and competent human resources in accordance with the demands of development in the digitalization 4.0 era. The role of the teacher as an educator is expected to be able to support in creating a quality and competent generation. Responsibilities given properly in accordance with the rights received by the teacher. Several factors can affect teacher performance including: work environment, compensation and motivation. From the point of view of human resource management, these three factors play an important role in improving performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and motivation on teacher performance at Strada Kampung Sawah Elementary School and Strada Kampung Sawah Junior High School. The method used is quantitative analysis which is qualitativeized using the SPSS version 26 analysis tool. The results of the simple correlation test show that the r-count in the work environment is 0.474, compensation is 0.457, and motivation is 0.371, all three are greater than the r-table of 0.3494. These results indicate that the three variables have a relationship or correlation with performance variables. Multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 25.132 + 0.217 X1 + 0.159 X2 + 0.285 X3. Based on the results of the t-test hypothesis, partially the work environment affects teacher performance with t-count 3.030 > t-table 2.045, compensation affects teacher performance with t-count 2.180 > t-table 2.045, and motivation influences teacher performance with t-count 3.040 > t-table 2.045. Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous f-test hypothesis, work environment, compensation and motivation affect teacher performance with f-count 9.253 > f-table 2.94. It is hoped that a well-managed physical and non-physical work environment can be maintained and improved so that teachers can feel safe and comfortable while working. Compensation provided financially and non-financially in accordance with expectations and can adapt to current economic changes will be able to increase motivation and enthusiasm for work. Forms of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation that have been well developed are expected to be maintained and improved to improve the work results and work attitudes of Strada Kampung Sawah Elementary School and Strada Kampung Sawah Junior High School teachers.

Abstract

The quality of education is determined by the quality of teachers' work life as the main educators in schools. Some factors that affect the quality of teachers' work life include organizational culture, work engagement, and teacher performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work involvement, performance on the quality of work life of vocational teachers at Karya Bahana Mandiri Education Foundation. The research approach used is a quantitative approach, using measuring instruments in the form of an organizational culture scale, work engagement scale, performance scale, and quality of work life scale. The population of this study was 103 teachers of Karya Bahana Mandiri Education Foundation. From the total population the researcher took a sample of 51 respondents. Sampling was determined using the Krejcie-Mogran table. The data collection process uses a Likert scale, while data analysis uses Cronbach's Alpha with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 26 program. The results of the t test the t value of 10.954 is greater than> t table 2.010, so it can be concluded that HO is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that partially states "There is a significant influence between X1 on Y, this can be seen from the significant value of X1, namely : 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The significant value of X2 has a significant effect on Y, the significant value of X1 is: 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. partially states "there is a significant influence between X3 on Y and based on the Significant value, the significant value of X3 has no significant effect on Y, the significant value of X1 is : 0.818 is greater. Based on the F test results, it shows that the calculated F value of = 233.512 is greater than the F table value of 2.800. Then the calculated F value is greater than the F table value: (233.512> 2.800), so based on decision making in the f test it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Organizational Culture, Work Engagement, Performance affect the Quality of Work Life of Vocational Teachers at Karya Bahana Mandiri Education Foundation. The hypothesis proposed by the researcher can be concluded that the hypothesis simultaneously (together) affects Y (Quality of Work Life).

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the work performance of employees / inpatient nurses at Bekasi Regency Hospital in connection with this how employees can work as well as possible and employees have a high work commitment in completing their work with high discipline based on assessments carried out every month. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression technique which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program. Based on calculations from the SPSS Program, the research results show that work discipline and work commitment have a significant effect on work performance by obtaining the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient analysis, which is Y = 7.483+0.336+0.559 and the results of the t or partial test for the work discipline variable are obtained by the calculated t test. 2.056 < 2.010635 t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance value of 0.045 and the results of the t or partial test for the work commitment variable obtained a calculated t test of 3.221 > 2.010635 t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance value of 0.002 and the results of the f test or simultaneous calculation of 18.373 > 4.04 F table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence between work discipline (X1) and work commitment (X2) together -the same for work performance (Y) at the Bekasi District Hospital.

Abstract

The author's goal is to conduct research to determine the effect of service quality on tenant satisfaction at Plaza Indonesia mall, to determine the effect of environmental facilities on tenant satisfaction at shopping centers or Plaza Indonesia malls. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. Non-probability sampling is defined as a sampling technique in which the researcher selects a sample based on the researcher's subjective judgment rather than random selection. The number of samples used in this study were 50 respondents as tenant employees or tenants at Mall Plaza Indonesia. The results of this study were collected through questionnaires which were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Then to test the quality of the data used is the validity test and reliability test. To test the hypothesis in this study. Researchers used the t test and F test and carried out a determination test. After conducting the analysis the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Based on multiple linear regression calculations it is known that environmental facilities have an influence on tenant satisfaction 2) From the t-test results there is a significant and significant influence between the variables of environmental facilities and tenant satisfaction 3) From the test results F and the results of the Coefficient of Determination test show that there is a positive influence between service quality and environmental facilities which together on tenant satisfaction

Abstract

Employees are a determining factor in the success of achieving organizational goals and survival. If employee productivity is high, the organization will develop and organizational goals will be easily achieved. Career development is formed by indicators of promotion, rotation, demotion, psychological test, interview, education, job knowledge, job skills, required education and alternative education. If this is fulfilled, then PT Indonesia Epson Industry Indonesia. In order to increase work productivity, companies must be truly selective in selecting and appointing new employees. One of the factors to increase work productivity is the quality and physical abilities of employees. The quality and physical abilities of employees to increase employee work productivity are influenced by the level of education, training, work motivation, work ethic, mental and physical abilities of the employees concerned which will provide opportunities for employees to occupy higher positions. The importance of the PT Indonesia Epson Industry Indonesia career development program. Together there is an influence between the independent variables in the form of Employee Procurement and Career Development, on PT Indonesia Epson Industry Indonesia Employee Productivity. The hypothesis that Employee Procurement and Career Development jointly influence PT Indonesia Epson Industry Indonesia Employee Productivity has been proven to be true. This can be proven by the results of the F test data analysis, the calculated F value = 36.583 > F table = 3.22, and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected which means there is a joint influence between the independent variables in the form of Procurement Employees and Career Development on Employee Productivity of PT Indonesia Epson Industry Indonesia.
