Abstract

Burnout is a symptom of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced individual achievement that will occur in individuals who work with others in a certain capacity. This psychoeducation aims to minimize burnout in the work environment as a positive stimulus in order to obtain happiness that is able to properly maintain the stability of human resources in the organization. There were 114 people who participated in the webinar, namely workers, students and those who were not yet working. The sample collection technique is purposive sampling by means of screening techniques. This psychoeducation is a type of prevention with a one group pretest-posttest design. The data collection tool used in this psychoeducation is a knowledge test tool to check respondents' knowledge about burnout situations and to find out the extent of understanding before and after the webinar is given. There are four factors that cause burnout faced by employees, namely excessive workload, inappropriate remuneration, inappropriate working environment conditions, and lack of employee involvement in decision making. The data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank-Test using SPSS 25. The z analysis results were -4.027b at a significance level of 0.043 (p> 0.05). development of participants' knowledge about burouts, with the hypothesis stating that there is an influence of Psychoeducation in the form of this Webinar that is accepted by employees to form Happiness in dealing with burnout at work. Abstrak Burnout adalah gejala kelelahan emosional, depersonalisasi, dan pengurangan prestasi individu yang akan terjadi pada individu yang bekerja dengan orang lain dalam kapasitas tertentu. Psikoedukasi ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir burnout dalam lingkungan kerja sebagai stimulus positif agar memperoleh kebahagiaan yang mampu menjaga stabilitas sumber daya manusia di organisasi dengan baik. Partisipasi dalam webinar sebanyak 114 orang yaitu Pekerja, Mahasiswa, dan yang belum bekerja. Tekhnik pengumpulan sampel yaitu purpose sampling dengan melalui tekhnik screening. Psikoedukasi ini merupakan jenis preventif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam psikoedukasi ini adalah alat tes pengetahuan untuk mengecek pengetahuan responden mengenai situasi burnout dan untuk mengetahui sejuauh mana pemahaman sebelum dan setelah webinar diberikan. Ada empat faktor penyebab burnout yang dihadapi karyawan yaitu beban kerja berlebih, pemberian upah yang tidak sesuai, kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak sesuai, dan kurangnya karyawan terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon Signed Rank-Test dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil analisis z sebesar -4.027b pada taraf signifikasi 0.043 (p>0.05) ini menunjukkan bahwa secara kuantitatif, bahwa kegiatan Webinar dengan judul Strategi Bahagia Menghadapi Burnout memiliki pengaruh terkait dengan pengembangan pengetahuan peserta tentang burout, dengan hipotesa menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh Psikoedukasi dalam bentuk Webinar ini diterima karyawan untuk membentuk Bahagia dalam menghadapi burnout di tempat pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Low self-efficacy is a problem that hinders the success of addicts to leave drugs. Self-talk is one form of intervention that can affect the increase in self-efficacy in drug addicts. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of self-talk in increasing the self-efficacy of clients undergoing rehabilitation programs at BNN Baddoka Makassar. This research is a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. This study used 5 subjects who were drug addicts with very low minimum self-efficacy. The measuring instrument used in this study is a self-efficacy scale adapted from Supriyanto and Hendiani, showing a reliability value of 0.905. This study uses nonparametric statistical analysis Wilcoxon test. The results of the study indicate that self-talk is effective in increasing the client's self-efficacy at the BNN Baddoka Makassar rehabilitation center, the results can be seen from the significant difference between the self-efficacy scores of the pretest and posttest (W= 0.00, p=0.015). Subjects in this study experienced an increase in self-efficacy scores. Thus, self-talk can be used to increase the self-efficacy of drug addicts.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by persistent hyperglycemia due to impaired insulin secretion or insulin resistance. In addition to pharmacological therapy, complementary treatments derived from natural products are increasingly explored to support glycemic control. Bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) contains bioactive compounds with potential hypoglycemic effects. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of bitter melon juice on blood glucose levels among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Madatte Village, Polewali District. A quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test time-series design was conducted. Fifteen patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected using consecutive sampling and received 200 grams of freshly prepared bitter melon juice once daily. Blood glucose levels were measured at baseline, after 3 days, and after 7 days of intervention using a glucometer. Data were analyzed using the Friedman test. The results demonstrated a gradual reduction in mean blood glucose levels from 194.60 mg/dL at baseline to 191.93 mg/dL after 3 days and 184.80 mg/dL after 7 days. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference in blood glucose levels across the measurement periods (p = 0.01; p < 0.05). In conclusion, daily consumption of bitter melon juice was associated with a significant reduction in blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, with a more pronounced effect observed after seven days of intervention. Bitter melon juice may be considered a complementary approach for glycemic control.

Abstract

Abstrak. Student well-being adalah perasaan dan kognisi yang positif dialami secara konsisten oleh siswa, sehingga dapat memiliki keberfungsian secara efektif di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial orang tua dan efikasi diri terhadap student well- being pada siswa SMP di Kota Makassar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP, sebanyak 400 siswa dari 6 sekolah SMP Negeri di Kota Makassar. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan multistage cluster random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga skala, yaitu skala student well-being, skala dukungan sosial orang tua dan skala efikasi diri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam uji hipotesis yaitu regresi berganda analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial orang tua dan efikasi diri memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap student well-being dengan nilai p= 0,001 <0,05. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka semakin tinggi dukungan sosial orang tua dan efikasi diri, maka semakin tinggi pula student well-being pada siswa. Kata Kunci: Student well-being, dukungan sosial orang tua, efikasi diri.
