Local wisdom is the overall cultural characteristics possessed by a society or nation as a result of their experiences in the past. This local wisdom can be in the form of rituals, customs, arts, and others. This research focuses on local Javanese arts during the New Order era. With the aim of identifying elements of local art and knowing how people think when art is only used by power as a tool of political propaganda based on the perspective of Levi Strauss' anthropological structuralism theory. This research is a qualitative research. The research data is sourced from the novel Entrok by Okky Madasari. Research data were collected using the technique of reading, listening, and taking notes. The results of data processing are realized in the form of scientific articles. Based on a search on the data, it was found that during the New Order era, local arts were controlled by the government for political purposes as indicated by the way people think, such as the figure Rahayu who criticized the function of art during the election victory; Marni's figure who disagrees with the government's policy when art is only used as propaganda; and the pragmatic and suspicious mindset of the people.Kearifan lokal merupakan keseluruhan ciri-ciri kebudayaan yang dimiliki oleh suatu masyarakat atau bangsa sebagai hasil pengalaman mereka di masa lampau. Kearifan lokal ini dapat berupa ritual, adat istiadat, kesenian, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kesenian lokal masyarakat Jawa pada masa Orde Baru. Dengan tujuan untuk mengindetifikasi unsur-unsur kesenian lokal dan mengetahui cara berpikir masyarakat saat kesenian hanya digunakan oleh kekuasaan sebagai alat propaganda politik berdasarkan perspektif teori strukturalisme antropologi Levi Strauss. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian bersumber pada novel Entrok karya Okky Madasari. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik baca, simak, dan catat. Hasil pengolahan data diwujudkan dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan penelusuran pada data, didapati bahwa pada masa Orde Baru kesenian lokal dikuasai oleh pemerintah untuk kepentingan politik yang ditunjukkan dari cara berpikir masyarakat, seperti tokoh Rahayu yang mengkritisi fungsi kesenian kala kemenangan pemilu; tokoh Marni yang tidak setuju akan kebijakan pemerintah saat kesenian hanya digunakan sebagai propaganda; serta pola pemikiran masyarakat yang pragmatis dan mudah menaruh curiga.

Why is Siliwangi so popular in Sundanese culture? He it is also enshrined in various place names, streets, foundations, and public organizations, and even has his own followers and oral-literary texts. Why is the concept of leadership, especially in Sundanese culture, always addressed to Siliwangi. This research is focused on the oral literature with the theme of Prabu Siliwangi's leadership in Ciamis Regency, as one of the research loci that has deep traces in the history of the Padjadjaran Kingdom. Some of the relics of royal rulers can be seen in that place, both memorials and oral works of literature that mention Padjadjaran and Prabu Siliwangi in the area. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using Beynon's masculinity concept approach to the figure of King Siliwangi. The method used in this study includes data collection that is determining the text of the kidung found in Ciamis Regency that contains the concept of leadership; data processing by decoding and determining the concept of Siliwangi's leadership in the text; and compiling data in the form of writing research results into scientific work. Based on Beynon's criteria, the results showed that Prabu Siliwangi had masculinity-forming factors that made him so strong and could fulfill the ideals, both as a man and a leader.

There is no standardization of Indonesian language education and training for foreign workers (TKA), resulting in no training model that suits the needs of students. Therefore, this study aims to (1) describe the current condition of Indonesian language training for foreign workers by the Manpower Office; (2) identify Indonesian language training needs for foreign workers. The Ministry of Manpower has issued various regulations in this regard. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through a communicative approach. The communicative approach forms the basis of the training model that will be developed because their main goal in learning Indonesian is to be able to communicate in their work environment. The data collection techniques used were interviews, surveys, and literature studies. The subject of this study is data on foreign workers in the Kepulauan Riau Province. The results of the study reveal two findings. Firstly, an overview of the current condition of Indonesian language training for foreign workers by the Manpower Office. Secondly, ) the identification of Indonesian language training needs for foreign workers . the data indicates that there is no standard training format yet.
