Abstract

In Indonesia, the limitation of power has been implemented in the constitution which regulates the term of office of the President and Vice President. The limitation of the President's term of office is an attempt to prevent the incumbent from continuing in power which is the reason for absolute power. There are no regulations that apply to DPR members. There is no provision which states that a candidate for members of the Legislative Body who has served as a member of the Legislative Body for 2 (two) terms cannot return to serve as President. The large number of board members who are caught in corruption cases has created a negative public perception. Indonesia adheres to the principle of democracy or people's sovereignty which guarantees citizen participation in the decision-making process within the state, so that many laws and regulations that are implemented and enforced represent the realization of justice and legal certainty.

Abstract

Victims of criminal acts of domestic violence must receive legal protection so that their rights can be fulfilled and provide assistance to give victims a sense of security. The problem in this research is the legal arrangement for victims of domestic violence. This research is law enforcement theory and justice theory. This study uses normative research methods. The results and discussion of this study regarding legal arrangements for victims of domestic violence. Based on the principle or theory of law enforcement and the theory of unfair justice, the judge's considerations are to pay attention to the absence of justification and pardon and to impose a prison sentence of 4 years.

Abstract

LGBT people are illegal and the law and the government guarantee freedom of religion, expression, association, assembly and the right to privacy. This research was carried out normatively with the aim of the State being able to exercise civil rights directly before a judge, as well as social rights such as housing, social security, health, education, and workers' rights. In Indonesia, LGBT people also receive human rights protection in the form of health insurance to help them recover from illness. Recognition or legalization of deviant LGBT sexual orientation is not a human rights issue.

Abstract

Results that obtained in study this concluded that street crime is a rife that is committed by teenagers in the city of Yogyakarta. Acts of crime with sharp weapons, and bullying. In the last 3 months, crime cases have increased. Efforts have been made by Big City Resort Police ( Polrestabes)  Yogyakarta to minimize and prevent crime This street is carried out by (a) Preentif namely conducting outreach or counselling to society including to school, (b) preventive ie do prevention with optimizing function Babinkamtibmas (NCO coach security And Order public) in wards, And (c) Repressive ie do prosecution direct if crime street happen.

Analysis Political punishment in the form of revocation of rights politics for those convicted of corruption. Method Which used in study This is method study normative law. Judging from its nature, this research is descriptive. Source data in this research is material law primary, material law secondary And material law tertiary. Method withdrawal conclusion in This study uses the deductive method, namely drawing general things to characteristic Which special. From results study This writer observe that happening practice corruption in Indonesia due to weak sentencing for public officials who corruption. Because of that, additional punishment for revocation of rights is imposed Politics basically aims to frighten and provide a deterrent effect to perpetrator corruption, so that official public Which before intend do corruption to be afraid to do it.

Abstract

Law enforcement against the criminal act of trafficking in persons with the mode of becoming a female worker occurs very often in Indonesia so this research was carried out using an empirical juridical research method because this research aims to determine law enforcement for female victims of trafficking in persons. Obstacles in law enforcement against female workers show: 1) Law enforcement against perpetrators of the crime of trafficking in persons with victims of labor is in accordance with applicable law. Even though in law enforcement against perpetrators and victims who have reconciled, the legal process is not at the level of the prosecutor's office (prosecution process). 2) The police as a law enforcement agency in the process of enforcing the law on the criminal act of trafficking in persons also considers the value of justice
