Abstract

Pengukuran terhadap akuntabilitas merupakan isu penting, dan menjadi kajian yang mendukung profesionalitas profesi BK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen akuntabilitas guru BK dalam menyelenggarakan layanan dasar menggunakan skala kombinasi mixed standard scale for evaluating student behavior dan skala direct behavior rating. Pengembangan instrumen dilakukan melalui kegiatan penelitian yang bersifat research and development melalui 6 tahapan, yaitu; preliminary study, konstruksi instrumen, validasi pakar, perbaikan berdasarkan masukan pakar, validasi empirik, administrasi instrumen akhir. Konstruk instrumen akuntabilitas terdiri dari 5 indikator yaitu; mampu menerima tanggungjawab, melakukan komunikasi, menjelaskan layanan, menetapkan mekanisme umpan balik, serta melakukan perbaikan layanan. Luaran Penelitian ini adalah instrumen akuntabilitas yang terdiri dari 3 bagian, meliputi; instrumen siswa, wali kelas, dan kepala sekolah. Proses validasi dilakukan baik secara konseptual melalui penilaian ahli, serta empirik  melalui ujicoba pada subjek ukur yang terdiri dari: 1008 siswa, 33 wali kelas, dan 33 kepala sekolah. Validasi ahli dilakukan pada ahli manajemen pendidikan, manajemen, dan bimbingan dan konseling. Instrumen akuntabilitas yang diisi oleh kepala sekolah terdiri dari 38 butir dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,96. Instrumen akuntabilitas yang diisi oleh wali kelas  berjumlah12 butir dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,90. Instrumen akuntabilitas yang diisi oleh siswa berjumlah 28 butir dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,85.    Accountability is an important issue in the guidance and counseling profession. This study aims to develop an instrument for measuring accountability of guidance and counseling teachers in conducting guidance curriculum. A mixed standard scale for evaluating student behavior and direct behavior rating are used as  a scale. The instrument is developed through research and development study which is consists of six phases: preliminary study, instrument construction, expert judgement, improvement, empirical validation, improvement and instrument administration. The construct of accountability instrument consist of five components: take responsibilities, communicate the services, explain the services, have a feedback mechanism, and conduct improvement for the stakeholder. Accountability scale of school counselor in conducting guidance curriculum consist of three sub-scales, fill by students, teachers, and school principals. Three experts have reviewed the instrument construct.  Empirical validation is also conducted to 1008 students, 33 teachers, and 33 principals. The instrument of accountability that is filled by the head teachers consists of 38 items with reliability coefficient of 0.96. The instrument of accountability that is filled by the teachers consists of 12 items with reliability coefficient of 0.90. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode permainan terhadap penerimaan diri siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi ekperimen design nonequivalent control group design. Kelompok eksperimen menerima perlakukan berupa 11 sesi bimbingan kelompok yang diselenggarakan dua kali dalam sehari. Kelompok kontrol tidak menerima perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa/Siswi kelas X SMAN I Babelan tahun angkatan 2018. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan bentuk purposive sampling. Siswa/Siswi yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang dengan skor penerimaan diri berada dalam kategori rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel penelitian ini adalah instrumen penerimaan diri dengan empat pilihan dalam model skala likert yang terdiri 36 butir valid dengan reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach?s alpha sebesar 0,735. Teknik analisis data statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan mean empiris untuk melihat rata-rata skor pretest dan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai Asymp. Sig sebesar 0.000, melalui hasil perhitungan maka diperoleh kesimpulan pada penerimaan diri siswa/siswi sig < 0.05, Artinya peningkatan penerimaan diri siswa/siswi kelas X SMAN  I Babelan kelompok treatment lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Implikasi hasil penelitian adalah membantu meningkatkan penerimaan diri siswa/siswi kelas X SMAN  I Babelan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah untuk melakukan kegiatan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode permainan terhadap penerimaan diri siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan model instruksional, yaitu video simulasi konseling yang menampilkan pelaksanaan model konseling karier person-environment fit. Model instruksional ditujukan untuk mahasiswa S-1 program studi bimbingan konseling, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Model instruksional dikembangkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait konseling karier. Hasil analisis asesmen kebutuhan menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa belum menguasai pemecahan masalah karier, menganalisis metode/teknik yang digunakan dalam konseling karier, serta menelaah sumber informasi karier. Sehingga, konten yang dikembangkan dalam model instruksional terdiri dari kasus konseling karier, tahapan model konseling karier person-environment fit dengan sumber infomasi karier, dan kesimpulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Interactive Video (IVD) yang diungkapkan oleh Bergman dan Moore (1990). Pengembangan Interactive Video (IVD) terdiri dari tujuh tahap, yaitu (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) produksi, (5) pengarangan, dan (6) validasi. Pengujian model instruksional melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan pengguna. Berdasasarkan hasil pengujian maka model instruksional dianggap mudah dipelajari, efisien digunakan, mudah diingat, sedikit kesalahan, memuaskan, serta sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini membahas data pilot dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe of the accountability of Layanan Dasar school counselor on school principals’ perspective. The study used descriptive study methods, used sampling technique was convenience sampling with a sample of 33 school principals, and instruments used were Mixed Standard Scale for Evaluating Student Behavior and analysis data used descriptive. The results of the study show that overall the level of accountability of guidance and counseling programs in schools in East Jakarta is at a low level (49%). Second, achievements based on indicators are not significantly different (10%). Third, the highest indicator of accountability is the responsibility, while the lowest indicator is the feedback mechanism. Fourth, each school falls into the low category of 50%, medium 30%, and high 20%. Based on the results there needs to be an effort to improve the accountability of the guidance and counseling program and base of feedback mechanism indicators, teacher Guidance and counseling must create a mechanism by which the principal can submit input.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia as a viable medium to be used in individual planning services about information on State High Schools in the school zone for the domicile of the new Kebayoran sub-district. The research was conducted at Purnama Middle School in Jakarta. The research used is the ADDIE development model with three stages, (1) analysis, (2) design and (3) development. The instruments used were expert validation questionnaires and user trial questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is formative evaluation techniques. The results of material validation show the category “very feasible” with a percentage of 83.33%. Then the results of media validation show the category “very feasible” with a percentage of 91.11%. The results of user trial conducted on five students showed the category “feasible” in the aspect of the media with a percentage of 81.6%, the category “feasible” in the material aspect with a percentage of 79%, and the category “very feasible” in the aspect media with a percentage of 82%.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is based on the formation of the quality of learning through teacher competence in managing the classroom. However, the problem is that the learning outcomes of history are still relatively low because the competence of teachers in applying the method is still monotonous. On the other hand, the VCT learning model can provide creative-critical power, foster positive attitudes, interests, and values in students in learning history. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the Value Clarification Technique learning model on student learning outcomes of history. The research method used quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental design. The research design used was the Non-Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study was all students of grade XI. At the same time, the sampling technique is purposive sampling which is divided into two classes into the experimental group and the control group. The results of this study indicate that the VCT learning model affects student learning outcomes in history learning.

