Abstract

Acceptance of New Students is the initial process in educational institutions to screen prospective students who meet the criteria set by the school. SMAN Unggul Dharmasraya screens prospective students through report cards and written tests. In terms of enthusiasts, this school is classified as a school that has a lot of enthusiasts because it is facilitated by boarding.Therefore, each committee selection process has difficulty in determining prospective students who will be accepted according to the criteria. From these problems the idea emerged to conduct research on the application of decision support systems in accepting new students using the Simple Additive Weighting method. This method is known as the weighted sum method, because the basic concept of SAW is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes so that this method can assist in the ranking process based on the results of the assessment of predetermined criteria. The rating of each attribute must be dimension-free in the sense that it has passed the previous matrix normalization process. The purpose of this research was to assist the admissions committee for new students in making decisions to determine prospective new students according to predetermined criteria and weights. The system development model used is the waterfall model, because this model uses a systematic and sequential approach. The results of this study are a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method from calculating the prevalence value, there are several alternatives that can be recommendations for the committee to get prospective students who meet the criteria determined by the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi monitoring siswa berbasis web dan sms gateway digunakan untuk melakukan absensi siswa dimana sudah terintegrasi dengan fitur sms gateway. Sistem ini dibangun atas dasar permasalahan sulitnya para guru untuk memberikan informasi atas kehadiran siswa kepada wali murid. SMS Gateway sendiri merupakan fitur yang akan membantu memberikan informasi kepada wali dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa serta melibatkan wali murid dalam pengawasan terhadap siswa. Dalam membangun aplikasi ini, peneliti melakukan tahapan penelitian yang dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, analisis masalah, mempelajari literatur, pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, desain sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing dan hasil . Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melakukan proses absensi siswa yang mana jika ada siswa yang alpha secara otomatis akan mengirimkan sms ke wali murid, aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fungsi untuk mengelola data kehadiran siswa atau absensi, data guru, data kelas, data mata pelajaran, data rekap serta fungsi login dan logout sistem.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mendorong munculnya berbagai inovasi baru dalam menyajikan informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Teknologi dari masa ke masa semakin maju bisa kita lihat diberbagai aspek kehidupan misalnya berkomunikasi dengan orang di dunia luar cukup menggunakan email atau media online atau untuk melakukan pendaftaran sekolah cukup terkoneksi ke internet dan masuk ke halaman website yang di tuju sehingga untuk semua aktivitas yang kita lakukan menjadi lebih mudah dan efesien. kajian ini bertujusn untuk membangun website sekolah dimana dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru bisa melalui media online dan website ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. SMKS Terpadu Aswaja merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah atas yang dalam pendaftaran siswa barunya memerlukan peranan teknologi informasi untuk membantu memaksimalkan perkerjaan guru dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat berdasarkan informasi yang akurat dan dapat dipercaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi pendaftaran siswa baru berbasis web yang memiliki kemampuan memberikan keakuratan data serta kemudahan bagi orang tua dan calon siswa baru memperoleh informasi tentang sekolah.

Abstract

Strategi penguatan dan peningkatan perekonomian Indonesia adalah dengan mengembangkan sektor usaha kecil menengah (UMKM) yang dapat berkembang dengan dukungan pemerintah untuk mendukung kelangsungan usaha. Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan adalah memberikan dukungan permodalan untuk memungkinkan berkembangnya UMKM. Oleh karena itu, sudah tepat untuk memberikan modal perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, perhitungan pendukung keputusan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pembobotan sederhana (Simple Weighted/SAW), dengan menggunakan lima kriteria yaitu status tempat usaha, jumlah tanggungan, omset perhari, lama usaha, dan modal awal UMKM. Ini digunakan sebagai kriteria untuk peringkat dukungan UMKM di Desa Rantau Api. Yang memiliki hasil akhir berupa perengkingan yang diperoleh dari perhitungan metode SAW yaitu Tatan terpilih sebagai alternatif berdasarkan data sampel yang diperoleh, layak mendapatkan bantuan UMKM di Desa Rantau Api.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social assistance program aimed at improving the welfare of low-income families. The process of determining beneficiaries in Dharmasraya Regency is still carried out manually through screening, and other issues, such as inclusion and exclusion errors, can potentially lead to inaccurate targeting. This research aims to design and build a web-based Decision Support System (DSS). The system development process uses Waterfall, UML, and is implemented using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method successfully helps determine PKH recipients objectively and accurately. The SAW method is used to calculate the value of each alternative based on predetermined criteria weights, then produces a ranking of potential recipients. The research stages include data collection through observation, interviews, literature and documentation studies, followed by needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using Black Box Testing. The results show that the system is able to minimize errors and subjectivity in determining beneficiaries.

Abstract

Administrative services in Rimbo Ilir District are still managed manually, resulting in inefficient document submission, data recording, and document management processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Digital Community Administrative Service Information System to support administrative services in Rimbo Ilir District. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. The system was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Python programming language with a MySQL database. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that the developed system provides online document submission, document upload, application verification by administrators, application status tracking, and administrative report generation. Based on the testing results, all major system functions operated as intended, indicating that the system can support more effective, efficient, and integrated administrative services in Rimbo Ilir District.

Abstract

School libraries play an important role in supporting the learning process by providing access to information resources for students and educators. However, library management at SMAN 1 Koto Salak is still conducted manually using ledger books, resulting in delays in data recording, inefficient borrowing and returning processes, and difficulties in generating reports. This study aims to design and develop a desktop-based Library Information System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of library management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review, while the software was developed using the Waterfall model. The system was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Python programming language with MySQL as the database management system. System functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing to ensure that all features operated according to user requirements. The results indicate that the developed system is capable of managing member data, book collections, borrowing and returning transactions, and report generation in an integrated manner. The implementation of the system improves the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of library management compared with the previous manual process.
