Abstract

Abstract: ZISWAF is an Islamic-led fundraising instrument aimed at wealth distribution. The existence of technological developments allows the adaptation of payments with all its acceleration. This study aims to determine the digital payment strategy to maximize ZISWAF’s revenue potential in Indonesia. This study uses the TAM, and TPB modification approaches. The methodology used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square (PLS) approach. The sample used is the Y generation as a representation of the millennial generation. The results showed that all the variables forming the TAM theory (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude) and all the variables creating the TPB theory (subjective norms and perceived behavior control) significantly affect the Intention (INT) of individuals pay for online ZISWAF (sig. 0.05, α=5%). Furthermore, attitude is a mediating variable in a partial/ quasi modification model that links perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEoU) to Intention (INT) (VAF=49.87%).Abstrak: ZISWAF adalah instrumen pengumpulan dana yang dipelopori Islam dengan tujuan untuk distribusi kekayaan. Adanya perkembangan teknologi memungkinkan adaptasi pembayaran dengan segala akselerasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembayaran digital untuk memaksimumkan potensi pendapatan ZISWAF di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan modfikasi TAM dan TPB. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Sampel yang digunakan merupakan generasi Y sebagai representasi generasi milenial. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh variabel pembentuk teori TAM yakni perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEoU) dan attitude (ATT) dan seluruh variabel pembentuk teori TPB yakni subjective norms (SN) dan perceived behavior control (PBC) berpengaruh terhadap intention (INT) individu dalam membayar ZISWAF secara online (sig. 0.05, α=5%).  Attitude (ATT) merupakan variabel pemediasi dalam model modifikasi yang bersifat partial/ quasy yang menghubungkan perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEoU) terhadap intention (INT) (VAF=49.87%)

