Abstract

University Customer Care Center (UC3) is a complaint service system for active academic civitas of the University of Jember. Implementation of UC3 is expected to optimize complaints complaint related to performance evaluation at the University of Jember. One of the keys to the successful implementation of information technology, The purpose of the study is to know the factors that influence the acceptance of the academic civitas in using the UC3 application. This research will use the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method by utilizing the Performance Expectancy (PE) variable, Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), and Facilitating Condition (FC) to see how it affects the intensity of application usage UC3 And the influence of moderator variables (Age and Experience) to the relationships of those variables. Based on the results of data analysis PLS-SEM known that the PE, EE, and SI variables have a positive and significant effect on the Behavioral Intention (BI) variables as well as the FC and BI variables significantly positive and significant to the Use Behavior (UB) variables. Age influences inter-variable relationships for ages 26-35 years, 36-45 years, and >45 years, while Experience influences the relationship between variables for usage intensity ≥3 times. Based on the results of the five hypotheses received can be interpreted that the UC3 application was accepted by the academic and the acceptance is still not fully.

Abstract

Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) is a virus that caused Varicella disease. It is important to find the effective ways preventing the transmission of infectious disease primarily caused by viruses. Sometimes the prevention of diseases caused by viruses such as Varicella can’t be prevented, so another effective alternative prevention like vaccination is needed. Here, a mathematic model of Varicella Zoster Virus that influence Varicella is analyzed by checking the stability of equilibrium points and computing the effective reproductive number. The effective reproductive number is computed in order to measure the relative impact for individual or combined intervention for effective disease control. This model has two equilibrium points, a disease-free and an endemic equilibrium point. In terms of its effective reproductive number, if Re<1, the disease-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable and the infection will disappear after some period of time. It also means that the vaccination is effective. Whereas, the endemic equilibrium will be locally asymptotically stable if Re>1. It means that the vaccination is not optimal enough to prevent the infection. Simulation models was done by changing the proportion of vaccinated newborn parameters. This simulation used different values φ which is equal to 0.25, 0.5, and 0.75. The using of different value φ aims to determine the effects of the vaccine in newborn against the development transmission of the disease in the population. The Numerical simulations verify the theoretical results and present that the proportion of vaccinated newborn has a significant impact on the Varicella infection.

Abstract

Abstract

There are many fake ratings and reviews to increase positive income which is basically unknown for sure whether it affects buying interest and buyer trust. This research wanted to find out the effects of ratings, reviews and seller response on buying interest and buyer trust of the Besuki residency community towards the Shopee application. There were 349 respondents, with 20 instruments distributed and processed. There were 7 hypotheses proposed and the result showed that all of the hypothesis is accepted and it can be concluded that the seller's rating, review and response have a positive and significant effect on buying interest and buyer trust towards the Shopee application.

Abstract

Arjasa village has other potential besides agriculture, namely convection. Meanwhile, there is one UMKM Convection that has a managerial problem, namely allocating employees so that the service team decides to solve the problem. The service team carried out a series of service activities using the PRA method which contained socialization and training as well as assistance on how to optimally coordinate and allocate employees by honing the participants' basic skills, namely understanding and understanding the tasks performed and being able to work only in teams. The service team also introduced an assignment method, namely the Hungarian method to help allocate employees. In addition, so that service activities could continue, the service team provided an application to help allocate employees to the convection owner. The application is built using the Hungarian method. With this community service activity, partners can have additional abilities and skills in terms of employee managerial management, especially in creating optimal employee allocations on projects that are being worked on.

Abstract

Education has an important role in improving the quality of personality in intellectual and moral aspects. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all human activities, one of which is in the field of education. With the stigma circulating, the learning system that was originally carried out face-to-face has changed to learning from home. Problems that arise in online learning are many changes that occur significantly, especially obstacles to students' understanding of the material and also students must master all subjects in school in accordance with the majors. Purpose: forecasting can be used as an effective tool in helping predict the development of online student learning in the coming month or period. Methods: In this study, the forecasting system that will be designed has several factors that affect the results. The Fuzzy Time Series method is the right method, because it does not require assumptions as forecasting using classical forecasting methods. In this research, forecasting using data from students of SMKN 3 Boyolangu Tulungagung class X majoring in TPM with a sample of 55 students. Results: the forecasting system for student learning development using the Fuzzy Time Series method can work well, namely by displaying the actual value and the results of the Fuzzy Time Series method (determining intervals, fuzzification, FLR, FLRG and defuzzification). The MAPE level is 0.404%. Conclusion: the system is declared accurate in forecasting because it has an error rate of less than 1%.
