Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepuasan kerja terapis dalam memberikan treatment kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pekerjaan ini melibatkan emosional yang cukup besar, kesabaran yang tinggi dan memiliki keperibadian yang baik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan objek yang diteliti berdasarkan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan ke empat terapis yang telah lama bekerja lebih dari lima tahun dengan kategori usia 25-35 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini secara umum menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja terapis disebabkan oleh kepedulian terapis, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan dukungan dari para orangtua atau wali murid yang berdampak pada kinerja yang stabil. Selain itu adanya jiwa kemanusiaan yang tinggi yang membuat keempat subjek dalam penelitian ini dapat bertahan hingga saat ini dan menjalankan profesinya sebagai terapis anak berkebutuhan khusus. Inclusive education facilitates and embraces student diversity as part of the implementation of dignified and humanistic education. This study concludes that: (1) The preparation for implementing inclusive education in Kediri City includes education systems and management, initial assessments, workshops/seminars, the provision of facilities and infrastructure, teacher development, and socialization; (2) The implementation of inclusive education covers classroom models, curriculum models, the role of educators, and the learning process; (3) The outcomes of inclusive education implementation include supervision by principals through regular monitoring, guidance from school supervisors, periodic evaluations by educational institutions, and the involvement of parents/guardians as educational partners. Inclusive education in the Dignified Excellent Elementary Schools of Kediri City aims to create an adaptive, participatory, and inclusive learning environment tailored to the diverse needs of students.

The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the use of movies is in improving students' listening skills in the field of English studies, and also to find out students' perspectives on the use of movies as a learning medium. The movie used in the research is an animation titled Sonic The Hedgehog which tells about the adventures of aliens on earth with a human. The method used is quantitative descriptive method using interviews and observations. From the results conducted on listening course lecturers and twenty-three second semester students at the Faculty of Education, Tribakti Islamic University Lirboyo Kediri found that the use of English films in improving students' listening skills is very effective. According to the students' perspective, the use of this movie really helps them in learning.

English is an international language spoken all over the world. English is also one of the disciplines that has been taught since the end of the school to become one of compulsory courses given in the early semesters. To be able to improve speaking skills educators can use the learning model of storytelling or chanting. The application of storytelling to improve the ability to speak English can be one of the alternatives can also be applied. The research is aimed at improving English speaking skills through Storytelling methods in New Students of the Faculty of Dakwah, Ushuluddin, and Psychology of the Islamic University of Tribakti Lirboyo Kediri. English is an international language spoken almost all over the world. English is also one of the compulsory courses programmed by graduates in the first semester. Being able to speak or communicate actively and smoothly in English is also an extra point for students in the age of globalization. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive types. The results show an improvement in the ability to speak English through the application of the Storytelling learning model.

This community service program aims to improve the communication skills and TOEIC scores of D3 Mechanical Engineering students at PSDKU Politeknik Negeri Malang in Kediri City. The background of this activity is the low level of communication skills and English proficiency among engineering students, which has the potential to hinder learning and mastery of the material. The training methods used include blended learning, project-based learning, collaborative learning, and intensive TOEIC training. The participants in the training were final semester students who needed to improve their English skills. The results showed an average increase in TOEIC scores of 150 points and a significant improvement in communication skills, confidence, and readiness to enter the workforce. However, there were still obstacles in listening skills and grammar mastery. Overall, this program has proven to be effective and can be provided to other groups of students to support the improvement of graduate quality who are better prepared to face the national and international workforce.

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus kepada peningkatan kemampuan guru TK Nidzamiyah dalam menggunakan media digital untuk pembelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui metode storytelling. Pendekatan ini diterapkan untuk memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran yang interaktif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan refleksi kolaboratif bersama empat guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para guru berhasil mengintegrasikan media digital dengan teknik bercerita secara efektif, sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan komunikatif. Anak cenderung aktif dalam merespon alur cerita, gambar, maupun instruksi sederhana selama kegiatan berlangsung. Meskipun demikian, kemampuan guru dalam memberikan stimulus verbal berbahasa Inggris serta kualitas interaksi dua arah masih perlu ditingkatkan agar respons anak semakin optimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media digital berbasis storytelling memiliki potensi besar untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar bahasa Inggris, dengan catatan perlu ada penguatan lanjutan pada aspek interaksi guru–anak.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Melalui Pelayanan Masyarakat, Cerita Digital, Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris untuk usia dini. ABSTRACTThis community service research focuses on improving the ability of TK Nidzamiyah teachers to use digital media for English language learning through the storytelling method. This approach is applied to strengthen the quality of interactive learning that is appropriate for early childhood characteristics. The research method uses observation, documentation, and collaborative reflection with four teachers. The results showed that the teachers successfully integrated digital media with storytelling techniques effectively, creating an engaging and communicative learning environment. Children tended to actively respond to the storyline, images, and simple instructions during the activities. However, the teachers' ability to provide verbal stimuli in English and the quality of two-way interaction still need to be improved to optimise children's responses. This study concludes that the use of storytelling-based digital media has great potential to enrich the English learning experience, provided that there is further strengthening of the teacher-child interaction aspect.Keywords: Community Service Learning, Digital Storytelling, Teaching English for Young Learners.

The rapid advancement of technology in education has transformed learning processes in the digital era, particularly through the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In English language learning, AI platforms such as ChatGPT are increasingly used to support academic activities, improve writing skills, provide real-time feedback, and enable personalized learning. This study aims to explore students’ perceptions of AI use in English language learning. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with 18 questions, and documentation. The participants were 30 students of the English Education Study Program at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, UIT Lirboyo Kediri. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that students perceive AI as an effective and efficient tool for enhancing English learning, particularly in writing. AI provides immediate feedback on grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and organization, supporting independent learning. However, concerns about overreliance on AI were identified, as it may hinder critical thinking. Therefore, AI should be used as a supportive tool, complemented by proper digital literacy to ensure ethical and effective use.