Abstract

Abstract: Religious moderation discourse in Indonesia has recently attracted the attention of many parties, especially academics. Moderation means in the middle-center, neither to the right nor the left. In religious issues, religious moderation does not involve radicalism, fundamentalism, and liberalism. It is congruous for religious higher education to be a laboratory of religious moderation. It embeds national ideas, critical thinking constructs, multiculturalism values cultivation, and the peaceful delivery of spiritual messages. This research discusses the implementation of religious moderation at IAIN Surakarta. The internalization of moderation values to students is channeled through Bilik Moderasi Islam dan Adab (BIMA) of the Faculty of Adab and Language. This study employed descriptive qualitative methods with progress reports. It concluded the existence of several channels of moderation at the institutional level. BIMA became one of the pioneers of the religious moderation movement in the faculty. The prevention of radicalism was done in some ways. They establish moderation insight courses, conduct monthly studies on moderation, and create moderation digital creative content. Not only that but also BIMA certificates became the requirement of munaqosah. Besides, the progress report of the moderation index measurement showed the effect of BIMA coaching on the increase in the student moderation index. Based on the survey, most students also suggested maintaining the religious moderation education.الملخص: استحوذ الحديث عن الاعتدال الديني في إندونيسيا مؤخرا على اهتمام العديد من الأطراف والأحزاب، خاصة  الأكاديميين. تحتوي كلمة الاعتدال على معنى الوسط، ولا يتعدى إلى اليمين أو إلى اليسار. عندما يرتبط الأمر بالقضايا الدينية، فإن ممارسة الاعتدال الديني هي السلوك والتصرف الذي لا يتبع التطرف والأصولية والليبرالية. الجامعة الإسلامية مناسبة جدا لتكون مختبرا للاعتدال الديني. فالجامعة الإسلامية هي المكان تصدر ة تنمو منه  الأفكار الوطنية، وبناء التفكير النقدي، وتنمية قيم التعددية الثقافية، والتسليم السلمي للرسائل الدينية. يناقش هذا البحث تنفيذ الاعتدال الديني في جامعة سوراكارتا الإسلامية الحكومية. من خلال وحدة Bilik Islam Moderasi dan Adab (IMAB) التابع لكلية الآداب واللغات، يتم توجيه استيعاب قيم الاعتدال للطلاب. مع أساليب وصفية نوعية مع تقارير مرحلية،أدى هذا البحث إلى الانتهاء  من عدة قنوات للاعتدال على المستوى المؤسسي وأصبح BIMA  أحد رواد  حركة الاعتدال الديني في الكلية. أصبحت الجهود المبذولة لمنع التطرف من خلال إنشاء دورات رؤية الاعتدال ، والدراسات الشهرية تحت عنوان الاعتدال ، وإنشاء  منتجات المحتوى الإبداعي الرقمي الاعتدال  وشهادات IMAB شرطا لجلسات مناقشة البحث العلمي.  ويبين التقرير المرحلي لقياس مؤشر الاعتدال تأثير تدريب IMAB على الزيادة في مؤشر اعتدال الطلاب، واستنادا إلى مسح غالبية الطلاب الذين يرغبون في الحفاظ على تعليم الاعتدال الديني.Abstrak: Diskursus moderasi beragama di Indonesia belakangan ini menyita perhatian banyak pihak khususnya kalangan akademisi. Kata moderasi mengandung makna tengah-tengah, tidak ekstrem ke kanan atau ke kiri. Jika dikaitkan dengan persoalan agama, praktik moderasi beragama itu bersikap dan berperilaku yang tidak mengikuti radikalisme, fundamentalisme dan liberalisme. Pendidikan Tinggi Keagamaan sangat tepat menjadi laboratorium moderasi beragama. Perguruan tinggi keagamaan sejatinya menjadi lahan tersemainya gagasan kebangsaan, konstruk pemikiran kritis, penanaman nilai-nilai multikulturalisme dan penyampaian pesan agama yang damai. Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi moderasi beragama di IAIN Surakarta. Melalui unit Bilik Moderasi Islam dan Adab (BIMA) Fakultas Adab dan Bahasa, maka internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi kepada mahasiswa disalurkan. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan progress report, penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan adanya beberapa saluran moderasi di tingkat institusi dan BIMA menjadi salah satu pelopor gerakan moderasi beragama di fakultas. Upaya pencegahan radikalisme dilakukannya melalui   penetapan mata kuliah wawasan moderasi, kajian bulanan bertemakan moderasi, pembuatan produk konten kreatif digital moderasi dan sertifikat BIMA menjadi syarat untuk sidang munaqosah. Adapun progress report pengukuran indeks moderasi menunjukkan aadanya pengaruh pembinaan BIMA terhadap kenaikan indeks moderasi mahasiswa dan berdasar survei mayoritas mahasiswa menginginkan edukasi moderasi beragama terus dipertahankan.

Abstract

The globalization era has changed everything, including changing the order of the payment system in Indonesia. Currently e-money is growing rapidly in Indonesia, but it is not followed by the development of e-money users. E-money users in Indonesia are still considered low, this is because there are still many people who use cash. This study aims to measure people's interest in using e-money with the UTAUT 2 approach. The method used in this study is regression with the population of the Surakarta community with a sample of 102 respondents. The results showed that business expectations, hedonic motivation, price values and habits affect the interest in using e-money. Meanwhile, performance expectations, social factors and facilitating conditions have no effect on the interest in using e-money.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji bagaimana bauran pemasaran (4P) mempengaruhi minat atau keinginan mahasiswa dalam menabung simpanan multiguna akademik di BMT Mazaya. Seluruh mahasiswa UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta dijadikan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini. 101 responden diperoleh dari sampel yang dikumpulkan memakai teknik accidental. Instrumen penghimpunan data berupa kuisioner. Hasil analisis data diuji sesuai ketentuan model regresi linier berganda. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua dari empat komponen bauran pemasaran yaitu variabel produk dan harga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk menabung di BMT Mazaya. Sementara dua lainnya yaitu promosi dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan pada minat mahasiswa di BMT Mazaya untuk menabung.

