Abstract

Behind consumer purchases there are benefits to be gained by the company. Therefore, there needs to be a measurable effort in marketing the product, so that consumers are interested and decide to make a purchase, resulting in increased sales. Several factors that can be taken into consideration in improving purchasing decisions are improving the quality aspect. Based on this phenomenon, this research was conducted to test the truth that might occur through a series of scientific methods, namely using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample is consumers (Muslim women) using the Shopee application who make purchases of Muslim clothing products. The number of samples used was 100 respondents with a simple random technique. The results showed that product quality is the main factor in purchasing decisions, then the guarantee quality factor, and finally service quality. These findings explicitly explain the characteristics of online purchases, where consumers remain focused on the quality of a product they want to buy, and to ensure that consumers need guarantees for the product. Meanwhile, service is a supporting factor that strengthens consumer confidence to make purchases.

Abstract

The influence of technology today can change the marketing strategies of all business people. Where the right business strategy in this advanced era will advance the business. This encourages businesses to adopt innovative marketing strategies, especially through online media. This article documents the design and implementation of an eCommerce website for MSMEs offering breakfast, with a focus on the case study “Breakfast Chaca Cake”. In this project, we chose the Blogger platform as the main development tool to create the website. Some of the stages of website creation carried out are data collection, system analysis, website design using the blogger platform. This project aims to increase product exposure, expand market reach, and improve the marketing and product promotion process for MSMEs. The result of the implementation of this project is a website https://chacacake1103.blogspot.com/. This project is expected to be useful for Chaca Cake Breakfast MSMEs which can increase the number of customers.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan menjadi hal penting dalam berjalannya suatu perusahaan saat ini. Laporan keuangan dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi banyak pihak. Laporan keuangan digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan bagi tiap-tiap pengguna laporan keuangan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja keuangan Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada BEI periode 2019-2022 dengan sub sektor Utilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang menggambarkan kinerja keuanganan dengan menghitung rasio menggunakan analisis Du Pont System atas nilai yang tersajikan pada Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan tahun 2019-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua Perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI sub sektor utilitas menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa urutan perusahaan dengan kinerja terbaik sampai dengan terendah adalah POWR, KEEN, MPOW, LAPD, TGRA dan HADE dengan nilai rata-rata kinerja masing-masing sebesar 7.67%, 7.32%, -0.78%, -23.57%, -33.15% dan -115.16% dan nilai rata-rata industry sebesar -2.32%. Hasil ini menggambarkan masih terdapat 3 Perusahaan yang tercatat pada BEI sub sektor utilitas yang memiliki nilai kinerja dibawah rata-rata nilai industri. Kata Kunci : Du Pont System, kinerja perusahaan, rasio, utilities
