<![CDATA[Transportation or communication problems are problems that are always faced by developing countries as well as developed countries. And one of the problems currently experienced in Indonesia is the violation of Over Dimension and Over Loading. This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision and the efforts made by the Kulon Progo Regency Transportation Service in supervising vehicles that are Over Dimension Over Loading. The type of research conducted was qualitative research using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The results of the study showed that the supervision was carried out by using indicators. Setting standard measuring instruments to obtain results with indicators of being maintained. Performing assessment or evaluation actions with the data obtained that 50% of respondents stated that they were in the maintained category. and take corrective action. <![CDATA[There are many definitions of unlawful acts, some call unlawful acts as violations of the law, as acts that violate the rights of others. The purpose of the research conducted was to solve the problem of bribery cases of state officials in illegal mining cases. The research method used is The research approach that researchers use is the Legal-Live Case Study approach. The results of the research conducted were based on the author's research in the field, Ismail Bolon's statement stated that he was a coal miner in Malangayu District, Kutai Katanegara (Kuka) Regency because he admitted his own actions as a coal collector and was suspected of bribing a police officer. This happened because of the weak enforcement of Article 158 of Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining. Based on the author's research in the field, Ismail Bolon's statement stated that he was a coal miner in Malangayu District, Kutai Katanegara (Kuka) Regency, for admitting his own actions as a coal collector and allegedly bribing a police officer. This happened because of the weak enforcement of Article 158 of Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining. <![CDATA[One of the affairs that falls under the authority of the regional government of Bantul Regency is related to the affairs of the Implementation of Building Construction which is then regulated through Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2022 concerning Implementation of Building Construction. Regional regulations as written laws made based on the needs of the community must of course be adapted to societal developments and the legal politics of government administration. Therefore regional regulations require periodic evaluations to see the suitability of the regulated content material with developments in implementation in the community. This research focuses on what is the urgency of analysis and evaluation of Bantul Regency Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2022 concerning Implementation of Buildings, and how to analyze and evaluate the Bantul Regency Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2022 concerning Organization of Buildings. The research was carried out using the juridical-normative method with the laws and regulations approach, which was then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research found that both formally and materially the content was in accordance with the sectoral law, namely Law Number 28 of 2002 and further provisions stipulated in PP No. 16 of 2021 concerning Regulations for Implementing Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings, but it seems that it is only a copy and paste of the two legal bases. For this reason, in order to avoid repetition or duplication of arrangements, it is necessary to make arrangements that take into account local needs and wisdom in Bantul.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid 19 pandemic, which began to enter Indonesia since March 2020, has had a significant impact on the sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The people's economy experienced a significant decline. MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta that rely on income from the tourism sector and shopping from nomads or immigrants, especially those who are studying, many then close their businesses due to the lack of transactions. The Government's policy that prohibits interaction to reduce the spread of Covid 19 forces the Regional Government to immediately make policy innovations to save the sustainability of MSMEs. This research identified a breakthrough by the Regional Government, in this case the DIY Cooperative and UKM Service in its efforts to save MSMEs, by launching the SiBakul Jogja Program (Information System for Development of Cooperatives and Business Actors in Jogja). What are the opportunities and obstacles in the future. The author conducted this research to provide input for improving SiBakul Jogja as a mainstay of UMKM in DIY. The author uses the interview method and the Secondary Data Analysis method, namely research from various types of documents such as books, papers, journals, news and so on.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada dasarnya pembangunan perumahan dan permukiman, merupakan tanggung jawab masyarakat, sedangkan kewajiban pemerintah adalah pembinaan, pengaturan dan penyelenggaraan bimbingan serta pemberian berbagai fasilitas bantuan dan perangsang lainnya yang dapat mendorong terciptanya iklim pembangunan yang lebih menggairahkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif yang terdiri dari bagian-bagian berikut: Desain Penelitian; Responden Studi; Teknik Pengambilan Sampel; Instrumen Penelitian; Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen; Pengumpulan data; Prosedur; dan Perlakuan Statistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan antara pemasaran operasional dan kinerja perusahaan dengan jawaban yang tidak cukup tentang tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan kecil dan menengah di Indonesia. <![CDATA[Otonomi daerah membawa pengaruh terhadap kewenangan daerah untuk mengatur rumah tangga daerahnya sendiri, sesuai dengan kemampuan serta potensi yang dimiliki daerah. Salah satu urusan yang menjadi kewenangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bantul berkaitan dengan urusan Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Gedung yang kemudian diatur melalui Peraturan Daerah No. 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Gedung. Peraturan daerah sebagai hukum tertulis yang dibuat berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat tentu harus disesuaikan dengan perkembangan masyarakat maupun politik hukum dari penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Oleh karenanya peraturan daerah memerlukan evaluasi berkala guna melihat kesesuaian materi muatan yang diatur dengan perkembangan implementasi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada apa urgensi analisis dan evaluasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul No. 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Penyelenggaraan Bangunan Gedung, dan bagaimana analisis dan evaluasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul No. 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Penyelenggaraan Bangunan Gedung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode yuridis-normatif dengan metode pendekatan peraturan perundang undangan, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa baik secara formil maupun materil materi muatan telah sesuai dengan UU sektoral yakni Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2002 maupun ketentuan lebih lanjut yang diatur dalam PP No. 16 Tahun 2021 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan Undang – Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2002 tentang Bangunan Gedung, namun terkesan hanya copy paste dari kedua dasar hukum tersebut. Untuk itu agar tidak terjadi pengulangan atau duplikasi pengaturan, perlu dilakukan pengaturan yang memperhatikan kebutuhan serta kearifan lokal di Bantul. Maka penulis merekomendasikan perlunya perbaikan di bagian terkait pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul No. 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Penyelenggaraan Bangunan Gedung.]]>

<![CDATA[The obligation to maintain roads has been regulated in Article 24 of the Road Traffic Traffic Law and criminal sanctions in Article 273 of the Road Traffic Traffic Law. Accidents caused by damaged roads occur quite often, but they are still common in society so that accident victims report their losses to the authorities so it is not uncommon to find cases that have advanced to court. This paper aims to find out how law enforcement is against road administrators who are negligent and what factors are the obstacles. case (case approach), while the data sources used are secondary data sources, data collection techniques through library research, and analyzed by qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study that the review of criminal law in cases of traffic accidents due to the impact of road damage is based on the description of article 273 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, the material crime committed by road administrators is a passive crime that does not pure.]]>

The defense of women's rights began to take effect with the formation of WOMEN in DEVELOPMENT (WID) and is a solution to the problems of Third World women. However, after running for ten years, this program received strong criticism from feminist activists. Because it is considered as a propaganda tool for the First World Agenda to dominate Third World Countries. WID's main agenda is how to involve women in development activities.