Abstract

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil is one of the Islamic financial institutions, where increasing customer satisfaction is a priority that must be done. This is done because of the intense business competition in financial institutions. There is satisfaction from customers, the existence of Baitul Maal wa Tamwil can be maintained. The way that can be done to increase customer satisfaction is by providing the best service. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of service quality consisting of reliability, emphaty, responsiveness, tangible, and assurance variables on customer satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat. Sampling using accidental sampling with the distribution of questionnaires to BMT Mitra Ummat customers. Primary data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that the Tangible Variable affects the customer satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat. Where obtained a t value of 6.509 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The Reliability variable does not affect the customer satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat. Where obtained a value of t of -1.443 with a significant value of 0.152 > 0.05 means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The Responssive variable has no effect on customer satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat. Where obtained a t value of -3.019 with a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05 means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The Assurance variable has no effect on customer satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat. Where obtained a t value of 1.798 with a significant value of 0.075 > 0.05 means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The Empathy variable affects the customer satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat. Where obtained a t value of 5.604 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In the research conducted by (Dibyantoro, 2012) where the results obtained were all variables of service quality affecting Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank BTN Palembang branch. However, it is different from this study where the results of the Tangible and Empathy variables affect the Customer Satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat, while the variables of Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance do not affect the satisfaction of BMT Mitra Ummat customers.

Abstract

Harmonious family is everyone's dream. One of the keys to a harmonious family is be good at managing family finances. The problem faced during the COVID-19 pandemic is level of income declined, so we must be able to manage family finances wisely and don't get caught in consumptive debt. The purpose of service is to help improve the literacy in managing family finances. Members of this community service is Al Fath Kindergarten School committee consisting of teachers, employees, parents, and local residents. As for the results of community service, partners have the ability to manage family finances and prepare financial reports properly to be A harmonious family.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios consisting of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), BOPO and Financing of Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profit-sharing rate of mudharabah savings at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period. The population in this study is all Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2015-2020. The sample was obtained from 11 Sharia Commercial Banks selected using the purposive sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative, using data analysis methods in the form of linear regression analysis of data. The results of this study show that CAR, BOPO, and FDR have no effect on the profit-sharing rate of mudharabah savings at Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia from to 2015-2020 period. Meanwhile, NPF affects the profit-sharing rate of mudharabah savings in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the 2015-2020 period.

Abstract

In this digital era, people are required to transform using e-payments. However, not all levels of society have adapted to digitalization of payments. This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, usefulness, and religiosity on the decision to use LinkAja Syariah. This research is a primary quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling with convenience sampling. Respondents were obtained by 123 users of the LinkAja Syariah application in the Surakarta area. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all construct variables consisting of convenience, usefulness and religiosity influence the decision to use LinkAja Syariah in the people of Surakarta.

Abstract

Raya area still choose to use conventional bank services and have not yet used Islamic bank services.  This study aims to determine the effect of convenience, benefit and security variables on the use of BSI Mobile.  The sampling technique used clustered and random sampling methods.  The population obtained from each region is 1,412,000 people, resulting in a minimum sample size of 107 respondents.  Analysis of the research data using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of this study show that the convenience and benefit variables significantly influence the decision to use the mobile banking, while the security variables does not affect the decision to use BSI Mobile

Abstract

Every country has a poverty problem. One way to reduce this problem is by empowering communities with a productive waqf model. This service aims to provide education and assistance to the community in managing productive waqf. The object of service is the community at the Al-Hidayah mosque congregation, Wonogiri Village, Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency. The service approach uses the ABCD model, namely Asset Based Community Development. Community service is carried out in 3 ways, namely conducting FGD, socialization and mentoring. The results showed that the community began to have a good awareness in managing waqf in the form of goat livestock. Although several problems arise such as feed supply chain constraints during the drought and suboptimal kendang facilities. SWOT analysis shows the potential for economic improvement if carried out sustainably.
