Abstract

Menggoro Tourism Village is one of the tourist villages that has experienced a decline in the number of domestic tourists visits due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently the COVID-19 pandemic has gradually subsided and government policies have begun to loosen up on the tourism sector. The community of Menggoro Village, which has experienced the economy declined for two years, needs to be improved through increasing community income. People's income can increase along with the increasing number of tourist visits This study was conducted to find the right strategy to increase the number of local tourist visits. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative using a SWOT analysis approach as a process of finding visits increases strategies for Menggoro Tourism Village. Based on the SWOT analysis compiled, four strategies were produced consisting of: first, the development of the Menggoro Tourism Village as halal tourism. Second, improving services and education for parties involved in tourism villages. Third, routinely carry out digital promotions. Fourth, hold cultural, local arts and religious events on a regular basis outside the traditional Jumat Pahing activities. The resulting strategy is expected to increase the number of local tourist visits which have a positive impact on the community's economy.

Abstract

Every country has a poverty problem. One way to reduce this problem is by empowering communities with a productive waqf model. This service aims to provide education and assistance to the community in managing productive waqf. The object of service is the community at the Al-Hidayah mosque congregation, Wonogiri Village, Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency. The service approach uses the ABCD model, namely Asset Based Community Development. Community service is carried out in 3 ways, namely conducting FGD, socialization and mentoring. The results showed that the community began to have a good awareness in managing waqf in the form of goat livestock. Although several problems arise such as feed supply chain constraints during the drought and suboptimal kendang facilities. SWOT analysis shows the potential for economic improvement if carried out sustainably.

Abstract

Gojek is present as an e-commerce leader in the transportation system provide convenience to consumers in Indonesia. Gojek continues to grow difficulties faced by consumers when using the application, so that consumers feel comfortable using the application. One of the innovations issued by Gojek is known to consumers as the gopay payment system as a solution when consumers do not carry cash and are lazy to pay for cash transactions. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involves consumer decisions in using the gopay payment system in this study explaining perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, customer satisfaction and client attitudes. The research method used included the use of primary data, primary data. This was achieved by distributing questionnaires to consumers who responded to the gopay payment system in the gojek application at least five times with the gopay payment system in the gojek application to 96 gojek consumers using random sampling techniques during the time this research was conducted. The analysis tool used is Smartpls. The results of the study show that perceived benefits, perceived convenience, consumer attitudes have a significant influence on consumer decisions on the gopay payment system for gojek services in Surakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how banking customers receive mobile banking services and their behavior in using them. This study aims to analyze the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involving perceived usefulness, behavioral intention to use, and attitude toward using as intervening variables on consumer behavior in mobile banking in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to banking customers who use mobile banking services. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result showed that H1, H2, H3, H5, H6 and H7 were accepted and H4 was rejected. This research is expected to be useful as additional information is needed to improve service to customers.
