Abstract

A website-based public service information system is made so that the public can easily find out what activities are in Central Pariaman District. In law number 25 of 2009 concerning public services, it is an activity or series in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services or administrative services provided by public service providers. Central Pariaman District is one of the sub-districts in Pariaman City, West Sumatra Province, the problems include information on licensing services and recommendations given to the community still using banner billboards placed on information boards and located in the Pariaman sub-district office There is no licensing service and recommendation letters digitally because the service is carried out at the Pariaman Tengah sub-district office. The use of existing computerized devices is not optimally used in processing correspondence archives which still use paper in recording licensing reports and letters of recommendation. 16 Types Only 5 are taken consisting of Building Permits (IMB), IUMK Applications (Micro and Small Business Permits). Recommendation Statement of Not Married, Recommendation of Statement of Good Practice, Recommendation of Statement of Death. This research uses the waterfall method and the PHP and Mysql programming languages. Conclusions that provide information that supports the management of permits and letters of recommendation by the community. processing of licensing data and letters of recommendation Can improve and provide licensing services and letters of recommendation better than before to the community.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to see the practicality of using the zoom meeting application for student learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Jabal Nur Mosque, Padang City. This Zoom Meeting is used to be able to assist teachers and students in the learning process in tahfizh learning. The research method used is a qualitative method. The type of data is primary data where the data is provided by media experts, teachers and students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique, namely by describing the practicality of using zoom meetings for tahfizh learning. The results of the study based on the response from the teacher of the practical zoom meeting application used for tahfizh learning with an average total score of 89%. The results of the study based on the response from the students, the zoom meeting application is quite practical which is used for tahfizh learning with an average total score of 74.88%. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that the zoom meeting application is practical to be used as a learning medium in tahfizh learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Jabal Nur Padang City. The results of this study are also recommended for other Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Madrasah.

Abstract

Abstrak - Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong efisiensi dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk sistem pendaftaran peserta didik baru (PPDB). Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi PPDB berbasis web di SMP Negeri 1 Padang Gelugur menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi kendala administrasi konvensional, seperti proses pendaftaran manual, pengelolaan data siswa yang kurang efisien, dan ketiadaan fitur pembayaran online.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi PPDB yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi sekolah melalui proses pendaftaran dan pembayaran yang dilakukan secara online. Sistem ini mempermudah calon siswa dan orang tua dalam mengakses informasi pendaftaran, menghemat waktu, serta menyediakan transparansi proses administrasi. Dengan fitur-fitur seperti manajemen data siswa, pengelolaan pembayaran, dan pelaporan data secara otomatis, sistem ini memberikan solusi komprehensif bagi pengelolaan PPDB. Implementasi sistem ini juga mengurangi ketergantungan pada kertas, sehingga mendukung penghematan biaya dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan sistem serupa di institusi pendidikan lainnya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, PPDB, Laravel, Efisiensi Administrasi, Pembayaran Online. Abstract - Advances in information technology drive efficiency in various fields, including the new student registration system (PPDB). This study aims to design and develop a web-based PPDB information system at SMP Negeri 1 Padang Gelugur using the Laravel framework. This system is designed to overcome conventional administrative constraints, such as manual registration processes, inefficient student data management, and the absence of online payment features. The results of the study show that the designed PPDB information system is able to improve school administration efficiency through the registration and payment process carried out online. This system makes it easier for prospective students and parents to access registration information, saves time, and provides transparency in the administrative process. With features such as student data management, payment management, and automatic data reporting, this system provides a comprehensive solution for PPDB management. The implementation of this system also reduces dependence on paper, thus supporting cost savings and environmental sustainability. This research is expected to be a reference for the development of similar systems in other educational institutions.Keywords: Information System, PPDB, Laravel, Administrative Efficiency, Online Payment.
