Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) innovation is progressing rapidly. The use of ICT in education is becoming more popular. Various advances and supporting applications have been created in the field of education. As a lesson planner, teachers should use a variety of appropriate learning tools and resources to plan lessons and help students learn quickly and effectively. The Lectora Inspire application is used to discuss learning resources using interactive teaching technology. Lectora Inspire is designed for beginners and its features make it easy to create learning materials and test or assessment materials. Through teacher training in primary education, the development of engaging and intuitive learning media is taking place. The Lectora Inspire application allows teachers to easily create unique interactive learning environments that can adapt to the student's situation, environment and needs. The strategy used is to build learning development institutions that use computer learning environments as learning tools. The aim is to create interactive learning media containing study instructions and exam questions. Abstract

A message security system to maintain the confidentiality of data information is very important. To achieve this, a security system is required to maintain the confidentiality of information. Encrypting information sent for cryptographic purposes confidentiality, integrity, authentication and irrefutable proof is one of the methods used for this purpose. Algorithm is a collection of problem-solving commands. Algorithm also has a process of repetition (iteration) and decisions that cannot be made. Vigenere cipher is one of the traditional cryptographic algorithms with multiple alphabetical substitution. PHP stands for PHP Hypertext Preprocessor. PHP is a scripting language that is commonly used to create dynamic web applications by deploying them on servers. The purpose of this research is to secure secret messages using the Vigenere Cipher algorithm using PHP.

Abstract

Staff or commonly referred to as employees are an important part of a company/institution, especially those who have the quality and enthusiasm to maintain the progress of the agency. The purpose of this research is to find out decision making or problem solving in determining the best contract staff recommendations at SERGAI DISPORAPARBUD so that later these staff can be more motivated in their performance. To conduct this research, observational research methods, interviews and literature studies were carried out and the calculation process was carried out using the COPRAS method. In addition to determining the best contract labor recommendations, several criteria must be met by each alternative, namely discipline, honesty, communication, cooperation, and responsibility. The results of this study indicate that 10 alternatives get the top ranking, one of which is a staff named Jaliya SE with a utility value of 100 getting the first rank in the recommendation to become the best contract worker at DISPORAPARBUD SERGAI.
