Abstract

Menggoro Tourism Village is one of the tourist villages that has experienced a decline in the number of domestic tourists visits due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently the COVID-19 pandemic has gradually subsided and government policies have begun to loosen up on the tourism sector. The community of Menggoro Village, which has experienced the economy declined for two years, needs to be improved through increasing community income. People's income can increase along with the increasing number of tourist visits This study was conducted to find the right strategy to increase the number of local tourist visits. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative using a SWOT analysis approach as a process of finding visits increases strategies for Menggoro Tourism Village. Based on the SWOT analysis compiled, four strategies were produced consisting of: first, the development of the Menggoro Tourism Village as halal tourism. Second, improving services and education for parties involved in tourism villages. Third, routinely carry out digital promotions. Fourth, hold cultural, local arts and religious events on a regular basis outside the traditional Jumat Pahing activities. The resulting strategy is expected to increase the number of local tourist visits which have a positive impact on the community's economy.

Abstract

Every country has a poverty problem. One way to reduce this problem is by empowering communities with a productive waqf model. This service aims to provide education and assistance to the community in managing productive waqf. The object of service is the community at the Al-Hidayah mosque congregation, Wonogiri Village, Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency. The service approach uses the ABCD model, namely Asset Based Community Development. Community service is carried out in 3 ways, namely conducting FGD, socialization and mentoring. The results showed that the community began to have a good awareness in managing waqf in the form of goat livestock. Although several problems arise such as feed supply chain constraints during the drought and suboptimal kendang facilities. SWOT analysis shows the potential for economic improvement if carried out sustainably.

Abstract

Gojek is present as an e-commerce leader in the transportation system provide convenience to consumers in Indonesia. Gojek continues to grow difficulties faced by consumers when using the application, so that consumers feel comfortable using the application. One of the innovations issued by Gojek is known to consumers as the gopay payment system as a solution when consumers do not carry cash and are lazy to pay for cash transactions. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involves consumer decisions in using the gopay payment system in this study explaining perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, customer satisfaction and client attitudes. The research method used included the use of primary data, primary data. This was achieved by distributing questionnaires to consumers who responded to the gopay payment system in the gojek application at least five times with the gopay payment system in the gojek application to 96 gojek consumers using random sampling techniques during the time this research was conducted. The analysis tool used is Smartpls. The results of the study show that perceived benefits, perceived convenience, consumer attitudes have a significant influence on consumer decisions on the gopay payment system for gojek services in Surakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how banking customers receive mobile banking services and their behavior in using them. This study aims to analyze the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involving perceived usefulness, behavioral intention to use, and attitude toward using as intervening variables on consumer behavior in mobile banking in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to banking customers who use mobile banking services. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result showed that H1, H2, H3, H5, H6 and H7 were accepted and H4 was rejected. This research is expected to be useful as additional information is needed to improve service to customers.

Abstract

The performance of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia is faced with significant challenges related to global economic fluctuations, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the industrial transformation of the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This observation aims to guess the profitability factor (ROA) of BUS focusing on macroeconomic variables (Inflation, GDP, BI7DRR) and internal bank variables (CAR, BOPO, NPF, and FDR) within 2019-2023. Quantitative methods are suitable to be applied using multiple linear regression analysis with secondary panel data from 11 BUS samples, annual financial data of BSI before and after merging are included using the pronorma method, resulting in 55 sample results then processed with IBM SPSS 29 tools. It was found that GDP and CAR have a significant positive effect on ROA. BOPO and NPF have a significant negative effect on ROA. Inflation, BI7DRR, and FDR have no significant Impact on ROA. The resulting presentation of 87.3% of the above variables affects profitability, while the rest is generated from variables outside the study. These findings reinforce the importance of controlling asset quality, capital strengthening, and operational efficiency in increasing BUS profitability in Indonesia. The government also needs to make strong regulations for the sustainability of Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banking. This research practically provides recommendations to policymakers to strengthen regulations related to asset quality, and operational efficiency. The inclusion of BSI analysis before and after the merger, can provide broad, unique, and impactful insights into restructuring in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

QRIS is an innovation in a non-cash payment system developed by Bank Indonesia to facilitate digital transactions quickly, safely, and efficiently. Its use is increasingly being chosen, especially among students, because it is in line with a practical and fully digital lifestyle. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of perceived benefits, ease of use, perceived risk, and trust on the decision to use QRIS on students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta simultaneously and partially. This study adopted a descriptive quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique involving 400 active students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta who have experience or are familiar with the use of QRIS. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach which includes model testing through the Outer Model, Inner Model, and hypothesis testing based on t-statistic values ​​and probability. The results of the study showed that Perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and trust simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use QRIS on students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta.

Abstract

Digital technology has rapidly developed in recent years, affecting the culture and patterns of transactions. One of the innovations in digital payments is the emergence of the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). However, massive QRIS education at all levels of society is not in line with the community's response, which still maintains traditional payment patterns, especially in the Soloraya area. This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of QRIS (technology use). This approach was carried out using technology acceptance model modification theory. A sample of 100 people was obtained using a simple random sampling method in communities located in the former Surakarta (Soloraya) residency, namely Sragen, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Wonogiri, Klaten, Boyolali and Surakarta City Regencies. Data analysis techniques with partial least squares structural equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results show that all variables in the TAM modification construct consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and perceived security influence the decision to use QRIS with intention as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking BTNS mobile di Indonesia melalui metode usability test dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Metode usability test digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana aplikasi mobile banking memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna. Hasil pengujian kegunaan memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai permasalahan spesifik yang dihadapi pengguna saat menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking. Mobile Banking BTN Syariah adalah sebuah aplikasi dari PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, yang berfungsi untuk memberikan kemudahan transaksi layanan perbankan melalui smartphone dengan cara yang aman, cepat dan mudah serta dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja sehingga tidak perlu datang langsung ke bank Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai kelebihan dan kelemahan aplikasi BTNS Mobile. Informasi ini dapat digunakan oleh pengembang aplikasi untuk melakukan perbaikan dan penyempurnaan yang diperlukan, memastikan bahwa pengguna mendapatkan pengalaman yang memuaskan dan efisien saat menggunakan layanan BTNS Mobile. Penelitian ini juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman dalam mengembangkan aplikasi BTNS Mobile yang berorientasi pengguna di Indonesia.