Abstract

The presence of technology is changing the way people to get information and communication. In the field of counseling, information technology offers some of the latest innovations to reach out, facilitate and communicate with individuals who need help from all over the world. This qualitative research collected data through literature study by analyzing 5 research results from various academics in various countries and conducting interviews with 10 youth aged 19-23 years, and 3 counselors. The results of this qualitative study indicate that online counseling makes it easy for youth in expressing the problem in their life. In addition, online counseling has great potential in offering therapy and can be done anywhere. Therefore, clients can minimize transportation costs for face-to-face counseling. Although the results of the analysis of previous studies indicate that online counseling has a weakness that is lack of knowledge and special abilities possessed by counselors in communicating through chat and lack of skills in writing texts to avoid misunderstandings with online counseling users. In the other side, previous research shows solutions related to the use of online counseling. The counselor must face the development of technology and use it as a facility to communicate with young people.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of problem-based learning models on the achievement of student learning outcomes in History subjects. This research was conducted at Pusaka 1 Jakarta Senior High School. The method used in this research is quantitative quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design model. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS as many as four classes at SMAS Pusaka 1 Jakarta. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique to determine one class as an experimental class using a problem-based learning model and another class as a control class using conventional learning models. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test, obtained tcount = 9.25,> from ttable = 1.99. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between problem-based learning models in online learning settings on cognitive learning outcomes of class XI IPS at SMAS Pusaka 1 Jakarta on History Subjects.
