Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin tingginya pengguna game online pada remaja, begitupun pada siswa SMA Budi Cendekia Islamic School, adiksi game online berdampak negatif baik terhadap fisik, psikis maupun nilai akademiknya menjadi menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memaparkan sejauh mana efektivitas teknik asertif melalui konseling kelompok dapat mengurangi perilaku adiksi game online pada siswa SMA Budi Cendekia Islamic School. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik asertif melalui konseling kelompok yang dilaksanakan di SMA Budi Cendekia Islamic School pada bulan September-November. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu 7 siswa kelas XI IPS 2. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK) dengan 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala adiksi game yaitu GAIA, pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara serta analisis data menggunakan grafik dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertif tepat dalam meningkatkan perilaku asertif. Hasil ini didukung dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan rata-rata skor pada pra siklus sebesar 102,29 (kategori tinggi), post test pada siklus satu sebesar 66,71 (kategori sedang) dan post test pada siklus 2 sebesar 38,86 (kategori rendah).

Abstract

Evaluasi program bimbingan adalah usaha menilai efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan bimbingan itu sendiri, khususnya seluruh kegiatan dalam rangka program bimbingan yang dikelola oleh staf bimbingan (Winkel & Hastuti, 2005). Evaluasi pelaksanaan bimbingan merupakan kegiatan menilai keberhasilan layanan dalam bidang bimbingan pribadi, sosial, belajar dan karir (Thantawy, 1995). Untuk menilai suatu keberhasilan maka diperlukan evaluasi program. Menurut Myrick (Badrujaman, 2011) bahwa lima alasan yang menjadi faktor penghambat guru pembimbing tidak melakukan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling tidak melakukan evaluasi meliputi: (1) Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak memiliki cukup waktu melakukan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling. (2) Guru bimbingan dan konseling kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan evaluasi program  bimbingan dan konseling. (3) Adanya ketakutan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap akuntabilitas. (4) Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak merasa bermasalah kalau tidak melaksanakan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling. (5) Guru bimbingan dan konseling berpersepsi bahwa hasil evaluasi program sulit diukur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mindfulness approaches to increase the academic resilience of high school students. This article reports on the results of a review of articles published from 2015 to 2023 that specifically examine mindfulness approaches to improve students' academic resilience. Researchers used international databases, such as journal.sagepub, reseachgate, libgen, willey and springer as well as the national data force, SINTA. The results of an analysis of several journal articles and finally selected 11 articles stating that mindfulness approaches are effective for increasing students' academic resilience. This empirical evidence provides a basis for researchers to find out how mindfulness approaches can increase students' academic resilience. Students who have high academic resilience are able to change new perceptions for their situation, remain optimistic and creative thinking and positive feelings so that they can get through difficult conditions. By attending mindfulness training, students become fully aware and remain focused on achieving success under academic pressure.

Abstract

The goal in providing counseling services is to provide conditions which can help clients develop psychological strength to evaluate his behavior now, and can get that behavior now and can get behavior more effective. The process of learning to behave effectively is facilitated by creating warm counseling environment and application of various counseling procedures. To achieve this requires quality interpersonal relationships both between counselor and counselee. Counseling as a profession depicted by the counselor's appearance. A professional counselor is a figure who can present himself as a role model. Among competencies counselor, the most important thing is the personal quality of the counselor, because the counselor used as a person who must be able to display his true identity complete, precise and meaningful, and build good interpersonal relationships so that it becomes the driving force for the success of the service. Personal counselor is wrong one of them is an "instrument" that can determine positive results in counseling process, because the core of the therapeutic process in counseling is the relationship built between the counselor and the counselee. So personal qualities counselor is essential for counselors to achieve their goals optimal in the counseling process.
