Abstract

Legal assistance is implemented through the courts, and legal aid legal aid program is provided in order to alleviate the burden of life for the people who cannot afford in terms of Economics, and is also useful to create justice and legal protection of the general public. Problems in this research is how the implementation of the granting of legal aid to defendants who cannot afford in terms of economy in criminal cases and the factors restricting implementation of granting legal aid to defendants who cannot afford in terms of economy in criminal cases. Based on the research results, and a discussion of the analysis of the implementation of legal aid to defendants who cannot afford in terms of economy in criminal cases, the implementation of the granting of legal aid can be done with the way through the courts, and the legal aid Institute (LBH) and can also be done by direct initiative of an advocate who voluntarily want to accompany her. Factors restricting implementation of granting legal aid to defendants who cannot afford in terms of economy in criminal cases among others; factors in law enforcement, community factors, cultural factors, facilities and infrastructure. Advice that can be given is the need for socializing by the court party, and about the implementation of the LBH granting legal assistance free of charge to the defendant who cannot afford, and to the need for sanctions to parties who caused the implementation of the grant of legal aid to the defendants engaged in criminal cases.Keywords: Granting Of Legal Aid, the Defendant, Not Being Able To, Criminal Cases

Abstract

Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada anak-anak dan remaja di Desa Bumi Agung dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat kemampuan anak-anak dan remaja dalam menghasilkan produk tekstil menggunakan teknik eco-print, serta memberikan wawasan baru dalam mengatasi tantangan ekonomi melalui wirausaha berbasis teknik eco-print. Program ini juga mendukung inisiatif pemerintah untuk menciptakan produk yang ramah lingkungan. Bagi mitra, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan teknik eco-print, dengan harapan akan memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat di Desa Bumi Agung. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah metode pounding, di mana daun atau bunga dipukul ke atas kain menggunakan palu untuk mencetak motif alami. Penyelenggaraan pelatihan didasarkan pada hasil observasi mahasiswa KKN yang mengidentifikasi kurangnya pemanfaatan daun sebagai bahan baku untuk menciptakan produk bernilai ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, eco-print, Kreativitas Lingkungan

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the 5.0 era necessitates that students develop strong digital literacy skills. This study examines the relationship between university support and students' digital literacy levels. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 99 respondents through two structured questionnaires: one measuring digital literacy and the other assessing university support. The data were analyzed using descriptive and correlational techniques with SPSS software. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between university support and students' digital literacy. These results highlight that enhanced university support is associated with improved digital literacy skills among students. This study underscores the critical role of universities in delivering quality educational services that foster students' digital competence

Abstract

Family vulnerability encompasses multiple dimensions, including physical-economic, social, and psychological factors. This study explored the role of spirituality and social support in mitigating family vulnerability. A sample of 189 families was selected using simple random sampling. Data on family vulnerability and social support were collected using questionnaires designed by Sunarti (2021), while spirituality was measured using the DSES questionnaire by Underwood (2020). Data analysis using SPSS revealed significant negative correlations between both spirituality and family vulnerability, as well as social support and family vulnerability. These findings indicate that increased levels of spirituality and social support can serve as protective factors against family vulnerability. Furthermore, subsequent analysis demonstrated that spirituality exerted a stronger influence than social support in reducing specific dimensions of family vulnerability, such as psychological distress. Keywords: Family vulnerability, family resilience, spirituality, social support, family sciences.
