Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Islamic microfinance institutions in Palu City. In general, Islamic microfinance institutions named Islamic Cooperatives or Finance House (BMT) has enormous potential to empower community economy, particularly from the lower middle class. Since this institution is not only to raise funds, it also can channel it to meet people’s needs especially institutions’ member as well as for the communities’ in general. As time goes by, there is only one unit out of several units of Islamic Cooperatives or BMT in Palu that is still actively carrying out its operational activities, while the rest are already inactive. Therefore, this study tries to raise the issue of how the problems faced by Islamic microfinance institutions (Kopsyah BMT) in the city of Palu.

Abstract

PT. Takaful Keluarga merpakan salah satu perusahaan asuransi jiwa dan merupakan pelopor dari asuransi syariah syariah di Indonesia. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan tentang mekanisme kerja asuransi syariah pada PT. Takaful Keluarga. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melengkapi referensi yang telah ada sebelumnya. Berdasarkan sumbernya, data yang dijadikan rujukan dalam tulisan ini adalah data sekunder. Untuk memperoleh data, informasi tentang mekanisme kerja PT. Takaful Keluarga, disamping diperoleh dari sumber tulisan berupa buku, artikel, maupun jurnal, penulis juga menggunakan sumber dari internet, yakni dengan mengakses website resmi, di antaranya website Otoritas Jasa Keuangan melalui www.ojk.go.id dan website PT. Takaful Keluarga melalui www.takaful.co.id. Sebagai tambahan, penulis juga menggunakan dokumentasi/arsip berupa polis nasabah PT. Takaful Keluarga. Mekanisme kerja asuransi syariah pada PT. Takaful Keluarga merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang terdiri atas kegiatan pemasaran, proses underwriting, penetapan tarif premi, penerbitan polis, pengelolaan dana, dan pembayaran klaim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pembiayaan Ultra Mikro (UMi) terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) PT. Pegadaian Cabang Palu di masa pandemi covid-19 periode tahun 2020. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel yang diigunakan adalah sampel jenuh, sebanyak 30 orang memperoleh pembiayaan Ultra Mikro di tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data, digunakan beberapa tahap pegujian antara lain uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial (uji t), koefisien determinasi (R Square), dan regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa bahwa koefisien thitung -0,331 < ttabel 12,706 sehingga variabel independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen dan signifikansi bernilai 0,743 > 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

One of marketing strategy policy that is used by companies to face their competitors is through promotion mix. In this case, each company has its own promotion mix policy which is diverse, this policy that is aimed to obtain company’s targets in market particularly to attract and fascinate consumers for the products, through this competition, it is not a few number of company who takes shortcuts and justifies any means in order to meet their goals; to earn profits, hence they tend to violate ethic. Islamic business ethic concept does not have any rivalry concept that is likely to ruin others unless synergize and cooperate one another. The variety of products from different manufacturers can offer alternative convenience for the consumers to get products according to their needs and capabilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program on the corporate image of Bank Mega Syariah. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were customers who received the Corporate Social Responsibility program at Bank Mega Syariah KC. Palu, which amounted to 30 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis method uses simple linear regression with SPSS 23 software tools. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant and positive relationship with the Corporate Image of Bank Mega Syariah. This means that the more often Bank Mega Syariah conducts Corporate Social Responsibility programs, the company's corporate image will also be better.

Abstract

Organizational culture, happiness at work, and leadership have been widely studied, yet the complex interactions among these factors and the role of religiosity in employee performance remain poorly understood, especially in the context of Islamic banking. This study investigates these relationships and their impact on the employee performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) in the Palu Branch, with religiosity as the moderating variable. Data were collected using closed questionnaires from all employees at the branch and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that organizational culture and happiness at work significantly enhance employee performance, while leadership does not have a significant impact. Notably, religiosity strengthens the positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance, indicating that religious values can deepen employee commitment and productivity by providing greater meaning and purpose in their work. The study highlights the importance of incorporating religiosity to foster an inclusive and productive work environment in Islamic banking. Future research with a more comprehensive design and a more diverse sample is recommended to further explore these relationships.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Perbankan Syariah: Peran Moderasi Religiositas. Meskipun budaya organisasi, kebahagiaan di tempat kerja, dan kepemimpinan telah banyak diteliti, kompleksitas hubungan di antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan peran religiositas terhadap kinerja karyawan masih belum terpahami dengan baik, terutama dalam konteks perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan tersebut dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) Cabang Palu dengan religiositas sebagai variabel moderasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan BMI di cabang tersebut yang kemudian dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sementara kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Menariknya, religiositas memperkuat dampak positif budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mengindikasikan bahwa nilai-nilai keagamaan dapat memperdalam komitmen dan produktivitas karyawan dengan memberikan makna dan tujuan yang lebih besar dalam pekerjaan mereka. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi aspek religiositas untuk membangun lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan produktif di perbankan syariah. Penelitian lanjutan dengan desain yang lebih komprehensif dan sampel yang lebih beragam masih diperlukan untuk memvalidasi dan memperluas hubungan ini.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of PINBUK (Small Business Incubation Center) in general, especially Central Sulawesi PINBUK which can not be separated with the existence and development of sharia micro finance institution, especially Koperasi Syariah (Kopsyah) BMT in Central Sulawesi. The existence of Kopsyah BMT on one hand has access opportunities for small groups of people who find it difficult to access funds at formal financial institutions such as banks, amun on the other hand, not infrequently Kopsyah BMT, its existence is not going as expected. Therefore, this research tries to raise the problem: how is the implementation of PINBUK role in developing Kopsyah BMT in Central Sulawesi, and what factors are supporting and inhibiting the role of PINBUK in developing Kopsyah BMT in Central Sulawesi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian iPhone pada Generasi Z, dengan gaya hidup hedonis sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 4.134 dan p-value 0.000. Selain itu, gaya hidup hedonis juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai t-statistik 4.178 dan p-value 0.000. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup hedonis memoderasi hubungan antara kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3.249 dan p-value 0.001. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi gaya hidup hedonis seseorang, semakin kuat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran yang menekankan pada aspek eksklusivitas, prestise, dan nilai emosional dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam menarik konsumen dari kalangan Generasi Z yang memiliki gaya hidup hedonis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of MIKADA products in increasing sales volume carried out by the women's business group "Nadoli Nasintuvu" in Dampal village, Sirenja District, Donggala Regency. The informant in this study was coordinator and head of business group Nadoli Nasintuvu and several consumers/buyers of MIKADA products. This study used a qualitative approach, where data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and ductumeation. The results showed that to increase sales volume, the marketing strategy carried out by the women's business group "Nadoli Nasintuvu" includes a labeling product strategy, highlighting product quality and using new packaging, pricing strategy, by setting prices according to operational costs incurred, place strategy, namely serving purchases at production houses, marketing in the local market and establishing partnerships with the Sikola Mombine Foundation to Marketing, while the promotion strategies used include advertising through the distribution of brochures, personal sales and publicity.
