Abstract

Learning media is one of the components of mechanical input. Teaching and learning activities that have a significant impact on students' understanding of the history of systems, characteristics, and operations. Multimedia is a combination of different media to convey information, examples of communication media are text, images, photos, videos, music, even animation. Information systems is one of the majors that studies a system to management in making decisions and conducting business operations, and a combination of human, information technology, and organized processes.

Abstract

A message security system to maintain the confidentiality of data information is very important. To achieve this, a security system is required to maintain the confidentiality of information. Encrypting information sent for cryptographic purposes confidentiality, integrity, authentication and irrefutable proof is one of the methods used for this purpose. Algorithm is a collection of problem-solving commands. Algorithm also has a process of repetition (iteration) and decisions that cannot be made. Vigenere cipher is one of the traditional cryptographic algorithms with multiple alphabetical substitution. PHP stands for PHP Hypertext Preprocessor. PHP is a scripting language that is commonly used to create dynamic web applications by deploying them on servers. The purpose of this research is to secure secret messages using the Vigenere Cipher algorithm using PHP.

Abstract

Staff or commonly referred to as employees are an important part of a company/institution, especially those who have the quality and enthusiasm to maintain the progress of the agency. The purpose of this research is to find out decision making or problem solving in determining the best contract staff recommendations at SERGAI DISPORAPARBUD so that later these staff can be more motivated in their performance. To conduct this research, observational research methods, interviews and literature studies were carried out and the calculation process was carried out using the COPRAS method. In addition to determining the best contract labor recommendations, several criteria must be met by each alternative, namely discipline, honesty, communication, cooperation, and responsibility. The results of this study indicate that 10 alternatives get the top ranking, one of which is a staff named Jaliya SE with a utility value of 100 getting the first rank in the recommendation to become the best contract worker at DISPORAPARBUD SERGAI.

Abstract

Bank syariah merupakan bank yang dikenal sebagai lembaga keuangan yang sesuai dengan syariah, mengacu pada transaksi keuangan atau perbankan yang sesuai dengan Syariah (hukum Islam). Dua prinsip dasarnya perbankan syariah adalah bagi hasil dan larangan membebankan dan membayar bunga oleh pemberi pinjaman dan investor. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor dalam mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa Kota Medan untuk menjadi nasabah bank syariah, serta agar mengetahui juga apa yang menjadi masalah mahasiswa dengan tidak menggunakan bank syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan masih sedikit mahasiswa yang menggunakan bank syariah untuk menabung atau hal yang lainnya, karena sebagian besar dari mereka masih menggunakan bank konvensional dikarenakan yang paling banyak mempengaruhi ialah belum banyaknya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya menggunakan bank syariah bagi yang beragama muslim.
