Abstract

Language as a very important role in everyday life cannot be separated from human life. In various language activities humans use to interact with other humans in each of their activities. The activities in question are all human daily activities from waking up to going back to sleep, for example when chatting with family, going to school, playing and at work. Mastering speech techniques is one of the supporting aspects that must be owned by a medical recorder of health information (PMIK). especially by the medical recorder in charge of the admissions section, because the admissions section is the first source of data that is recorded when a patient arrives. This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the ability to use polite speech in good language for medical record officers, especially admissions section.

Abstract

Islamic religious education has a significant role in shaping the character and morality of Muslim individuals. In the context of formal education, both public and private schools in Indonesia, Islamic religious education is an integral part of the curriculum. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the function of Islamic religious education in public and private schools. A comparative approach is used to understand the differences and similarities in the approach to Islamic religious education in the two types of schools, focusing on aspects such as curriculum, teaching methods, student acceptance and learning outcomes. The research was carried out through interviews, observations and document analysis of the schools that were the research samples. The results of the analysis show that there are significant differences in the approach to Islamic religious education in public and private schools, including in terms of curriculum, teaching methods and student learning outcomes. However, both types of schools also have similarities in their efforts to provide quality Islamic religious education. These findings provide valuable insight for the future development of Islamic religious education, both in public and private schools, in order to increase the effectiveness and relevance of Islamic religious education in shaping the character and morality of the young Muslim generation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the manifestation of language politeness in the interactions between medical record officers and patients at the Kuranji Health Center in Padang City. Employing a descriptive research method, data were collected through observation, recording, and note-taking techniques to capture the nuances of communication within this healthcare setting. The analysis focused on the realization of six politeness maxims: wisdom, generosity, appreciation, humility, consensus, and sympathy. The findings reveal a varied application of these maxims, with 8 instances of the wisdom maxim, 1 of generosity, 8 of appreciation, 1 of humility, 27 of consensus, and 24 of sympathy. These results indicate that the communication between medical record officers and patients is largely characterized by polite language, with a strong emphasis on consensus and sympathy. The predominance of these two maxims suggests a communicative environment aimed at fostering understanding and support, reflecting the ethical and empathetic standards expected in healthcare interactions. This research underscores the importance of language politeness in healthcare communication, highlighting how it contributes to the overall patient experience and the effectiveness of healthcare delivery

Abstract

Kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang kelancaran proses klaim INA-CBG's bagi pasien BPJS rawat inap. Dokumen rekam medis yang tidak lengkap dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan proses verifikasi dan mengakibatkan terjadinya pending klaim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis pasien BPJS rawat inap guna menunjang klaim di Semen Padang Hospital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 berkas rekam medis pasien BPJS rawat inap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis pada resume medis mencapai 99,28%, Catatan Perkembangan Pasien Terintegrasi (CPPT) mencapai 98,92%, Surat Eligibilitas Peserta (SEP) mencapai 100%, laporan operasi mencapai 99,52%, dan laporan penunjang mencapai 99,76%. Berdasarkan tinjauan kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis dalam menunjang klaim INA-CBG's, diperoleh bahwa klaim yang berjalan lancar sebanyak 81 berkas (83,5%), sedangkan klaim yang mengalami pending sebanyak 16 berkas (16,5%). Ketidaklengkapan dokumen terutama ditemukan pada bagian asuhan keperawatan, nama dan tanda tangan dokter, serta tanggal pengisian dokumen. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan pengawasan dan ketelitian dalam pengisian dokumen rekam medis guna mendukung kelancaran proses klaim serta meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit.
