Abstract

Research is conducted collaboratively between researchers and learners. Researchers act as teachers while the learning process is ongoing. This research is carried out through a class action research design which consists of two cycles. Each success rate cycle is adjusted to the competencies expected to be mastered by learners. The media used in this study is audio-visual media. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year, increased learning of football dribbles is in March - July. The subject of this study is a class VIII student of SMPN 6 Banjarmasin consisting of 20 learners. The results of research in the form of Pre Test, Cycle I, and Cycle II in the Divergent-style learning process, it turned out that there has been a significant increase in participants' learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increasing value of the Percentage of Learning Completion as well as the average value of student learning outcomes.The results of the cycle II test turned out that the completion value obtained by participants in class VIII of State Junior High School 6 Banjarmasin had reached 9.55%. The use of audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of participants in class VIII SMPN 6 Banjarmasin, especially during the pandemic which limits meetings between teachers and students.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani yang baik diketahui memiliki dampak positif terhadap fungsi otak, termasuk daya pikir, memori, dan konsentrasi. Aktivitas fisik terbukti dapat meningkatkan aliran darah ke otak, memicu pelepasan hormon yang mendukung suasana hati dan fokus, serta membantu mengurangi stres dan kelelahan mental. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan antara Kebugaran Jasmani TKSI terhadap Tingkat Konsentrasi pada siswa SD Negeri Telaga Biru 7. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat konsentrasi siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,251 (> 0,05). Artinya, peningkatan kebugaran jasmani tidak secara langsung diikuti oleh peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa. Hasil uji simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat konsentrasi siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,251 (> 0,05). Hal ini menandakan bahwa kebugaran jasmani bukanlah faktor dominan yang menentukan konsentrasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,040, yang berarti hanya 4% variasi perubahan konsentrasi siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kebugaran jasmani, sedangkan 96% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini, seperti motivasi belajar, minat, metode pengajaran, maupun lingkungan belajar. Abstract Good physical fitness is known to have a positive impact on brain function, including thinking power, memory, and concentration. Physical activity has been shown to increase blood flow to the brain, trigger the release of hormones that support mood and focus, and help reduce stress and mental fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between TKSI Physical Fitness and Concentration Levels in students of Telaga Biru 7 Elementary School. A quantitative approach with a correlational method. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that physical fitness did not have a significant effect on students' concentration levels, with a significance value of 0.251 (> 0.05). This means that increasing physical fitness is not directly followed by an increase in students' learning concentration. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) also showed that physical fitness did not have a significant effect on students' concentration levels, with a significance value of 0.251 (> 0.05). This indicates that physical fitness is not a dominant factor that determines students' concentration in the learning process. The results of the coefficient of determination (R²) test showed a value of 0.040, which means that only 4% of the variation in changes in student concentration can be explained by physical fitness, while the remaining 96% is influenced by other factors outside this study, such as learning motivation, interest, teaching methods, and the learning environment..

Abstract

Background: Pico seems likely to be successful in competitive sports, particularly swimming, including the next Olympic swimming competition. The current manuscript offers a detailed insight into research on the prediction of swimming performance, between 2014 and 2024. Methods: This Swimming Performance Prediction research used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Furthermore, to narrow down the articles relevant to research topics reviewed, this study adhered to the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) when performing the systematic review. We find 21 journal publications from the representative studies for seeking identification and analysis for describing research topics or trends, datasets, techniques, methods, evaluations and problems in this research field. Results: The analyses presented provide detailed information on the topics and trends under investigation in the field of predictions for the prediction of swimming performance, reference to public datasets and the techniques and method often used in comparisons between researchers respectively. Conclusions: Swimming performance prediction plays an important role in improving training programs, guiding athlete selection, and evaluating progress.
